For some reason, my U Haul app told me I was at the wrong location and I had to go inside to complete transaction. This was not the case as I had been redirected on 3,22 to go to this location after ordering from 412 Central Expressway.

Until the African American lady went to work there I knew I had to get my stuff out of there. She was very rude on the phone to several people on the phone. I had my daughter call up there to and she spoke to her very crazy. I am 60 years old I deserve some kind of respect she wouldn't like her mother or daughter talked to the way she speaks to people. That is the worst thing you have done is give someone authority to that does not know how to treat people. She is the reason I went and moved all of my stuff out and took it to another storage. She will not talk to me and my family crazy whenever she feels like it.

The person who answered me was extremely rude and without patience, she treated us in a bad mood and humiliated us a lot, she was rude to my friend, she was rude to me and everyone who was with me, and when we asked for patience she went to call someone else to stay there to care of her if we did not behave and cause issues being that we were not doing absolutely nothing we just had difficulty understanding what she was saying, we were very humiliated by extremely nothing and when she gave us the key, she almost threw it in our hand and left we are all bad about the whole situation, I have videos and I'm going after my consumer rights

The representative at check was great, very helpful and did not get frustrated with me processing information a little slow. Representative over the phone the next day was very friendly, understood what I was asking and provided me with feedback about my check out he completed in the morning as I had issues checking in at night when I dropped off the truck. Thank you for a great experience.

The facility is very nice. It was very easy to access units. The manager was very nice, professional, understanding, Moving can be a stressful time but she was polite. I'm glad I chose this location.

Employ professional people who knows how to represent Uhaul well and communicate effectively with customers. When I went to pick up the van the Central Storage Manager was very rude. The manner in how she spoke and acted. She was having problems with her cell phone to take a picture of my driver's license. I did not walk with my phone. She was unable to take a picture of DL I suggested she call Uhaul to assist her with a phone she replied negative by saying I am not calling anyone. Then she said I came to her unprepared when I had my DL and method of payment. While speaking with her there were lots of head movements and lots of rolling her eyes. I could not believe I was in a place of business. I took out insurance. When I returned the van I went into the office she did not greet me. She pick up clip board and headed outside to inspect van. She said I damage right fender. She only took a picture of right fender and not the left fender to compare the sides. I took pictures of both sides had them added as part of my complaint. While taking the picture she burst out and said your CC will be charge for damages. It was said in a vindictive way. Why did I purchase the insurance? Looking at the fenders there were no damages. It was a very, very stressful experience. When we returned to office there was no communication. I was waiting not knowing what was next. I asked a question. Her response are you speaking to me while rolling her eyes and moving her head? I ha asked her do I get a copy of receipt showing my charges she said via email. I stood the whole time waiting for her to communicate. I learned there was no paper to print. I left the facility not knowing my charges. I rented from Uhaul before turned in key paid and was given receipt. It will be nice if you have cameras to record the performance of your workers. I can only share my ordeal with social media and friends. In addition, The 2 days she was out of paper. I told her if she does not like her job find another. She was not communicating, rolling her eyes and the angry tone of voice. I was so sorry I encountered such negative energy. I purchased the insurance to take care of false accusation. I am a very safe driver and responsible.

Ahrisha B - Great customer service! The truck was clean. The 'low pressure' message was displayed for one of the tires. Ahrisha checked the pressure. The pressure was correct for the identified tire. She checked all 4 just to make sure there were no other issues. The message never went off but the tires were inflated properly. The equipment was cleant. The truck itself ran horribly. I advised Ahrisha upon returning the truck that the transmission on that truck needs to be checked. There were several times during my trip that the transmission would not shift gears. Thankfully I or no one else was hurt.

The rep was rude and not helpful, she was nice to the other customers but because we spoke Spanish she chose ignore us and rush through the reservation. There was no parking available to return the UHaul, when I told her that she just said well you have to park it somewhere! With attitude, she got mad that she had to move out of the desk to move the unit. Very disappointed, I would love to have my money back but that probably won't happen, also the unit was dirty when I received it. Though she stated it was great and ready. Deffenitelty not recommending this location, I own a moving business and rent trucks sometimes, will def not recommend to any of my customers.

This may not be this locations problem, but this is the second trunk tha has broken down on me in about a year. The 1st truck the battery kept dying. I had to run the truck every couple hours to make that not happen and this one the truck got stuck in gear and was unable to move.

I came in to close out my bill and storage unit. I told the employee that I would not be paying for my bill with the card on file, rather the one in my hand that I clearly showed him. He was more concerned about his Uber eats order and tipping the drive. Even though I was there first and there were two employees on staff. He then submits my payment via the card on file, when I told him not to. Then says it went through which was impossible. I get an alert from my bank stating that there was charge on my card, and obviously it was blocked after that. Then I go to clear out my storage the next day, and they had a padlock on it. Even though I paid they bill the day before. Had to go to another location and they had to come over and cut it off. HORRIBLE, management needs to hire and train better staff. The customer is suppose to come first not your Uber eats tip. SMH

Don’t send a customer take down all their information credit card and send them to a place it’s been close for an hour then when you finally get somebody to help you get the truck it’s 100° out and there’s no air-conditioning in the truck thank God for the young man there that helped me get into the vehicle the place was closed that they sent me to he helped me and was kind other than that you Did poorly

Fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. The area where our unit was had air conditioning, which was an unexpected bonus when we were moving out on a day that hit 110 degrees. Definitely our best U-Haul experience so far!

LOUSY service; indifferent office guy. Told me truck was due back by 5:30p. upon arrival a bit after 5p, office door locked +lights out. Closing time painted on door was 7p, so i joined 3 others standing in 106 degree heat, thinking guy somewhere on site. No one there by 5:35p. so we each left. Called the next morning and was told the office closes @ 5p and they the hours painted on the door were wrong. so why did he tell me to return the truck by 5:30? i could just as well kept it overnight for all he'd know. One and done with this UH location

I believe the guy at the reception in that specific location is not happy to give service to some specific sort of community when they are coming to rent! He is not professional and doesn't want to talk eye to eye with a customer and seem like is is given you his father's truck! Come on we pay for the service, okay just leave you bad attitude at home come with your profession to work, Any way will never come to the specific location again! Rude Rude!

Prices are definitely deceitful since the advertisement price is NOT the real one. Asked and conveniently said they "just increased it and haven't change the add". Very disappointing and unprofessional practices.

The truck provided was clean and well maintained but I put "no" because we reserved a furniture dolly, and when we got there they didn't have one or any dolly for us. The whole experience in general was frustrating because of that as well as the costs being way more than originally quoted. When I first reserved everything online several days before pickup, the quote was roughly $50. When we got there, the quote shot up to $92. I guess it was because we estimated 50 miles, but we ended up only driving 25ish miles. And then when all was said and done we got charged $96!! This was even though I got gas to fill the tank back up to where it was. Apparently it was a sliver under the original line so I got charged $20. Just felt like I was being taken advantage of every step of the way. The only reason I'm not eating it "poor" is because the lady I spoke to on the phone was kind and gave me a partial refund on the mileage.

I had been with this facility for over 12 years, from a marriage to a divorce to my 24 year old son passing away and the staff changed several times but always maintained a clean, safe, respectful, and friendly environment for and my family. Thank you U-Haul Midpark!

I would have given five stars if not for the fact that I wasn't given the correct information to gain entrance to the storage facility without traveling to a separate office to receive a entry card. Moving is hassle enough without added avoidable annoyance. Other than that I found the staff very friendly and helpful.

Disaster. We booked a 26 foot truck and were then advised to get a 10x20 storage. We should have been advised that it would take 30-45 minutes to complete the paperwork and that we should do that before the movers arrived. My UHaul movers were waiting around during that time and getting paid for waiting around. The access door was stuck. The movers told us that the 10x20 storage was too small. The only thing available was a smaller unit, which was still not enough. We had to cancel the unit, find another storage location, find new same day movers because there wasn't enough time to get to a new location and complete the job, and I had to pay the existing movers a 2 hour minimum for doing nothing. I called 1800UHaul and found another location that had 2 7x23 units, which was sufficient to hold our belongings. After completing the reservation I noticed that it was not climate controlled. That was a deal breaker in the 100+ F summer temperatures of Dallas. So I cancelled these units too. We booked a 10x30 unit at CubeSmart and hired another set of UHaul movers to move us late into the night into the CubeSmart unit.

Provide instructions on how to close the latch or an alternate closing method because my latch was too hard to close, so I had to use a hard wire to tie it around the lever to keep it down.

William was the associate who helped set up my rental. he was rude from the start of the interaction. he acted as if he did not want to be there and i was bothering him. i will never return to this location again.

Everything was fine. The customer service okay. The lady at the Midpark and 75 location need better customer service skills. She need to speak when being greeted by customers. She seemed rather snobby. Her name was Sheila.

I never authorized auto pay. We checked out on the last day of our month. No one was there to give the access key to. I tried to use the app but it asked for a photo of the empty unit but it was not me who was at the unit and they had finished before I knew this was suggested. I have spoken to two people and was supposed to get a call back but have not. I did not authorize auto pay so you did not have the ok to charge me. We had to return to give you the access card. Your app says the hours are to 7pm. Apparently they are not. Please refund the monthly charge. Please call me at (214) 226-0066. Dana Massey

Every part of my move went fine until I reached storage facility. I was told to check in at the office to pick up key. So I followed a vehicle thru the gate and parked. I walked up to office and locked myself out. Office was closed. Had to drive to another location to pick up key and come back. So, obviously U-Haul locations need to be in sync.

Worst experience in storage and customer service that I have ever experienced. From flat out being denied service when I needed it as a male employee was too busy playing non his phone to having moved out of the storage and informing the office 4 times and my card still being charged several times. The customer service here is horrible.

The customer agent was really rude. She kept telling us things like "crash my truck, and I'm coming for you. You're going to pay so much money." But the checkout was fast; the truck was clean; and the return was easy.

when I picked up the truck I told the attendee that it smelled of cigarettes in the truck and it was dirty. He told me there was nothing he could do. There was another truck available but he said he couldn't give it to me. I had to drive 12 hours in a smelly dirty truck.. At this location I also had to ask questions instead of being shown around or shown basic instructions.

During my reservation and online check in for this unit, I was told I would receive a free lock waiting in my unit. I did my online check in and arrived the next day to load my things into the unit, and there was no lock. I went to the front office to tell the lady working that I didn't receive my lock in the unit. She told me that it wasn't left in there because it wasn't paid for. I pointed out that the lock was supposed to be FREE according to my online check in and reservation. It old Uhaul I had a 15 ft truck to store and I was given a 5 by 5 by 10. A Shed. I couldn't get another storage until Monday morning. I had to get another day for the Uhaul. Lots of money I put out that didn't match the service for the storage

Rented unit, got to the unit. Lock was on it. Called the assistance line, they weren't helpful. Told me I could go 2,5 miles down the road for a unit. Then came back and said those units weren't available. I had to extend my truck rental for another day. Plus the rental was due back at the same storage I was going to use. Inconvenience all around. The manager said there was no units the size I paid for. The VERY NEXT MORNING, I reserved a unit the SAME size at the SAME location. Whoever the manager is of this location is disgusting & this needs to be followed up on.

There are scuff marks all over floors inside but that's bound to happen with moving stuff. Wish they didn't bother keeping the box trucks there to rent would give more room for the storage customers. I think that spot would do better with vans and the trucks. And the front office feels claustrophobic now with all the boxes in the middle. I understand having more room for inventory to see but it's not much room to move around still even more so after the renovations.

Miranda had a very poor attitude and assigned me a storage unit with a lock already on it. It's not my fault is all she had to say. Tried to give me a 10 x 30 non climate controlled unit versus a 10 x 15 climate control unit. No thank you. Happy you're all booked up but before renting a unit you may want to put eyes on the unit first to make sure there is not a lock on it. Do you due diligence. And Miranda needs an attitude adjustment as well.

Rudest customer service, Displayed ignorance to my initial reservation and upon initiating the account information. Did not have any information correct. I was locked out of my storage locker when then system showed I was paid in full. Management went even further to insult me by changing the unit number I was being billed for at 7 am on CHRISTMAS DAY without prior request, notification nor following the change. My bill quadrupled due to this change, and I contacted customer service at corporate and they too were not understanding why these things had occurred to me. I requested itemized copies of the invoice and was told that wasn't available. The name, phone number, and my name were completely wrong on file when this account was established and Ms.Kelso had no concern to correct it, and lied to me several times stating that it had been but hadn't. Even the last notification I received had the incorrect information on the dates pertaining to payments and due dates! This is the most unprofessional group of individuals I have encountered in the course of operating my business. No apology was ever given as to any mishandled information. I certainly will NEVER refer anyone to UHAUL!

The staff always seemed annoyed If you went in for questions or concerned. If purchasing something they were friendly. The storage unit itself was great. There was a few times I'd go to purchase something from the office early in the morning right when they were to open and no one was there. I was trying to clean out my storage before my move and they just never seemed to be open when the office said it was suppose to be. Also, I asked to use the dumpster for a fee which was fine but they left earlier than the closing time so I was unable to use the dumpster. It was a hassle. I was still charged the fee however.

Mike is very problematic. I reserved movers, storage, and a truck online. I came the day before the ensure that everything would go smooth for me to get there and he say he can't accept the reservation code for the truck that I needed the actual physical contact. Go to the other store to get it and they said no go back he can do it. So i go back and tell him Miranda said it was ok and he proceeded just fine. Gives me the receipt and tells me which unit. I go to the unit and it's a padlock on it so I drove back to the office for him to tell me it shouldn't be on there. We get in the golf cart and he's like oh and takes it off. I just feel like there was ALOT of wasted time for something I tried to have handled before arriving. Ron at the other location processed everything and got me out reasonably BUT the truck was on a battery charger and had an oil leak. I've used Uhaul through the years and I would like to continue doing so as long as when it's time for me to move out of storage it's not even more issues.

DO NOT TRUST LEAVING YOUR BELONGING AT THIS LOCATION! The local staff was great, but the general manager was a pos! She lied and did not look over her own records to see that I was NEVER called about my past due until two days before they decided to place my belongings up for auction and gave me the ONLY option of paying in full and would NOT accept a partial payment and the rest of the balance by the end of the week! They sold off my all of my last belongings including registered weapons, to who knows who, and my social security card and birth certificate and those also of my husband and children! Would not even allow me to get those before the auction! Said all they would do is contact the buyer and ask that person, whoever he may be, to contact me. Of course, he never has. And why would he? He has guns and IDs that that can be sold for top dollar on any market. This manager is a true POS! She has a dark soul and I hope and pray the good Lord finds some way to reach her before the evil final takes her completely under. I will pray for her soul, but her actions and words speak volumes. DO NOT TRUST YOUR THINGS THERE BUT ESPECIALLY THE GENERAL MANAGER!!!

The associate I dealt with, when first putting items in storage, was a terrible representative of the company. He was rude, sarcastic, unhelpful, and lacked any empathy whatsoever. He also seemed to have an attitude, because I made it to office right before close. Now when I moved the last of my stuff out on 08/19, the young lady in office who checked me out, was very professional, efficient and nice. She deserves a raise. However the gentleman I dealt with in the beginning had terrible customer service.

Staff was SUPER friendly, quick, and knowledgeable! My only complaint was, the inside of the facility and the inside of my unit in particular wasn't clean AT ALL. There were PLENTY of dead crickets throughout the facility. I hate bugs!! There were 3 dead crickets in my unit and some spilled green stuff. Not sure what it was, but it looked as if it was coming from that black box that's in all of the storage units. Throughout the facility was PLENTY of trash (empty dryer sheet box, and an unknown object that was awkwardly laying in the walkway, along with much more) The facility looks like it hasn't been cleaned in about a year, when you compare it to other UHaul facilities. Other than that, the staff were amazing!!! The facility is just super dirty 濫濫

Uhaul changed my pick up location multiple times because a 20 foot truck was not available at my preferred location. They did not even bother asking me where I am moving to & just picked a nearby location that was in the OPPOSITE direction of where I was moving to because it was close to my preferred location. I should have just used another moving company after my order was changed the first time. After multiple times of trying to get a truck, I switched to a location completely different from where my preferred location was. I did the after hours pick up and they forgot my utility dolly so now I was stuck between waiting an hour before they open to get one or just walking 20+ boxes from my home to the Uhaul instead of stacking 4-5 boxes on top of the dolly and just easily pushing it. I followed the directions on the self check to get my Uhaul key that was locked inside the back of the truck. The lock wouldn't open so I had to call customer service & they told me to apply pressure on the bolt of the lock while turning the lever. I doubt most people would be able to figure that out on their own because the lock was way too tight & nothing seemed to be working. I had to come back later on to pick up the dolly during regular business hours. I came to return the truck at around 8 PM at night so I looked on my reservation and the website to try to check in my Uhaul but could not find anywhere to do so. I filled up the Uhaul with gas & locked the keys in the back of the Uhaul using the lock the Uhaul came with & parked it in front of the store. I get a text message early in the morning saying I will be charged a $20 late fee for not bringing my Uhaul back before 10 PM. Absolute awful experience & lots of frustration. I used Uhaul to move for the last 10+ years but I think I will definitely use another company next time.

My storage unit was burglarized with thousands of $ of items being stolen. There was a new lock put on my unit without being informed (if i went before/after office hours it would've been blank trip). Taylor (manager) has been very hostile about the situation and initially told me they would need an extra 48 hours to watch surveillance after telling me that Miranda's lead information of a suspect was false. I reached out the the 1-800 number and spoke with management and was supposed to hear something back by July 14 still haven't heard anything. The customer service and professionalism here is a 0. Wouldn't recommend to anyone !

(1) Months and months of billing errors, threatening letters, fees, etc., and in EVERY SINGLE CASE my rent was paid on time. INCOMPETENT!! (2) While vacating my unit, I discovered that the unit had flooded at some point and all of my belongings that were on the floor had water marks/stains 7 inches up. WHY WAS I NOT INFORMED THAT MY UNIT FLOODED???? Yes, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE. YOU were aware that my unit flooded and you failed to notify me so that I could check my belongings and move out to prevent further damage. They charged me a full month rent when I left on the 11th of December. I have left multiple messages. Every time I call it gets forwarded to the call center. They send a message to the manager and I never get a call back. The GM was supposed to credit 1/2 of my rent back and never did. I'm not pleased with the way this has been handled and will never use uhaul again.

He told us there were no courtesy carts to use which we ended up finding on our own halfway through moving all our stuff by hand from the Lyft out front.. I think he is lucky he still has a job

I was pleased using this storage facility for the past 6 years, till this week when I was moving my things out and was not able to open the entrance door get to my unit. The office would not answer my call and I had to drive to the office asking for help. I got quite a run around when they argued with me. I experienced the same problem each day this past week. I told those in the office that this franchise will loose money cause this location is NOT user friendly. I was very frustrated that it was difficult communicating a simple thing of having the entrance door to be open during normal business hours.

I called the facility, several times, no one picked up, to ask if there is an online check-in for a storage room, I was told no!. I then went back online to reserve and I checked in, the employee said only possible at the facility. When I finalized my storage online, we got a message that our lock would be in the storage room, it was not, we had to go and ask for it, this was inconvenient!! No disputes just employees should know what they are talking about to customers, the agent at Uhaul should have been able to tell me about online check-in same day reserved, the employee said that it was not possible, only here at the facility, wow!

The only reason it is above average and not excellent is because of the lack of free carts to use at the storage facility. There were also shady people hanging in the storage facility while moving in. My rep was AMAZING!!

It was very difficult to find a trolley to move items to and from the storage units. Inside the place was dark and sketchy. The driveways between the buildings were dirty too. I dropped off a few items and a few days later I came back with more. During that time someone had come in and placed a rat poison station in my unit. I moved out as soon as I could.

I reported the unit was leaking water during rain for 3 months and always got the same response. "Good to know. I've been telling them we need a new roof. What unit are you in?" Which always lead to the, "I'll tell my manger and have them call you." No one ever called. Then I move out of my storage and clean it yesterday. Leave and receive an email from my bank 2 hrs later that they charged me another months rent. I'm just confused. We never talked about him charging me another month. My bill had been due on the 8th every month for 3 months. I moved out on the 8th.

The owner was awesome. I arrived at 9am but whoever was scheduled to work that morning never showed. I was on hold with U-Haul for close to an hour while they tried to investigate the situation. The owner left one of this other facilities to open this one around 10:15am. Therefore, we had a much later start to our day of unloading our truck with our team of help. Not the owner's fault, just unfortunate circumstances / timing.
