I just rented a pickup truck and when I wanted to check out there was ad pages that I thought was never going to end. Lot of upselling but truck was very clean .

Everyone that I have had the pleasure of dealing with there have been very helpful, and friendly. I just moved out of two of the smaller units into one large unit, and Jessica made it very easy and so convenient by finding me a larger unit right across from where my smaller units were so it made the transition very quick and convenient. Thank you all for being so helpful and nice.

Everything about my experience with UHaul was great up to the end of the day. The young lady who was working said she would call me if anything was wrong with the truck. She did call and said that the truck only had a half tank of gas and that if I didn't want to be charged for the gas I could come back and fill it up. I had filled up the tank and then returned it, but maybe I didn't get it fully filled. When I got back to the location I found that the tank was full and she was looking at the battery indicator and not the fuel gauge. She apologized for that and I told her that it wasn't a problem and thanked her for the call. Otherwise it was a great experience. Thank you U haul.

The one negative is that the elevators are ridiculously small for a storage facility. Manager was awesome.

Neither the 24/7 online pickup or drop off worked. I had to wait until the location opened to pick up the truck. At drop off the website repeatedly shut down and I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service. Once the pickup location opened, Jessica was cordial and professional.

I returned the vehicle 2 hours early but I still had to pay the rate for the full time. Why charge by the hour then? I will not rent from u-haul again because of this deceptive business practice.

This storage site is truly the best! My items were in storage for over a year and I was happy to see that all my items were in tact. The facility is very clean and well kept. The employees are extremely nice and help and always go the extra mile. Most notably Johnathan and the GM Jessica. They are extremely kind and helpful and made sure my process moving out was pain free. Thank you Kennedy park u-haul team!

They opened the location on time, the check-out was quick and easy, and the check-in was incredible. I have rented moving trucks and pick-up trucks from multiple U-Haul locations in the past, but this place was the best. These people have got it together, and even though they are a little further from me than I'd like, I will probably be going back to them if I can. One thing that could be better with all locations, it would be nice to get in a vehicle and not have to stop for gas as soon as I pull away from the rental location. Thank you, Jerry Cullens

Jessica was wonderful in helping me with the reservation process, buying boxes and answering my questions. Facility was great, though the elevators aren't freight elevators which made moving some items a little trickier. I had to get a second storage last minute, Jonathon and Jessica were super helpful with this too. Great experience and competitive prices.

If the return of a vehicle intended for me is behind, then I should be given options to get similar vehicles at the same price, or be discounted the difference of a more expensive available vehicle so I could get my rental on time. I lost an hour and that put me in rush hour for a long drive, adding hours to our day. Also, I got no email confirmation of my return.

The only complaint is that there is not enough employees. One or two is not enough for such a busy storage. Everyone was working as fast as they can and people who are moving are on the grumpy and exhausted side. The young man who helped up check out was extremely efficient and positive. Merci.

Rental truck was different from the one showed in the check in process. Staff rushed through the process and couldn't do a proper assessment. I rented a 3- seater pick up truck and was given a two seater van, very inconvenient.

Johnathan provided excellent customer service. I interacted with him five times (reminder call, pickup, drop-off, "I left my sunglasses in the van" phonecall, and sunglasses pickup) & every time he was professional, friendly, and helpful.

Everything about the facility is great except for the leaky ceiling on the top floor and the size of the elevator. I have had to prolong my move because my furniture cannot fit into the elevator and I am on the 3rd floor. The staff was very good though.

Facility and management was great. I felt it was clean at all times and well lit. Only issue is sometimes I needed someone but they weren't available. The hours seemed really short for office.

Only issue was confusion about submitting application, I was paying it for my son online and somehow two applications got submitted, 2 units assigned. But the woman at the facility contacted me because the 2nd unit was empty and she resolved it immediately.

So grateful for Justin's assistance, as we were traveling from the east coast and working to line this up on the fly. Justin was incredibly responsive and helpful from the first call, until we were unloaded and squared away. Shout out to Kenny as well for the patient orientation when we pulled up 2 mins before closing !! This was a positive experience in - at the time - a slightly stressful situation.

Manager could not find my reservation in her system and was not able to get us the storage unit that we had reserved. Thankfully she had a different one available at a smaller size. If she hadn't had a different one available, we would have been screwed, for a lack a of a better word. Our overall experience with U-Haul during this move (including storage and a truck) has been less than ideal with so many issues. Will not be using U-Haul again.

We did have to switch units due to the fact that I misjudged how much space we needed. Tiffany was extremely helpful in getting us moved into a larger unit, and she did it with extreme efficiency. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone that needed a storage spot!!

Worst experience possible the hole time I got a uhule truck I had this female named JENNIFER calling me because I was late in returning my truck but still paying for it but she would call everyday wounding if I was gunna unload it or not telling me I put 3 family's out on the street because I wasn't returning the truck I rented an payed for then she told me she was gunna empty the truck because I was nice enough to leave it parked in front of the place I got it an she had people lined up to put all my stuff she said dispossessed of if I dident pay for an return the truck

It was a great 1st impression for your company. Only complaint, I wish you had longer access hours for us insomniacs, but I understand you can't have 24hr staffing.

After a long roadtrip and ending up at a UHaul location that wasn't going to work for me, I was kindly directed to this location on S. Galena. This was so refreshing to work with Henok. He worked so hard to find a unit that worked well for me, enabling all my possessions to fit. He was kind, understanding and sooooo patient with me as I was totally frazzled. The unit was clean, warm and convenient. Thank you very much for having such capable help.

I needed a storage unit for a couple months while moving around and I'm so glad I picked here. Brigida was great at getting me checked in and called making sure I knew the office hours were different at that location. The whole thing was super convenient too. I had the unit set up for automatic payments so I didn't even have to think about it.

My car window got smashed into and I moved my car to a different location. I was not offered any recourse, for example a prorated return of my money when my car was not there. I'm over it now.

Worst experience of my life I stored my work vehicle there was told it was a secure facility and thought since it was u haul they would insure my property would be taken care of but I was completely wrong a person walked right into the garage and stole my vehicle zero oversight and they offered absolutely nothing in compensation worst storage facility ever this will cost me over $25 000 in lost tools and upgrades to me truck and hurt my ability to provide for my family. DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!

Brigida Asher went above and beyond to provide exemplary service. I am moving from AZ to CO. Brigida sent text messages with her card information and informed me of the facility change. The original booking didn't have an available unit. She followed up with 2 videos on how to access the unit using the PIN that was established. Brigida was professional and courteous. Any stress or worry I had about handling this move long distance was mitigated immediately. I was reassured that the unit would be available and that the truck could also be dropped off at the location. You can tell that Brigida takes tremendous pride in what she does. Customer satisfaction is her TOP PRIORITY!! I will continue to do business with Uhaul indefinitely. Merci.
