MIGUEL PDon't know if it's a technical problem with my phone or with uhaul but the return photos just won't upload to show proof of no damages..that's my only draw back..other than that EXCELLENT!
PAUL GI was informed there would be free storage since it was a one way trip but when my son in law got there they said since I wasn't there I could not get it, I was never informed of this, so I have To pay 159 for storage while I wait for my apt. Your employees needs to fill people in on everything I do not feel I should pay for this since I was not informed.

Sergio MI was given a bad truck. i called UHAUL to complain that I was not comfortable driving from Fort Lauderdale to Houston in a truck with red signal lights on but was told to go back to the location. i went to the location and asked for a better truck but they insisted the truck was fine and the only option i had was to cancel the reservation. Not having any option because that day was my last day to pack out and i have paid loaders, i reluctantly took the truck. When the loaders came, the truck refused to start. I called Uhaul again and but they said someone is coming to change the battery. Then the roadside assistance came and only jump started the truck. I asked that i was told he was coming to change the battery but he said he was only told to jump start the car and he cannot change the battery. I got mad and called uhaul again and asked how i can use such truck for such long trip because i will need to take bathroom breaks and then that means i will wait for maybe hours before someone will come and jump start the truck again if it refuses to start. They now told me someone is coming to change the battery. I paid the loaders three times; first time when the truck refused to start and they waited and left after the time i agreed with them ended. second time was when i called them to come back believing the road side assistance will change the battery but the battery was not changed and they waited again and left after the time we agreed ended. third time was after the battery was changed and they loaded the truck. The trip made me spend extra time and money that would have been avoided if UHAUL listened to my first compliant and changed the truck.

The man working there was extremely nice and helpful and the location was super easy to get in and out of. Everyone goes to the big store on 441, so this place was empty and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will go here every time from now on.

Victor CAs per my experience I have learned that U-Haul does not inform fully of rental as they forgot to mention no SunPass for the truck rental from margate fl to Sanford fl which inconvenience to renters to receive a toll violation letter for additional cost for the price I paid for rental, but it’s very strange that the rental cost is high coming from margate fl when I search for rental cost to margate was cheaper by 450/735

Richard MThe agent at the location told me to ignore the low tire pressure warning. I checked the tires and they were very low. This could have been dangerous on my 500 mile r/t drive. The windshield was filthy and there was no washer fluid. The truck interior was not clean. The truck itself drove well and was a pleasure to drive, but low-pressure tires, a dirty windshield, and a dirty interior made the experience unpleasant.

Shirlene MThe customer service at this location in north Lauderdale was excellent, the gentle man was professional…. The location at 4747 Nob hill in sunrise that where I got my confirmation to pick up the truck uhaul change it to north Lauderdale I didn't get a text or email say the location change, the lady was very nasty she needs to work in the back she don't know how to speak to customer she is very nasty and out of order.
