Trailer we had reserved had fried wiring. Employees were very helpful to find another trailer for us at a different location.

You may want to consider to improve your customer service, your employees lack customer service skills. They fail to explain all important details at the time of pick up. I am highly dissatisfied with U Haul and Probably will not rent from you again and will not recommend .

Carlton WilliamsThe vehicle I was given was parked behind the building being used to block the back driveway, when I found where it was parked, I found a woman in the back sleeping and later noticed a tarp, some rags and a strong smell of urine in the cargo space, since I was in a hurry I did not have time to request a replace right away but I did call and report this because I had to hose out the cargo area before we could load anything, seems like no one was concerned about this.

Robert HenryWell posted hours for being open are 7 am to 7 pm. In returning the equipment i rented from you was going to be close to 7pm. So l called the location i rented from to let them know i was going to be about ten minutes before they closed. They told me they stop receving at 20 minutes before closing.all tbough i made it in time. It does not make sense to me that you say your open till 7 pm. But sto receiving 20 minutes before.

He walked me out and showed me the unit. He also gave me the access card and walked me to all the stations showing me how to use it. The inside of the store was very clean and he ran a tight ship. The only negative, and I had is that there was a leak in the hallway of the storage unit with a mop bucket below it to catch. With the employer saw the leak, he said that he was not informed, and that he would call management right away to get it fixed.

I moved out on May 31, 2020. See how the information is incorrect for my move-out date.
