I found the people to be very friendly and efficient. They were also accommodating regarding schedules a resources. They have a great selection and volume. Great crew keep up the Excellence!!!!
DAVID SThe trailer performed very well but it is a very old one. The paint is all cracked and fainted from the sun. The worst looking UHAul equipment I saw on my trip.

JUAN CAfter another U-Haul site (Rancho) blew vehicle fuses TWICE while trying to hook-up the trailer, they sent me to my general auto mechanic (twice), I had the contract at Rancho cancelled and went to the Bonanza location (several wasted hours). Rancho denies fuses can blow when plugging into the trailer while the lights are on and flashing, and their hired help kept stabbing the wiring with his power tester. Glad I got to the Bonanza location.

Jon MI waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. Then was asked every question already filled out online. Then the trailer had wires that needed replaced, it had not been inspected prior to them hooking it up. They said it was my truck but it was the trailer , not a great experience at all. The trainee that checked me out had a great attitude and tried her best.

LANA PI was charged more money than I supposed to pay only supposed to pay 30 something dollars they charged me 50 something dollars after I filled up the tank to where it was and also somebody stole the gas out the tank and they got it on camera. the truck was put back neatly, and I took pictures of the truck and of the mileage. They had put the wrong mileage on the paper given me more mileage on the the odometer that when I try to. check it in on the website. It refused to let me because the mileage was less than what I started with. It was the worst experience of my life and I've never had this experience with U-Haul. The place was not up to the standard state, it should've been it should've been more knowledgeable on what they was doing making sure that everything was put right. The mileage on the truck was done right the fuel on the truck was done right which it wasn't and I made sure the fuel that I had used. I put back in the truck and I still was charged more money did not supposed to be in. It was the worst experience of my Life.
MICHAEL PThe customer service was great but the truck was filthy. It also sounded like it was overdue on mechanical maintenance. But I would use this location service again. Very friendly service.

JAMES SHad to come back for lock so was charged extra mileage which I dont think is fair.
Licia JOverall a good experience, but when the hours say they close at 7pm, they really need to tell you in advance that access to the storage units closes 1 hour before, so, if it says closing at 7pm, you really have only til 6pm to get access your storage. And after I paid for a whole month in advance, and only used the unit for 5 days and then checked out, there was no money returned. They kept the entire months rent. That also should be explained up front.

CATHY RI'm confused on how the mileage was configured for this rental since I believe I mentioned we were picking up this equipment to drive to Page, AZ in order to move our items to Redmond, OR. I again tried to confirm this over the phone but was charged for additional mileage after drop off. Frankly irritating since Vegas seemed like the only place to pick up equipment since Page doesn't offer this service.

BARBIE FWebsite for u-haul needs to be updated with the correct car trims to choose for the hitches and wiring. Toyota siena has only base and SE. There are other trims. Scheduling for installation needs to be updated because I picked a closer location for 7 pm and come to find out installer was not there. Location where I got the installation was very helpful and got me installed and even looked for the right wiring for me. Location was great but Uhaul website not so much.

Robert KPlease allow a grace period when picking up the truck. I scheduled for 10:00 am and arrived 15 minutes later. We needed to do a new reservation. A grace period would have been nice. Also tips on how to save on gas would be amazing.

RAMONA MMathew Liddic The general manager lied to me, said that traffic canceled my van which was completely untrue and the supervisor at LV Traffic, Judy Carpenter, confirmed that they did not cancel it because Mathew did it on his own and then lied to the customer. Thanks for proving that U-Haul will hire anybody to run these locations.

HORACE SI been charge for a gas I dint use , cleaning fee 25 dollar , almost 100 dollar more wend I always return the rental in the same condition with some dust and somebody always clean it with a blower it doesn’t take more than 5 min cleaning, they have a picture of the gas level I return it but don’t have a picture of the customer that use it before me to make a honest judgment .,I complained because is the first time it happens to me ,and I just got excuses from the manager he also said the employees that made my contract are still in the process of training he also said they going to investigate , I hope the manager finds out what’s going on and I get my money back it definitely a bad experience…

AMANDA CDo the proper paperwork and check in vehicles properly so customers are not harrased by repo men who are given bad information as the truck i rented i had for 2 hours was reported stolen because the previous customer stole it and i was blamed for it! The managers response was awesome i will go back and rent again ill just be sure im not inna stolen truck.
