John TLocation was supposed to be closed Monday but uhaul mandated that I return my trailer here regardless and do everything myself. After I completed the return of the trailer (on my own) , a rep came out to greet me. He was very pleasant but I had already parked and disconnected the trailer. I was confused because uhaul had said the location wouldn’t be open. My return experience for this trailer became extremely confusing because of VERY POOR support from the planning people at uhaul. However the rep at this particular location was excellent
