I have had my storage with UHaul for over 30 years, you all were great until I had items stolen from me. You all were rude from your office on 65th street to Lilly, you know her last name. Told "my claim would be denied and to do whatever I needed to do" comments from Lilly herself. I tried calling the head office of course got the runaround. I am now at a new location will be promoting them on my social media page strongly. I am more disappointed than upset, once I cleared out my storage it was very disturbing there were 4 to five nice size rat holes, the wall was separating from the brick structure the box put in form rodents is the same one from when I got the unit 170, the light whomever illegally entered my storage from the adjoining one snatched the string out where I had no access to the light. I requested an FOI on that property there were so many calls to LRSD that it had to be put on a disc and you all had the nerve to not only deny my claim but be rude. WOW

Paid to have access until 10 pm and was locked out of my facility at 7 and couldn't finish moving. Paid for a U-Haul truck for nothing. Facility is filthy and gate is broken.

This location is the typical location I go to for Uhaul Rental. They are very nice and helpful, but many times there is just one person working when there are several people waiting for assistance. I had to wait a little longer than I would like for my rental, but once I was helped, the employee was very helpful. She was just busy.

The gate was damaged and not operable when I was there last, so my answer to the first question reflected it. However, it was the first time I had seen the property like that. The manager saw me and told me someone wrecked it again but would be fixed. I trust that will happen because she is honest and diligent in doing all she can to make the storage facility the very best.

Had a blow out due to dry rotted tire and stranded over 3 1/2 hours. Sites should have the tires checked more frequently by trained professional to make sure tires, wheels, vehicles or whatever equipment is properly inspected and maintained. I do realize that things happen but should not be due to the result of non maintenance.

I was told the daily rate was $19,99 and included 100 miles and $.49 cents per additional mile, but turns out that wasn't true. Then I was told the system had automatically given me the lowest rate which was $89 per day that included 100 miles plus $.69 per mile.

They were easy to work with and I always felt safe within the facility and my stuff in storage was safe and secure. My only difficulty was getting a late fee refunded. My account was on auto pay but the credit card expired the same month that one of my children was murdered. I was in shock and grieving the loss of my son and was a month or two late noticing the account was past due. I requested a refund of the late fee(s) but they denied my request. Otherwise, no complaints.

The truck smelled like wintergreen dip and cigarette smoke when the truck had sticker on it saying do not smoke, the alignment for the steering was off by a decent amount, and the rental ended up being about double the price of what I was quoted on the phone and that’s after I was refunded money for not using all the miles I said I would.

I am very disappointed in my over all experience with renting a 10 ft. truck from Hanna at this location. The check out process was fine and everything was explained fairly well and we were told that we would get about half of our deposit back however when I called before noon on the day the truck was due and asked how much it would be to keep it one more day due to the heavy rain in the area I was told it would be $22 dollars not double what I had originally paid. We rented the truck at 3pm on Friday and had it back by 10am on Sunday. I personally feel that if you are not using the truck for a full 24hrs there should be a different rate. we should also have received some kind of compensation for the fact that we asked for a appliance dolly when we made the reservation but when we picked up the truck we were told that all they had was a normal dolly.

Absolutely the worst storage option ever and the most UNPROFESSIONAL, incompetent, uninviting, rude and unhelpful group of employees I've ever seen or encountered. The facility is always dirty, no one answers the phone even after returning a phone call and management act like there was never any experience or training when excepting the job. . Corporate needs to pay the facility a surprise visit.

If u ask for a credit card online to reserve a truck why do I need to bring the credit card to the store to swipe? It was very inconvenient & my sister had to drive to our mother's house to get her credit card before we could pick up a truck that we are using to move some things for her. Re think this please.

Steven B didn't check to see if the lock was removed from the trailer and we didn't know til we arrived at our destination and tried to open the trailer. It was 5 minutes til Uhaul closed, so I called Steven, who told me he would close the store and call me to come unlock it. We waited outside for an hour in 100 degree heat and HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED UP!!

Sadly, IMHO, I think that being located between two housing complexes that are in disrepair and disarray, this storage location suffered break-ins of the storage units. Mine was one of the units affected. Estimated loss of theft and damaged goods, $1000. Therefore, I am content with finally moving my remaining possessions into another storage facility.

The staff was great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I had several storages for almost 5 years. I never had a problem. I like the fact that they put traps in the storages to keep pests out. And they're locked and secured to keep the burglars out. If I need to rent a truck or storage they are first on my list

Replace the manager. She was deceitful when requesting an extension on our rental. Instead of being upfront with me and my wife she lied to both of us. Was denied access to my indoor unit one day. Attendant and her managers were unable to find out how to open the automatic door. I wasted an hour before I gave up. The door to the unit itself was on a damaged hinge. It took finesse to open and close, but eventually the hinge simply fell apart, leaving the door unable to be closed at all. Even when working somewhat properly, the door opened the wrong direction. If open it blocked half of the automatic door, leaving me only half a doorway's width to get everything in and out.

This was the worst experience. The van was rented to me with damage to the back right bumper which effected the side and rear doors. The tire pressure was low when we got the van so we had to stop along the way to refill the air. We loaded the van in Oxford and the rear door would not close. Called roadside assistance and they were there within the hour. The issue is with the tire pressure continuously low and that hour wasted a lot of time. The mileage on the truck was different than the paperwork in which I took a picture on the app. The doors were hard to keep close in park which kept the dome light on. A disaster. My storage unit got broken into and they didn't notify me until 2 days after they discovered it and told me it's no telling when the unit was broken into. I had my storage there for a month prior to the notification of my unit "missing a lock" so my unit could've been broken into a few days after I moved my items in, nobody knows. I was very disappointed because I'm a college student and I had most of my dorm items there and now they're gone.

This place helped me out after the manager at the location on Kanis st in Little Rock was very rude the moment I walked in and could not complete the order because her system was down (key thing for her is to not take it out on customers). Anyway, they got me going very quickly and we're very helpful. A+ experience.

We showed up before closing, and no one was there. We had to wait 20 minutes for an employee who had happened to see everyone to reopen the store and let us in to get the key. The vehicle, while clean, did not drive well. I asked to do a mobile pickup and still wound up having to go inside and speak to someone to get my rental. Lastly, and this is no fault of this location, but listing on the site that it's only $30 to rent this vehicle when there are significantly more charges based on where you are driving to is misleading. The least we could have possibly spent was $120.

Staff was helpful and efficient, both when checking out the van and when returning and checking in. The van performed well and fit our need. When returning the van, I forgot to mention to the representative that the "low air pressure" light went on about 8 miles into our journey. The dash light indicated the right rear tire was at about 42 PSI, whereas the other three were inflated to about 70-75 PSI. My initial storage at this facility was excellent. in September 2022 some one broke into my unit. Books and papers were dumped and scattered. I live in California now so there was not much I could do. I returned to Little Rock on May 2 to empty my unit. It's done. Thanks. McCoy

I had a moving company that brought my personal items to the storage. The moving company had words with the Store Manager. She was very rude to the point the moving company called their boss. 2. The General manager than told me that i hired a ghetto moving company???? 3. I only had a storage while my home was being painted for a few weeks. With in those weeks it rained, and I open my storage just too see water damage. I had homeowners insurance so i decline the storage insurance. 4. Told the manager what happen there was no apology no anything. They didn't offer me another storage. I told them I was not going to move the damage property and was there anything they could do to help. RUDE AS RUDE. she didn't offer any customer service told me if i didn't move my items i would be charge for a storage that was leaking !!! then told me if they remove my damage property which was 2 mattresses, she would charge me the junk fee. I called customer service, and they told me that there was NOTHING they could do!!!!! NOT ONE person offered to help me move my items to a new storage room. BEYOND CRAZY to think I will pay for the same storage room that cause me damage to my personal belongings. 5. i plan to go to the better business bureau. I am unsure how this store passed inspection. .There are signs stating they did!! when they have leaks in their buildings. 6. I also plan to contact the attorney general office for horrible customer service and expectations of wanting someone to pay for damage storage unit. 7. I plan to put this review on FB and every social media platform!!!! If I have the energy and time, I will do this weekly! I pray no one spends their hard earn money on a company who could care less about your belongings; about your experience and about the stress levels of dealing with insurance companies. they simply don't care about YOU, the people who keep them in business!

I made 2 trips from 6310 colonel glen to 6300 colonel glen and 2 trips from 6300 to6310 colonel glen.. and no where else …the truck said 14 miles . The 10 by 10 was. Inside. On a Hill with NO. LIGHT Bulb and the. Rep for U-Haul Stated he did not have any … there were no dolly or pads in truck..

I'm a tornado victim and it was imperative that I be able to lease a truck and a storage unit as quickly as possible. Before I leased my truck I had already secured a unit from a another facility only to find out what I leased was not I was lead to believe it was. This cost me a whole day that I couldn't afford. But after remember that U-Haul had storage buildings close by, my call was taken, my reservation made and the morning I was in my unit. Thanks guys

The manager couldn't have been more rude and mean. Chenille should not be working there in any position much less as a manager. I moved out on Feb. 22, 2023 not the 27th after renting there for 12 years . I will never use or rent from uhaul again!! After paying a settlement fee and moving out, She sent me two more bills two days in a row, steadily increasing the balance. The account is closed!!! Unbelievable! She kept us locked in the gate unable to leave the property for 30 minutes and then rolled her eyes at us! She should be fired.The missing of payments that started this mess was due to uhaul not putting my new card on auto pay as I requested. Then tacking on so many fees with no desire to find a solution , caused me to leave after all those years.

Office staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She went well above and beyond her job description to help me and my family out with our storage unit. I have not had the storage since September I called and let them know that I no longer needed the storage I moved all of my belongings out my furniture was damaged in the storage so I lost majority of my furniture in the storage the office continue billing me and I no longer have the storage and also I had insurance on my belongings and no one from the office has contact me about my furniture that was ruined inside of the storage And also I never could you use my access card to get in..

The new store manager there is the most unprofessional,rude person . i had no move in experience, there was a lock on my unit so i had to load the truck to bring to storage and return home with the same load an unload it. was told i needed to gert a locksmith for a unit i never occupied. was told i could move into a smaller unit than what i needed.. complete chaos which has yet to be resolved. great job uhaul, had to pay my help that came from maumelle extra hours for loading the same stuff 3 times, and sitting around at uhaul waiting on the staff to comeup with the next nonsense.

I originally came in 7/12 to get a storage unit. I was helped by Angela. She was very polite and helpful. I let her know that we were not going to actually move in until 7/30. When we came on 7/28 our unit was sold to another family and my code was not active. They had double sold my unit and did not let us know. We came back 7/29 and spoke with Shanell. She fixed the issue but it still was a HUGE inconvenience for this reason I will Never refer U-Haul to another sole. I give this place a -0 as a score. Service was ok but communication was horrible

To whom it may concern; I Tar-Easha Hood called Uhaul on Wednesday, July 14 2022 to reserve a Uhaul and Storage building for Thursday , July 14 2022 at the Kanis location for pickup @ 8:00 AM. I spoke with Courtney, the Customer Service Representive, and she told me that I would get a month of free storage. Once I arrived to the Kanis location, I spoke with Christopher York, the General Manager of the Kanis location. Christopher told me that the way it was setup, didn't guarantee that I would get a month of storage free. Christopher tried to redo the information, but the system wouldn't allow him to do it. When I realized that the Customer Service Representive didn't book the Uhaul or Storage Building correctly, Christopher did a discount on the Uhaul since he wasn't able to correct the information in the system. Because of this error, this delayed my schedule of getting my things moved. I then, had to go to the Colonel Glenn location to get the Storage Building, since this location didn't have a 3 room storage building. When I arrived at the Colonel Glenn location, the storage building was locked and I was told by Patricia that I had to wait until Friday July 15 2022. Once I got there on July 15th by noon, the Storage Building was still locked. I was told by the Supervisor on duty at the Colonel Glenn location, that the Building had been unlocked since 8:00 AM, but that was a lie. She was very rude and unprofessional and stated that what I was talking about was irrelevant. I told her that what I was saying was very relevant, as I am the customer. Since there was an issue with the Uhaul and Storage the previous day, this created an extra charge and extra mileage because the Uhaul wasn't turned back in by 8:00 AM on July 14th. Please issue a credit back for the extra charge for the Uhaul and mileage due to the issues with the reservation. Thank you, Tar-Easha Hood

I ordered everything I needed online. I wanted an outside unit, no climate control. I bought a lock online. The next day, when I came to check in, they couldn't find a record of what I paid for: I had to show them a screenshot. I had to argue that I already purchased the lock. I left and my friends moved the stuff in. I couldn't understand why they seemed so agitated. Turns out we were given a climate controlled unit (which costs more) which was inside, around a corner and down a long hall. And I was charged for the climate controlled unit. Just the other day we went back to empty the unit after they charged a $30 late fee for forgetting over the weekend. And they sent an invoice for that, but not for all the other times I paid. Turns out, our unit was broken into a burglarized. I got NO, I repeat NO NOTIFICATION about this. Some very important things were missing. The entire experience was horrible and they were very unprofessional. The place was obviously not secure. They give you key cards to get in, but the gates are always open. If you forget to swipe your card an alarm goes off.. NO ONE checks on that. It was horrible. I will never use u haul again for storage.

I had my unit there since 2013, when I relocated back to New York. In coming back 8 years later my climate control unit preserved my record albums, photo albums, and other personal items I was ecstatic, happy. The staff was excellent very friendly very nice very accommodating the only complaint, if you would call it that, that I would have is that the unit itself did not have a light inside of the unit. Because when I made my online reservation it said that I’ll have a storage at the facility I’ve rented from but when I got there they didn’t have what I wanted so I drove a couple more miles to get what I needed

Most of the time I've had excellent service. Although your Uhaul office in Cypress TX rented a dolly to my ex husband without anyone notifying me or my authorization. This was not acceptable luckily he didn't rent a Uhaul vehicle! Me Cheegu Jansen

The G.M. David wasn't prepared for us he didn't have the truck that I ordered got a bigger truck that was to much for what I needed plus it wasn't a very good truck keep thinking it was gonna break down on me while I was driving it just needs people to be more prepared and and it took him for ever to get the paper work ready for the storage I feel like I should get my money back on the truck since it wasn't the truck size I ordered plus it was P.O.S. and should get my money back

There were 3 dead mice in my storage facility..I was so discussed with my personal belongings there. I wouldn't recommend anyone leaving there valuables there it's disgusting!!!!

The Colonel Glenn location was so horrible I had to cancel my reservation. This location should not exist! Horrible driving to storage units up hilly terrain. NATS on the inside attacked me before I could open the door. The "climate" was definitely NOT "controlled"!!!

I ordered a 10x10 online, when I arrived I was assigned 2 5x5 units. It was difficult to find the unit. However, I have to commend the guy who answered my call. He directed me to another location who had what I needed! He went the EXTRA MILE working with the agent at the I-30 location to refund my rental immediately. Terrance Miller at the 9302 I-30 location was Outstanding!! He worked Extra Hard to get my 1st rental refunded and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Very very professional! What a GREAT experience.

The storage unit was hard to find, we were unable to locate. While the facility is secured by a gate there were people just wandering around inside watching me while I tried to locate my unit and I felt very unsafe. I ultimately left and did not use the storage unit. Would not recommend.

1. Lighting needs to be put in the individual unit to where a person can see when inside the unit; not the hallway. 2. Get your credit card readers working in the lobby. Every time I paid; I had to give my credit or debit card to the representative; who manually typed my information into his computer, because he said the credit card reader doesn't work. That's unacceptable!!

The only problem and concern I have is there is no lighting inside my actual storage unit #6! There needs to be a light fixture inside all the individual units. The young man at the desk; Maurice, was extremely nice, helpful to me, and professional. Maurice is one of the best employees I've encountered at the Colonel Glenn location.
