Personnel at the drop off location were fantastic. Nice and easy to deal with.

Robert HIf using mobile check in, I recommend doing the validation part in advance (like the day prior) so the customer is not sitting in the parking lot for 30+ min trying to figure out the process and getting their contacts to answer their phones when they receive a spam call.
Jennifer LThe uhaul app would not work for checkout. I was sitting on the lot and it kept telling me I was not at the right location. Eventually I was able to check out the truck using the website instead of the app.

Richard SMy experience was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating answering all of my questions. My only "improvement" recommendation would be to have the trucks start with a full tank versus requiring them to be returned with the same amount in the tank at the return as was there at the time of rental. It's difficult to estimate the miles/gallon and for me I didn't want to make multiple stops to fill the tank trying to get to a 1/4 tank. I will rent from these folks again and have already recommended them to others!

Micari GI followed the instructions when I got to the drop off site. "Herb" tried to charge me for four *extra* days , after returning the truck and equipment in *a day earlier*. I plan on talking with Herb today , 7/20/23, and getting this matter resolved.

Kevin HI don't understand what happened when I returned the vehicle and a few days later I received a threatening email saying I owed money and I had 0 days to pay before a collection agency would get involved. Based on this I will not use Uhal again.

Justin P1. The address on the site Does Not pull up in google maps. - After driving to 2 wrong locations had to call and listen to voice recording to find the correct place. 2. Very difficult to use the mobile check out process. Even after watching the instructional video, it took so long (2 hours) I had to call for them to adjust the pick up time on my reservation for me to be able to get car. 3. Window was down, inside had tree debris. And cup holder was broken. Vehicle shakes over 55mph. 4. Upon getting car the gas was supposed to be 1/2 tank but was only 3/8. I posted a picture and reported when I checked out, and when I returned truck with 3/8 tank (as I got it) they tried to charge me $27,5 for 1/8 of a tank. 5. Renee was the saving grace. She Was very nice and corrected my wrongful charge. I will not be renting from this location. Makes me not want to use U-Haul again. This experience was horrible
KateLynn TI booked online last Thursday to pick up a 20 foot truck. All was confirmed. On Friday the location changed to Ashland and confirmed for 10:30. We waited at that location for 4 hours no truck was there. I got a call at 2 pm to go to Fredericksburg to pickup and I drove to my destination my aunt had a medical emergency and I never used the truck put gas in it and drove it right back. 63 miles and 95 no use wasted dollars. I won't rent again bad experience.
