The location was fine, but the app was a disaster, when it was not giving me 502 errors it was forgetting its place and I would have to restart from the beginning of the section I was in.

Virginia BRented my already rented space out from under me with no communication. I was already in the system and was preparing to move my belongings into the space and they had rented it to someone else. Luckily they were able to have another available. Poor lack of paying attention to what has been rented to someone before giving it to someone else.

Also she didn't know which vehicle she gave me the keys and did not bother to show me anything on the van ..for instance where the fuel was located, right or left side, etc. When we went to fuel and return the van I gave her the the keys, we were outside, she said she would email my receipt and that was it. I got it hours later and found an additional fuel charge,. I called her and spoke to her about it but nothing could be done after the fact. I won't be renting another vehicle from this location again. She clearly didn't know how to process a rental and even mentioned something to this effect to me.

Your website says the units are kept between 65-85, and the temperature thermometer on the wall read 96 degrees. I have things that I don't feel comfortable storing in that unit now because of how hot it is. I'm not happy paying more for climate controlled if it's going to be as hot as an outside unit. To clarify, the facility is clean which is nice but I would love for the AC to be maintained and checked often.

Geoffrey SI have rented from this location several times and it's always a great experience. I'd love a van with map app screen. It was great to listen to Pandora on Bluetooth but having to use my phone for the map app is kind of a drag. Van ran great, good a/c, comfy seat, excellent mirror and window visibility even when loaded fully. Easy to drive, easy to back, liked the new gas door security system. Good value, friendly, professional efficient counter staff.

The itemized breakdown shown on the credit card tablet showed the rental as $89,99 with 100 miles @ $0,49/mi. The total was correct but the rental took longer than expected to complete because of the confusing itemization. This is not the issue of the local U-Haul but if the software provided by corporate. Also, the web site used to gather picture and license information to 4 tries to complete on my iPhone. The page kept crashing.

Chantay V | Expérience généraleHours spent trying to correct overcharge from earlier online reservation… even when I called the next day direct to the store trying to get credit for $324,95 overcharge ? rep couldn't do it .. had to call Mgr .. did finally get credit .. but earlier phone rep was a disaster .. she said she hadn't booked a reservation since 2017!!! This local uhaul employee was very nice and did resolve issues but uhaul needs to retrain online customer service reps.. Also this location needs more help on Sundays .. husband said he had to wait even though there was no one ahead of him ..

Adarius SThe store rep was not customer friendly. I don't expect much but the individual attitude and social skills was not satisfactory. I was also told having the vehicle passed 6:30pm that day. Was not going to be an additional cost. He said he was going to give me till the next morning with no charge. I saw on my statement that I was charged an after hours fee.
Jorge RLiterally paid for a U-Haul from this location with a drop off at the cypress location. I got a notification the following day that my reservation was cancelled. I called and they said they cancelled the one I paid for and gave me a different reservation for one I never completed. The guy that worked their apologized and said he'd reinstate my original booking that they cancelled. When I went to the crypress location to drop off the vehicle I found out that he didn't reinstate my original order for the one I booked it and that I had to return it back to the original location that was 25 miles away from me. This was a major inconvenience and cost me more money on gas and the mileage for absolutely no reason. Would love compensation for the mistake but nobody could help me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Stephanie CThe truck was filthy. Appeared that somebody had opened a carbonated drink and it sprayed all over. Everything was sticky inside, cupholders had liquid in them. The backend had not been swept out. Had lots of sand, dirt, dust, inside so I had to put my things on a dirty floor. When I got to the location to load I could not get the back door open. Apparently the dolly had shifted. I had to take it back to a different location and they were able to get the door open for me. No compensation was given for extra time and Mileage, even though the girl told me she was going to compensate me for the extra mileage - didn't happen. I would never use this location again.

When I callef FL to confirm when yhe drop off would be they said theyve had my box for a week and they do not reach out when it arrives. She was not helpful and made it seem like your company do not communicate with each out and pick up and drop off are two separate things. Because prices are ridiculous for trucks right now, I went with ubox but not sure if I would recommend or use again. Lack of communication

But she was the ONLY helpful person I've dealt with from uhaul and I've talked to well over 10 different people over the nightmare of a week that I had the rental.. I've had nothing but issues since before I even picked up my rental and for some reason there's never a manger available any of the times I've asked to speak with one. If I just had one little thing to complain about it would be okay. But I have a list of reasons along with pictures to match. This uhaul experience has been beyond terrible. I've had to go back and fourth to uhaul to get SAFE equipment because I was sent out with faulty auto transport So while I'm supposed to be moving and packing I'm going back and fourth because of incompetence of the staff. Which is cutting in to my preset miles Again. This is only one example of the nightmare I faced with this company! Once I dropped off my rental I was told that I would receive a call the following day from the manager to address my concerns which is Monday 8-2-22 I have yet to receive a call from anyone And now because of this company I've lost money and time I'll never get back.. the way this company treats people is beyond ridiculous. It would be great to have this resolved. I've rented with uhaul a dozen times. And this has by far been the worst. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN..OVER THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS IVE GIVEN THESE PEOPLE AND IVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND NIGHTMARES SINCE BEFORE I PICKED UP THE TRUCK. SO THANK YOU UHAUL FOR MAKING WHATS SUPPOSED TO BE THE EASIEST PART OF THE MOVE. THE WORST

You refused to credit me back. I understand paying for services, but you rip customers off by saying you can't prorate or credit them back a refund all because they were under auto pay. 8 days worth of renting a storage unit, but I suffer paying a full month rent. Way to treat your customers this way during rough times with finances all because of the Corona virus!!
