When I went to pickup equipment the day prior, the lady at the front desk did not know how to lookup an online order and had to call her manager then did not know how to find the hitches and had to call her manager again. She made multiple errors and charged the guy in front of me the wrong price.When I went to pickup the day of, the guy who hooked up my hitch took the extra piece that I paid for which I noticed later. I was also charged for an extra piece of hitch equipment that ended up not being necessary in the install. The product knowledge was not there.

I reserved online quick and easy check out, very friendly and attentive staff. Vehicle was great. Easy drop off. 10/10

We came to this location because the one on Fairview and garden grove Blvd. Had the worst customer service, the person was rude and not helpful at all. Which was the complete opposite here. The girl who helped us we believe her name is Clarissa was amazing and had so much knowledge she even connected the trailer to our truck! We Will definitely be coming back to this location because of her!

Curtis did an amazing job with handling the amount of customers at 5 pm by HIMSELF. NEVER let go of the smile and was Very informative and got us our rental quickly and we were out there soon after he attended to us!

The two women working this Sunday were so on top of their job. They were knowledgeable and friendly. Hands down the best experience I've had at a UHaul store. Kudos to them!

The truck had a hand truck attached to it with a loose zip tie that became dislodged during transport that subsequently toppled over unto one of my furniture pieces. Fortunately there was no damage. It is recommended that either the hand truck be firmly secured or not added at all, especially when it was not requested.

I got pulled over because the lights were not on The left & right signal works . Break lights worked ( but tail lights didn't work which caused me a delay in returning the uhual & I hope they don't charge he extra day for that

I selected the Uhaul location on South Ritchie that was right across the street from where I was moving out of but it was changed to a location that was 6 miles away so I got charged 12 miles of mileage that I would not have an incurred because you all moved the location to other than what I selected.

You might want to give the location more money to bring more staff in. There was only one person working with three people in line ahead of me. Give money to help customers, not give CEO's extra millions.

The small 10 foot truck needs to have better places to strap on it stronger than the boards you have a cross the sides of the truck

I was disappointed that the trailer was not where I had asked to pick it up. U-Haul needs to do something about making that happen. When I went to pick up the trailer, there were 3 customers ahead of me and 1 employee handling EVERYTHING (Ex. Pick up and returns). He was very calm and polite. But one other customer told me he had to drive 11 miles out of his way to pick up his rental van. So if UHaul could fix that issue, I would have given a more favorable review.

Reserved a van but the worker gave it to someone else. So there was no van for me to rent. I had to rent a large uhaul that was hard to drive.

Customer service is superior at this location. We had an issue with the assigned trailer and Anthony took care of it quickly. It was a busy Saturday and he and the other team members were able to keep things rolling and take care of everyone. I highly recommend this location is you need a trailer or truck.

I m close to your store and use it frequently I notice facility under new management and it shows positive attitude and willingness to help. Your product is fully stock and visible its a one stop shop

Ok. I get down there(after being told to go down there by another place) and I was told there is no record of me. I then ask if there are other vehicles available to which I was told no. Finally he does acknowledge I have an appointment so I am given the keys to a truck. That truck is parked behind another one so was finally given the keys to the right one. I was having a terrible morning and I realized this was just a simple mistake but please get it right for the next guy

Your system cheated me on the gasoline. I drove only 21 miles total and your system made me paid for 6 gallons of fuel! This is bullshit!! I would never recommend anyone to your location again. I would personally post this on Facebook!

The truck was not safe to drive. The gas tank was leaking and had to pay extra for gas and moving company to move my stuff twice and it could lead us to die.

One big improvement would be if your company actually honors reservations for equipment customers book online. I booked carts and dollys that were not available on pickup. I would never, ever recommend uhaul unless you need to rape a hobo in the privacy of one of your trucks. Though if I'm being honest, that's too noble a gesture for your products. Get fucked, Uhaul. Staff was not knowledgeable, when you can find them, about basic things like how much you charge per gallon to fill up the gas or how much per mile. Arrived and only 1 person was working with a line of about 5 people. The guy working there said the other guy never showed up for work. He later showed up but was about 40 minutes late according to the other staff member. On top of that, nothing works on the app. I had to wait 45 minutes to pick up a truck that I reserved online. When I brought it back, I waited in line for 25 minutes before setting the keys on the counter and walking out. To make things worse, the truck had the check engine light on, oil light on, dirty inside and out, spray paint on side, alignments off, headlights old and dangerously useless, suspension is gone and 175 000 miles. I'm surprised no one has gotten killed. The level of negligence all around is shocking. Time to restaff or close the doors. That being said I would rent from uhaul again but never from that location. This is the worst rental experience I have had in my life.

Fast & efficient. Got my storage unit setup with no fuss. The unit layout is better than most places. It's easy to get in & out of your spot w/out having to go thru a maze of hallways & corridors.
