I spent one hour of my 4 hour rental waiting outside in the rain for the employee to unlock the store and give me the truck. The only reason the employee noticed me was that I was yelling on the phone in the parking lot about his incompetence. I used to have a storage unit at this facility and I got rid of it because of things like this, and because I noticed that employees were going inside my storage unit when I was not there. Find a different location

The customer service at this location is always excellent, however the last two vehicles that I've gotten there have not been cleaned. The floor was sticky, the cup holders were filthy and it smelled horrible. Need the vehicles to match the customer service.
NAKIA PClean your vans before renting them out. The van was filthy when I picked it up this morning. There was dried mud, onions from someone eating in there and just dirty. Otherwise I love this location. The young lady that works at the desk is very pleasant and helpful.

Ebonie WI would recommend but the truck was not in good shape at all, the ignition wasn't working. The attendant had to fight with it to get it started. I couldn't do it. So I had to leave it running at all times. The passenger side mirror could not be adjusted. Staff was good though.
