laurel jSteve, the Owner, was great helping us throughout the process of getting a hitch installed on my wife's new Tucson Hybrid. He was very consultative in our initial discussions and helped her feel comfortable with the process. Hitch was successfully installed and ready in a couple hours and worked fantastic during our Spring Break Outer Banks, NC trip. I can't recommend Steve and this U-Haul location highly enough for all your needs.

Michele CLove this place. Easy pick up and return. I used a van and put 10 miles on it and had to put 1,3 gallons of gas it which seemed off. Tank said full and wasnt or van got terrible mileage. Not sure which. That was only downside. I will go back again

anthony bInterior of vehicle had trash from prior rental. Right rear outer tire (drive wheel) is badly worn (2/32) depth and engine oil is dirty. I would have preferred a model with cruise control. Give nature of driving long distances seems logical to be standard feature.

Julie RI was charged $24,74 because I returned my trailer after close. I was never told there would be an additional fee for returning after close. I returned the trailer according to the hours I prepaid. Feel I was misled on pricing and swindled because they closed at 7pm.
Richard SGet the employees to be more involved. no assistance with hook up, hooked up everything myself and when i pulled away there was another trailer wedged under. At check out, no assistance with making chains shorter, rather, "instructed' on how to do it as he watched me struggle.

James HThe power steering was out which made it very difficult to maneuver the truck into tight spots. I was not informed of this prior to taking the truck off the lot. I did notify the worker when I returned it and he acknowledged that the steering seemed tight.

Deborah NGet someone to work at this location that doesn't despise his job. I don't know if he is a franchise owner, etc. etc. etc. but he obviously hates what he does. Give him a several month orientation in Customer Service. The woman with whom I had an incident needs to be fired. I would've fired her on the spot if I were her as a manager but there's obviously a reason he did not. I have no idea what it is. Teach anyone who greets the customer at any time to use customer service principles. This location obviously has none of the above people that work there are just working for the money they don't give two rats patooties about the customer. I will never. Never. I'd like to repeat that never use U-Haul again and I will tell everyone about my experience. Also, the manager/owner whatever of this location is a liar. He obviously lied to the police which I called as a result of being threatened by the employee there. I don't call the deputies in my Township, of whom I know several every whipstitch I called because I felt threatened. I felt in danger and I was worried, and guess what I know you don't give too ratatouilles about this either.
Bernadene ZThis location in Anderson Township , Ohio, is one the most organized UHaul locations in the United States. They have a huge inventory of UHaul trucks and trailers,well stocked in any possible moving needs you may have. The owner is always accessible along with knowledgeable associates. Need or looking for equipment or supplies, do yourself a favor and check out this location!
david aThe prior renter left the cab light on so the battery was drained. I think someone should have checked the truck before the next rental. But other than that, the vehicle performed acceptably.

It would be more convenient to enter with only ONE card swipe Hallway for the 150s sensor light is very slow. As a woman, I walked in the dark hallway too long. Merci

The 2nd month we were told only a very small unit was available. We rented large trucks and were supposed to receive comparable size storage. There actually was more than one large unit available. It was at that point we decided to discontinue any storage there. Very disappointing.

Steve showed me how to obtain access at least three times because I simply forgot after months had passed without accessing it. Every time, he was courteous and professional. My experience with all the staff at this location has been excellent.
