Went on a tangent about debt cards transactions, when I gave him my credit he let me know that I did not have high profile card. My question is why he had to say something like that to me. I was just helping a friend out, that didn't have a credit card. If I ever need to rent a uhaul again I will not be going back to that location.

I definitely appreciate all the information that was given while I was in the process of moving the only thing that I had an issue with was the difference in price for renting a storage room. It was a little higher at this location versus a different location.

We were greeted first thing in the morning by a very friendly associate in a clean, well-lit space. This gentleman helped us navigate the check-out process, gave us suggestions on the size of mattress bag we should purchase, and was not pushy about trying to sell us any extras/insurances. The store was flexible with our drop-off time and make the entire process stress free. Merci.

No one does it better or more corteous,, patient, knowledgable and capable whjen comes to rental concerns. !!! I highly recommend this location for full service and any time in need of rental for moves, etc. They are THE BEST !!! There is NO COMPARISON to any other location I have ever used aroud the country bar NONE !!!!
Kathy TThe fact that there was a guy working out of the unit and there very early in the morning and through most of the morning most days was very uncomfortable for me a femaile. I didn't appreciate not feeling safe when I had to go there. I was told he was fine that he'd been there 10 years. I know times are tough so I don't begrude him doing what he has to do to get by but it wasn't a safe situation. I wouldn't recomment Building B for that reason.

Martin KIn building B there is a guy who works out of one of the units during the day. He is there sometimes very early which makes you wonder if he lives there as well as works there. The owners says no but I don't know if I believe the answer I got. He plugs all his electronics into an outlet down the hall and around the corner from his unit. I didn't like that whenever I was in there so was he. Morning noon or night. I didn't like that I couldn't feel safe there. The owner said they'd known the guy for 10 years but that doesn't help a female entering the facility alone. I would not recommend this place to any females if they asked me. I like the owner.

You were able to earn money on the same truck twice at one time due to my early return. That is unsatisfactory customer service. I was inconvenienced being moved to a different location for storage needs and again no compensation was offered and having to take time out of my day to receive a credit for a charge that shouldn't have been the case. Check in instructions were not clear and forced to have to hire help due to not being able to access the unit at the date and time promised. Didn't have a 100 % satisfactory experience and it was Uhaul's fault, not my own.

Yet on the drop off I received conflicting requests and direction and after dropping off the rental at a closed facility I received a call from another facility asking where the truck was? It was 2 hours after I dropped off the rental so I only hope that I will not be chstfed any extra. That is anointing since I received an email from Uhaul with the location that I dropped the truck to. first part of my move was good but the last part was not good. Thanks. Now I cannot close the reviews? What a waste of my time.

This resulted in me spending $400 for a locksmith and wasting two hours of movers time at $200 per hour. This was the second time this happened, and the manager helped me unlock the storage unit the first time. Horrible customer service and would not recommend this facility again.

Upon discovering wet items in my storage unit I reached out and advised that some items were wet , and the response was oh yea it was really bad back there. I guess my issue why wasn't individuals who had storage units contacted to make them aware of the flooding water so they could check their belongings . Half my items were destroyed from water damage and I'm disappointed with the lack of communication from the storage employees .

I called the 800 number several times to see what could be done in regard to my personal belongings. They kept telling me I would have to speak to someone at the facility but they would note my account. I physically drove there and no one was in the office. Now my things are gone/sold/auctioned. I understand I owed, however the service I received to try and rectify this situation was nonexistent.

Very accommodating and so kind. They even let me leave the uhaul there so I didn't have to take it to another location. Grover helped us move a steel frame sofa and gave us some great moving tips I'll absolutely be using in the future!!

About two years ago I downsized my storage unit from a place just down Greenville Ave. The entire rental term they never jacked up the storage price as the other ones do every 6 months. I checked out yesterday and don't have a storage room for the first time in 7 years, but if I ever need one again, I'll be headed back to them!
