Axel CliffordMr. Tumbleson arrived and saw that I had barely any clearance with the Uhual I rented. I said I needed to rent a drivable Uhual and a pull behind trailer, and leave the 6 x 12 enclosed trailer with him. He said the man in Princeton at Uhual, never should've let me leave with that trailer. He said it was too heavy for my Jeep to pull safely, and that guy never should've hooked that Uhual up to my Jeep!!!! I would highly recommend Tumbleson Automotive Group. He was extremely helpful, and Cares about others safety!

Katrina RockettFrustrating experience! The truck was not returned by the previous person, so one hour before pick up, we get a phone call from the business in Dixon of no truck there. Thankful they were courteous enough to call us since we are a solid half hour away. They were apologetic. So back on the phone again, the agent was able to locate one in Kewanee for us but by the time we got there (slightly longer distance than Dixon) we had lost 2,5 hours of loading time. My family was here from Michigan to load the truck. We were compensated 30 additional miles. So after this inconvenience, we end up being charged for over mileage. It's not a great amount of money at all but I sent an email asking that the overage charge be rescinded since we were quite inconvenienced in the delay on Friday. No response to my email.

SPENCER BAILLEULocal location managed to get me a U-Haul when uhaul said I had to drive 48 miles away just to pick one up. Trash was still in the cab, I picked it up. I rented an appliance dolly because I had heavy items to move and wanted to prevent people getting hurt. I get to my location to discover there was no ramp with the uhaul! Owner was amazing and provided excellent service but quality of uhaul was very poor.

Michael MainHad to switch my drop off location to tumbleson auto because no one was present or picking up phone calls at my Initial drop off location. The Lot was not plowed and I couldn't even drop the truck at Finish Line if I wanted to.

Timothy AppletonWe arrived at our destination a couple days early and after unloading the trailer we took it to Tumbleson"s for drop off. I had called Mike before we even went on vacation to let him know we'd be dropping the trailer off on a three day weekend and asked for instructions and Mike told me were to drop the trailer and all was well. When we dropped the trailer off on Saturday there was someone working and they had no idea what to do so they called Mike just to let him know we dropped the trailer. Still all is well. Now is when I'm getting mad, we had until Monday to return the trailer but we returned it on Saturday (two days early). On Tuesday I get an invoice from Uhaul with Mike's name on it letting me know that my debit card had been used to charge me for an additional two days for the sum of $56. The trailer was due back on Monday and on Tuesday I get charged for an additional two days for a trailer that was in his yard on Saturday! I called Mike and I was told it was up to me to get it fixed! Not his fault! Can't help me! So how do I get my $56 back and do I need to get new debit cards so they aren't used without my knowledge?
