Dovid gI reserved my truck via mobile phone. The process of picking the truck up was an absolute nightmare. It took me over 3 hours to do it. Which took 3 hours of .moving time and I had to keep the truck an extra day. I kept getting an error message saying I did not have enough memory on my phone to take a picture of myself. I had to delete i.ages and close down apps to allow the picture to be taken. The amount of Information that you request is also a bit too much. I was picking the truck up at 11:30 pm but since it took me a while to do the process, when I got to the part where a verification phone call was needed. Everyone I knew was sleeping because it was around 2 am. It was a huge inconvenience to myself and my friends

The team was VERY apologetic, and immediately cleaned and scrubbed out the trailer, and even gave us complimentary moving blankets for us to line the floor with, to protect the furniture we were moving. EXCELLENT service. This location will be our only go to for truck or trailer rental! Great job guys!!!

It was unfortunate that this time, the 26 foot super mover we got from them had to be switched out before we even left New Jersey. This location wasn't responsible for the fact that the truck had a bad transmission at less than 500 miles.

Bernard J | Online Move InThe hallways inside the facility were clean and the temperature was well maintained. Staff were nice. However, During my 4-5 month stent using the Uhaul facility in Toms River NJ, I encountered a problem with rodents for 2-3 of those months. I contacted the front office and the manager said they could provide traps and contact an exterminator. Later on I was discounted a month of rent as well. There was an opening in one unit where the rodents could come in easily as well as a maintenance closet right next to one of my units that had a huge opening in the wall, where again, rodents could invade more easily. I have travelled throughout the world utilising storage facilities and I have never encountered a problem like before. The staff were nice and provided one black trap which had poison in it and stated that the y would contact an exterminator to spray outside. I had to put sticky trap down and caught at least 10-12 mice. The problem never changed in two months. When I left the facility on 4 August 2023, I recommended that they board up the holes in my unit and the maintenance closet. They were apologetic and receptive. These things can happen but I had to check my storage unit every couple days, continually clean my things of rodent urine and feces, waste my time and my families time, also remove dead carcasses as well. I understand that management have difficulties controlling what people put in their facilities ( food, garbage, etc) that would attract rodents and /or insects but there has to be a better way to deal the entrances of the units to prevent these things from happening. I am so grateful for all the help and support I received throughout my rental period. The only thing I would say is this. Most of my boxes were covered in mouse droppings some of my belongings were ruined and needed to be discarded. I had the storage unit for about 15 months. Maybe they could place traps or baits down. Other than that fantastic experience. Merci.

Also, the main building that goes into the storage access area closes too early. In the event of a fire emergency, how would people get out if you only have one entry/ exit after hours? I feel both doors should be accessible during office hours as well as after office hours to all paying customers. The method is the same to get in and out of the building during office hours as well as after office hours, I don't understand the issue of locking the doors. Why do paying customers do not have access after hours to enter the main entrance of their storage unit?

While there 2 women came in and were very abusive to Ronald, he remained very professional and never lost his composer throughout the whole ordeal. They kept threatening to call corporate on him because they said he was being combative. My husband was with me and he has PTSD which started to kick in due to their abrasive abuse. But water on floor items was noticed by your staff along with water on the plastic bags

Although the floor area is the same, it is more difficult to load a 5 x 10 with large furniture (which i have) than the 10 x 10. Really disappointed with the switch and was not notified ahead of time.

The fact that there was overhead shelter for our expensive motor coach was especially appreciated, and the security is second to none! An upgrade to 50AMP availability would be appreciated too, but considering the cost and availability of 110V service, we can manage nicely in that regard. We previously kept the coach at an airport, but mice were a problem, so we relocated to a facility with 50AMP service. I have rodent repellent units plugged into many of our outlets electric outlets ... thus the need for 50AMP service ... but, I recently discovered battery powered units on Amazon and now have that important problem solved without the need for 50AMP service.! I highly recommend UHaul for high end Motor Coach owners ... plus the staff is equally impressive! I had no idea that UHaul had such a breath of services, and at very reasonable rates, had it not been recommended to me!
