Fix the on-line registration process. I was unable to complete it beforehand and it had to be done at the time I picked up the vehicle.

arthur rI don't think this is anything that can be improved. But thanks to murphy's law as soon as I pulled out of the lot the odometer move up to the next mile. Then when I was returning the vehicle the odometer moved up to the next mile once again. Just coincidence but I thought it was just my luck. lol

Fredric LExcellent service à la clientèle. Kind of pissed the app didn't end up working out. Used the app to schedule an off hour pick up. Received confirmation, showed up on time, jumped on the app to figure out the key process only to find the app said to call customer service. I needed the truck for a specific time and I missed a window of transfer. Very very frustrating.

The only thing that is frustrating is not having the trucks on a full tank of gas and having to gauge refilling it back to the needed amount. I rent a lot and the company is clearly using this tactic to make some extra money on either side….. clients are either filling it up too much or not enough. Either way uhual gets the benefit. Might want to rethink this. But again, service and truck were excellent.

I had some packing guys with me who had packed up my U-Haul truck and then came with me to unload and pack up my storage unite. When they saw the unit I had rented, they said, "that's too small". So, I told Scott my dilemma and he immediately went to work searching for other potential units at this site. Unfortunately, there were none available and I was panicked. Then, Scott looked at any units that might be marked "dirty" and found a bigger unit. It was actually in move-in condition and my packing guys were able to get all of my stuff in the unit. Scott's focus on the customer was a breath of fresh air and he made me a big fan of U-Haul, especially since I have had a very bad experience with PODS in the weeks prior to this visit.

Not having lighting in the little room there's a little bit of a challenge. I did see an electrical outlet as I was sweeping out. Perhaps tell customers to bring their own lighting? Lou, in Nashua, was VERY helpful. He was wonderful to deal with. He alone would bring back my business or give me cause to recommend the facility to others.

Just as I finished loading the truck, I got a call from the manager who told me that a unit became available and Cody told him about my situation. I took it over the phone and came back and completed the rental. It could not have been easier and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Five stars all around.

He was brilliant, efficient, and very engaging, making the whole moving process as enjoyable as such a thing can be. Your staff are unreasonably good at what they do and I'm grateful to have UHaul so conveniently close!

I had just traveled 1300 miles for 3 days across the country and had nowhere to put my things. I took the chance and headed to the one on Daniel Webster. That's where I met Shane, and I'm so glad I did! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the unit we needed, that we didn't have to use the stairs, and that we were able to return the equipment we rented at this location, instead of the Amherst one. The place was very busy. Once he cleared all customers, and the store was closed, he still came to check on us and make sure we had what we needed. He also helped me make sure I could take the vehicle off the transport trailer. I was a little disappointed about the prices being higher than the other location, but I haven't seen customer service like that in so long! That service made me know the money I was paying was well worth it! Thank you Shane!
