HOWARD DI arrived at the drop-off location after they were closed. So there were no personnel to be helpful.
Travis BRobert was very helpful and efficient, we were in and out within 10 mins. Answered all our questions and concerns!! The original U-Haul cancelled my 8am pick up, rescheduled me for another location that could not accommodate me. Luckily I called his location by 910am I was processed and getting into our rental. U-Haul should consider revamping their guarantee pick up. I should've called the original location the night before instead of hoping their system was efficient.

Barbara JShortly after beginning my drive the check engine light came on. I pulled over to the nearest uhaul location and was advised to buy 3qts of engine oil and refill on my own. I rented this truck for a cross country move and feel that it should have been serviced and taken care of prior to my drive. This put me in a bad spot because I was hyperfocused the entire trip on the vehicle running smoothly.

Guisseppe STerrible unprofessional Jamaican agent.Hang up on customer service severally.Road blocked off for days on rock Island to ger into plaza as well.Problems with is old truck and they extended for an additional day and he starts to sent driver license all over the place for no reason.Then got nerves sending private information to the driver emailed that was never on contract at all.Very agent & very disrespectful .Nasty and unprofessional.No remorse for emergency or well being of customer information.The person whose drivers license used is not the person paying.He only put it on filed to drive the truck.Yet,he starts to send wrong information all over the place, no respect for HIPPA LAW AT ALL.Very disrespectful,unprofessional want to be owner under a contract with UHAUL AND VIOLATED ALL UHAUL POLIES AND STATE HIPPA LAW.THEN LEAVING THE BUSINESS BEFORE STATED TIME STAMPED ON DOOR FOR 5:30PM. HE LEFT ON 5PM WHEN BUSINESS HOURS STATED 5:30PM.CUSTOMER SERVICE MOTED EVERYTHING. HE GOT A CARD ON FILED .PLUS $100 YET HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CALLED TO EXTEND THE TRUCK.THEN, HE LEFT SO HE NO GET TO CLOSED OUT THE TRUCK ON TIME FOR 5:30PM.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,AND RUDE.

Jessica RThis location was not the original location where i reserved my 26' truck. The day before i was to pick up my rental from a location 1 mile away, I was informed that the location did not have a truck available for me and that i would now have to drive 30 minutes to this new location to pick up the truck. This was very inconvenient for me. Additionally, i reserved 48 moving blanket. The North Lauderdale location only had 24 blankets and i had to go to a second location to pick up the remaining 24 blankets. Again, inconvenient.

AMANDA SI have been a customer of u-Haul for many years, and I have to say my experience with U Pack Neighborhood Dealer is always the best. My truck was perfectly clean and ready to check in and out, and it was done in 5 mins. I like the fact that this store is fully stocked with any packing supplies you need. The staff is always friendly, and always have a smile on their face, and the best part is that they go out of their way to provide you with a great service! This place is my preferred rental center.
