Was picked up after hours. We were charged for gas shortage when the contract indicates below full when we pick up. We put the right amount close to what it was when we picked up. We were charged $11.88.

Jason BAfter being stood up by the other Uhaul place in town (Graves Towing LLC) the morning of the rental, Mike saved the day! Should have went to Mike in the 1st place but when I made the reservation, it only showed Graves Towing LLC as available to rent the size of truck I needed on that date. Anyway, highly recommend Tumbleson Automotive Group in Kewanee!

GREGG AThere were nobody at the location and had to go to a different one in the same town, but also, nobody were a the location to provide the service, so me and my wife had to hook up the cargo trailer to my truck, nobody was availlable to help and it was at 5 °F with snow and ice and for a senior guys like us it was a nightmare, a I even smashed one of my fingers trying to lift and hook up the trailer, awaful customer service.

HEATHER RThere was no one here at 11:30 am. I had to return online. After a horrible experience with uhaul corporate scheduling and uhaul in general. They made us pick up a truck over 100 miles from our origin despite making a reservation a month ahead of time. Terrible experience.
Marty SThe drop off location was closed. It was supposed to be open 8-12. I had cell service so dropping it off was not easy and the help/support was awful. I will not rent a U-Haul ever again plus $27 for two gallons of fuel. Not cool.U-Haul your customer support is the worse I've ever experienced. Will Not do it again!!!! One and done.
gerardo rIt was an okay location to drop off. The person was helpful. We could have used a jack to get the uhaul off the hitch. Better to supply them for rentals like this in the future.

Christopher HMr Tumbleson was very nice, but the truck was filthy, there was a pile of chips on the floor on drivers side, I couldn’t even see through the bugs on windshield also the back was not swept out.

Marcy SI rented this trailer and furniture pads back in May '22 but just received the e-receipt and this survey last week... my only suggestion for improvement would be to send that info out MUCH sooner - 6+ months after the rental (and return) seems like way too long
Axel CMr. Tumbleson arrived and saw that I had barely any clearance with the Uhual I rented. I said I needed to rent a drivable Uhual and a pull behind trailer, and leave the 6 x 12 enclosed trailer with him. He said the man in Princeton at Uhual, never should've let me leave with that trailer. He said it was too heavy for my Jeep to pull safely, and that guy never should've hooked that Uhual up to my Jeep!!!! I would highly recommend Tumbleson Automotive Group. He was extremely helpful, and Cares about others safety!
