Tawnya HThe check engine light was on from the time I picked it up until the time I dropped it off. The windshield wiper blades were worn out and not effective. There was no windshield wiper fluid.

will cThe trailer had bald tires and shook like crazy. We had a tire blow out and was told by the person who fixed the tire that the only way that they would change the tires on the trailer was if they saw wires or if you had a blow out. To me that sounds dangerous and not worth the money we spent.

I was paying $110 0 a month I had to move to another storage facility where I am paying $68 a month and one size bigger. I was out of town and a day late and the locked me out I got in on a fri. And paid I went sat. Eve. To get something out that was sold from my store and the lock was still on. I lost a $200 sale. The staff had a oops attitude which upset me. I like u haul storage but the low prises online are anything compared to what I was actually charged.

I've been through some trauma last couple months of my life my new year didn't start off very well. Honestly U-Haul people have made it so much easier. From picking up my U-Haul in Gardnerville Jimmy I believe that was the young man's name God forgive me if I'm wrong, as I lived in California Bishop California 3 hours from where I had to pick up a U-Haul as Bishop people wanted $7 000 to rent a U-Haul to move to Texas insane. So from Reno to Bishop to Texas didn't work out Texas to Arizona love you guys so much so helpful thank you thank you thank you God bless you all.

We had to go through 2 storage units filled with our late father's belongings, and Austin even gave us a 3rd unit for free for a month so we had room to sort without blocking the hallways. The staff here goes above and beyond, they are so nice! If we ever have storage needs in the Phoenix area again, we will definitely go back to this location. The facility was always clean & they even have a donation area near the doors, which is so convenient!

I cannot use it without banging on it with a hammer. Difficult to lock my items & until it is fixed-NOT SURE HOW LONG YOU WILL DELAY THAT. 3) I am challenged with any loads I want to take there. 4) I still don't know if this unit will be large enough since I lost significant space with the 30"+ diameter concrete post in the center! 5) Could not even get the climate-controlled unit I reserved! Your crew there did all they could to assist me. My dilemma with the unit closure not working is not their fault. Notes were made to alert me when a unit that I attempted to reserve becomes available. At that time I will decide if I want to pay movers AGAIN to move my items. Would YOU feel optimistic with these circumstances???

This location also charged me a month earlier than both what they were supposed to and what was confirmed online, causing a $36 overdraft fee and draining my bank account while I was already having money deposit issues. I've also tried contacting the general manager for the Cave Creek location multiple times and no one has gotten back to me on anything even when they deign to answer the phone. They take a message and the call is never returned. I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm just really frustrated with my experience and that I'm basically being ignored.

As I was moving out and the direct line to the storage was busy the online service respond I did ask for the dates it was due and after this they mix them up and I did move from the one I had more time and only few days of the other one . They will not give me extra time to stay and I have paid 20 days extra . It wasn't my fault I have used your storage for 4 years, never late. Not happy as I had to move ASAP and had to pay for moving in such a short time.

JENNIFER M | Premières impressionsI received an email notification to remind me to pay my rent on time, so I went online and tried to set up an automatic payment with my credit card, but it said it was through a third party and they would charge a small fee to process my payments. Then I noticed I could set it up with my checking account and it was free, so I did that. I didn't screen shot the final screen (my mistake) because it said I would get an email confirmation, but never received one. Then a few days later I got an email saying I had a late charge on my account and it then allowed me to set up automatic payments on my credit card for free. I went in and talked to a general manager and they didn't do anything. So I closed my account and moved my stuff to another location. I'll never use Uhaul again.
brittani l | Expérience généraleI believe the yellow paint on the parking lot for slope should not be so slippery as to make my foot slide down it as soon as it touched it causing my ankle to break and be dislocated and land me in a sitting position! It should be a rougher consistency so that a person can get a grip if they step on it!

On our second unit we paid on the 25th and moved everything out the 18th with no money back for the days not used. Expensive. Love it but may need to choose a different storage next time. Employees were all wonderful though!
