The storage units are really small

AUDREY LPlease have trailers ready for pickup: clear from cars parking in the office lot, working light connectors, and the hitch accessible to a receiving vehicle. If staff can not move trailers then trailer position should be adjusted by another means before next customer arrives.

TONI VWe had to leave several small items that would not fit our vehicles for our out of state move. There was a family member we wanted to give the remaining contents to but U-Haul would not allow them to access the unit. Otherwise pleased with overall quality and service.

We were told there were no dollys available, however, there was one loose in the back of truck. There was no ramp available on truck ether. Need to spray W40 or something on the side mirrors so they can be adjusted per customer needs.

GREGORY SThe 6x12 cargo trailer pulled great. I pulled it 600 miles loaded with a 3 piece leather living room suit and a Christmas tree. Had now problems with fish tailing loaded or empty. I pined the ears back on the old suburban and away we went . Had a great trip. The only negative experience was one marker light on the drivers side fender was out,that was where I always looked to check on the trailer was tracking ok and it wasn't there, Had to look at passengers side all the time. I was very impressed with the way it handled on the highway. It will be my goto rental when I need a cargo trailer in the future. Thanks
ROBERT MStorage was not fully cleaned when rented, you could see trash and debris in between the gate lift on the side of the storage. Also like a maze getting on the facility. The storage has no lights either.
TYLESHA g | Expérience généraleThere's a pest problem, I wouldn't recommend! Rats ate through my boxes, and furniture, although everything was secured. I literally had to throw away 2 full size beds and mattresses (although they were under plastic), living room chair (holes throughout chair), cleaning products (rats bit through chemical bottles), bed pillows ( ate through industrial grade bags). Something's were salvageable. I had to get an upholstery cleaner to clean what wasn't ate through, and disinfect all dishes and pots. These units need to be upgraded, secure crevices and sprayed for pest weekly. I was out of more money replacing so much. The only thing good was the staff!

LORENZO W | Expérience généraleTruck tire pressure was low on two or more tires. Equipment should be ready for use when rented. One tire was filled at location then the guage said another tire was low after leaving the facility. The tire had only 30 LBS of presure out of the 85 LBS recommended.

Raven P | Expérience généralePicking up the unit was easy and quick. Dropping of the unit was a totally different story. I arrived at my scheduled drop off time, the door was locked and a sign on the door said call for assistance. I called, no one answered. The drop off area had two U-Haul trucks that had been dropped off and there was no room to drop off the trailer I had rented. I ended up pulling off on the grass and unhooking the unit by myself. Will I use U-haul again? Probably, but not from this location.

Cynthia RHonestly it is a good location. The manager was very knowledgeable of his job. And he walk you through your rental and make sure you understood your terms and conditions. We will offered the insurance in which we got. The gas mileage was not what was written on the paper but the manager did adjust it. The back of the van was not as clean as expected it was not bad. This was the only thing that was wrong. But overall it was a great experience. Yes I will be back to this location because the customer service was Great from both employees.

Phyllis CI was charged a 25 cleaning fee and all I moved in the truck was a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a stove. I returned it the way I received it. When I called to get this corrected I received bunch of run around and adventurely I was to it was fix but I never received my money back

Angela HThis was the 3rd location we were sent to to pick up equipment from our reservation which was a huge inconvenience that morning and made us late to meet movers, but at least they got us taken care of and the person working (Eric) was amazing, super helpful, and did everything he could to get us on our way after all the delays and frustration that morning. Uhaul needs to fix the reservation system (what's the point in making reservation if they don't even have equipment available for the reservation?) If I had known to just go to a different location first thing, it would have saved 1,5h of stress/driving all over town on the morning of our move.

I put in a request to vacate the unit for August 26th which is before my next payment date n they claim I put it in for July 26th... how could that be when I made the payment the same day for August. They cleared my unit out. Threw ALL my stuff out after 8 years of paying $103 + a month. I pay my account online every month and all my information was correct. I have updated my phone number over the years n the claim they have old numbers from 8 years ago. I was also told they don't go by the online account for uhaul BUT I see they collect the money from the online uhaul account. I've been waiting for the manager to call me but haven't heard a word from the manager yet... 3 hours ago...

They where having computer problems and the counter guys was by himself trying to check in three people at the same time.
