thomas MThe staff and over all building were fine, but the parking lot is not well designed. Often when I arrive, there is no where to park. The unit I got was a 10ft wide and 5ft deep unit but only had a 5ft door making the unit incredibly hard to use and organize. The carts are often broken and don't work.The last issue was price. I'm paying 156$ for a unit that's hard to use and parking lot I can't get into. The same sized unit I've moved to is 65$ a month with another company.

I was told to just park the van under a tent and drop the keys off but was not told that I needed to have the app or an account to complete the process and there were no instructions on how to return equipment posted anywhere. I was able to return the equipment thanks to another customer that helped me with the process. That's what I would recommend that needs improvement. Lastly, I was not the only customer that had problems returning equipment. Otherwise everything else was easy and the staff was very good and friendly.

Anita BThe lady with those neck tattoos acting like I was taking her personal car. Make me feel like I was trying to steel the uhaul. Rudeness at 1 000 % level. And didn't tell me what to do to return the vehicle at all. If you are this miserable you don't deserve to be at the front . Maybe clean something on the back. Verry rude

John HMake sure that your trucks are in proper working order before renting them out. Theres no reason why a truck died that was turned off when I tried to start it to depart after packing it up.

raymond nI don't like the fact this location is not in your system I was NOT able to pick-up my rental at the scheduled pick up time at 8am 1 hr before the facility open I had to wait until the rental facility to open were I lost a hr of my rental time iam glad that I always put extra time because you will pay for your truck to sit in the lot until the facility opens up

elizabeth bMy credit card information was stolen at this location. I've never shown my credit card to anyone. Within hours of handing over my credit card at this location it was used illegally 4 times. I advise everyone to NOT use this location. I was without a credit card for the rest of my trip. Now I have to spend hours updating vendors with whom I've used this card for years with no problems. Philadelphia has become a crime riddled ghetto. All decent people should leave and U-Haul needs to do a better job at protecting their customers information. It would be appreciated if U-Haul would do something to make this up to me.
Timothy SYour prices were not what I was quoted and I will never use U-Haul again. I will spread the word to family and friends not to use you. You say 19,99 then you 1,59 a mile. I had to drive 75 miles up and 75 back it cost me almost 500 dollars. Enjoy
Eduardo NDropped of the uhaul in an area with other hauls went in to go tell them it was there and to finish up just making sure no loose ends. He said we parked it wrong spot so we moved it to under the green tent. Than went back in and he told us there was nothing for us to do we were all good I showed my receipts and we left. Now I'm getting charges for something that is already done with. I am not paying more after I spent 200 dollars on this uhaul 189 and than gas. If I was fine than why am I not fine now. Crazy

lynne lI think you may need a traffic cop on the parking lot. When I returned the trailer about 10:50am Saturday it was a mad house. The counter staff handled the situation like true professionals!

Customer service in the building wasn't the greatest didn't care that they didn't have my van for rental then canceled my order that was done online and processed it again which made it more. I paid my late fee so they would remove their lock, said I would be back after work to empty unit. when i arrived back to the facility 7 hours later the lock was still on there. Money hungry owner and try to keep your stuff!

They continue to charge me from oct. to Nov. when they told my bank I canceled in October and they harassed me non stop. He threatened me that if I didn't pay it he would report me to the creditors. I had to call the corporate office. But overall the other staff are wonderful. When I was trying to ask him why would I have to pay it was empty he walked away. . . I asked him for the corporate company phone number and he gave me the wrong number. .

I'm a senior citizen and could not open door to the unit and the manager sent someone upstairs with me to help open it and she also took the one box that was vey heavy and put it on the dolly, help me load it onto the trunk of my car and refused a tip. There should be online verification system for emergency contacts and staff should focus on one person at a time. It was my pleasure to bad mouth those uneducated, poor mannered males that work at that site. I was given a very hard time while attempting to hold a reservation in place that was actually made by the 3101 Read Lion site while I was on the phone. I was turned away twice and the fact of the matter is I had rented storage space. My company had contracted them in the past and so 7750 has lost our business. I will email every corporate site in the North eastern region about the service. Unfortunate that the public has to be subjected to such poor service.

There were no clear instructions on how to get the rental before the business opened through the lock box. You need to be clearer and make it easier for your clients. Moving is stressful enough!

DASHAWN D | Expérience généralethey had my drop off time at 5pm which i was there at 5:07 and they were locking the doors . they had no idea of my storage unit still having a lock from a previous customer. ive had four paid movers who were on a time frame their selve and they made it my problem. if i was 7 minutes late i still wouldnt be able to access my storage due to the lock. so the workers had attitudes and then i paid an extra 100 to not have to worry about next month payment and in order to switch lockers ive had to come out of pocket again. and then the email i recieved shows the drop off time at 9pm thats so foul and wrong. they take your cash and cash app you they also done all my transaction on the computer and today they tooken an extra 100 dollars.

And because the place i was renting from my storage and u-haul truck. I lost my time slot to move in to my new place and had to pay extra to move in after hrs. Lost my deposit on a moving company because i wasnt able to get there in time. And still have to hire hands to move after hrs. And to put the icing on the cake. I wasn't able to move in to my new place till the 5th was told that i had to pay my $218 for the whole month for storage on the 2nd and will not see any of that money back even though i was moving out on the 5th just 3 days later. I've been a repeating customer for year. And rented from you guy for the past 2 almost 3 years. If this how you treat long and Loyal pay customers that pay everything on time. Then i will never be using you guys again.

They called me before I had a chance to call them and said you need to get mattresses out by Sunday or charged for another month. Well could not get junk guy till tue. That was only2 days after my payment was paid.. They charged me for the whole month for a lousy 2 days.and it was a holiday So dont expect any money back if you have to move before payment I will deal with a small business for storage than uhaul they say climate control it is not and i had the biggest storage and could of went somewhere else and got alot more space i paid 186 for a 5x10x10

His attitude instituted against me about a week ago were very aggressive and inhuman. I am not going to explain in detail of what actually happen but I view his action against me and a friend that day to be dehumanizing. I have already consulted my lawyer concerning this issue. If he didn't discard my photo he took that day and if I see it anywhere he will bear a serious legal consequences. The company is good but your branch manager is an evil monster and a very much barbaric idiot that's why I moved out of your storage.
