The Manager of this location is very nice, she is quick to assist and very helpful.
Brian YI had a very good experience while storing my items here, and I would highly recommend to anyone. The manager Mary joe, is a very nice lady, she was always pleasant to speak to, helpful, and treats you like a family member. The building was always clean, in fact, after (3) year staying here in a climate controlled unit; there was no dust on my items. I would definitely recommend storing your items.

I made this reservation the day before and specifically declined this coverage. I only received the contract after I turned in the vehicle (same day). The person checking me in gave me the total for the rental which included the $10 charge. I asked that she remove it, claimed she didn't know how to do that. I must now deal with the manager trying to get a refund. I would think there should have been a way to adjust my bill at the time I turned in the vehicle.

The cops illegally took my product out of the storage where in no terms or conditions does uhaul state you can not out legal hemp in and now because of Mary I am having to sue the largo police department for illegally taking my product which because of Mary has now given me PTSD and I have lost 3 buyers for my product. You better prepare to hear from my lawyer real soon.

Rhonda RThe young man working there was amazing. Even though Uhaul had the unit screwed up in the system, he worked with me to get it figured out. I was not happy that Uhaul couldn't accommodate me since the unit was in the system as separate and is now combined with another unit, at no fault of mine of the young man working. Since the unit was offered to me at the rate of a 7X10 and there was not another one on the property, I know that Uhaul could have just made the customer happy and just let me have the two units for the price of 1 since I already unloaded my trailer in the parking lot to get to the item I needed in the storage unit first, Poor Property Mangement, and if the property manager is not gonna be able to answer questions when the other staff members have legitimate issues, allow the employees to make on the spot decisions without fear of being fired or reprimanded. Complete thanks and admiration to the young man working that day. Total respect for being sure a responsible young man at an early age. Dont ever find that in kids these days! I wish you well young man. And as I told you then, don't let the small things you can not control in life bother you!

I called the storage scheduler number and Christine got us hooked up with the Belcher Rd facility. Mary Anne, the facility manager took over when we arrived and was great. We have a unit and are getting the truck unloaded. We were told we could drop off the truck there but it is not a drop-off location. Mary Anne said not to worry, we will get that fixed after we get the truck unloaded. Thanks to Mary Anne for all her help.
