Requested to drop trailer at different location different from storage location. Asked the staff and said it was perfectly okay to drop at the same place. Guys were great!!

This office is well run and very efficient in getting customers back on the road with their rental. Definitely a great place to do business. Ann is an excellent manager, knowledgeable and personable.

Next time make sure the U-Haul the lights work. The lights on the trailer didn't work the whole time I had it .

only thing I noticed was eves-trough was broke and water was getting in the unit

The system added a lot of frustration for us and the worker when we were trying to pick up our truck. And they had changed pickup locations on us which added more time, kms, and gas to our already very busy day.

When I explained to the rep calling me the morning after drop off that there was in fact not a full tank and only half I was told that the best he could do was charge me $131,5 for not filling it. My 100$ deposit was kept and there were attempted charges on my card for 71,5 and 51,5 instead of the 31,5 I had reluctantly agreed to

I first had to sign up on line to reserve a unit. Was not successful. Couldn't finish because it kept saying that my postal code wasn't correct. Each time you repeat the process. You can only think that your credit card is going to be charged again. When I got back to the office I was relieved because the staff on duty was helpful and friendly. Before it changed to uhaul . I was able to get military discount. Now I don't. For that reason I'll be looking for other options elsewhere. I kept it this time because of availability.

The light in my unit, C10, did not work, but there was enough light that I could see. Overall the experience was great.

It was a sunny day when I first saw the storage unit, empty with a rusty door hinge. I knew at this moment, that I had made it in business as I was now able to afford excessive U-haul prices for a small storage unit. The pock marked wall and the crumbly floor made me feel at ease. We loaded out equipment into the unit and managed to close the creaking door, commencing our relationship with U-haul and all they have to offer. Owners and employees alike can now rest assured that our tools are mostly safe.

Absolutely will be telling people and my 135 clients about the poor service No one answers phone no one at the office during office hours charged my credit card on Monday but don’t take the unit till the following week no one available to explain Terrible terrible customer service

My dump trailer was stolen from facility! Main gate was left open , and to my understanding facility has been having issues with theft and was not told about the issue. Going to cost me a lot of money to replace. I will never use or recommend this facility again!

Due to the fact I only found out on January 9 things changed was very upsetting. Sending emails out well I think it is spam Not a good way
