I don't rent trucks that often but when u do I usualy don't choose U-Haul. I have had some pretty miserable experiences in the past with the trucks and the employees. I'm not going to go into detail on the past, but I wanted to say this location was excellent. Tristan R was the employee that rented me the truck. He was polite and knowledgeable about all of my questions. The truck was in great condition and the price was more than fair. I will rent from your location again if and when my needs arise. Merci.

Super large parking lot and always plenty of personnel on site to take care of your needs. Easy access to trailers and a great selection of equipment always available! Not to mention one month free of storage with any rental is a great perk!

stephen sI would just be more upfront about the cost. Your trucks advertise $19,95 but then you need the insurance and then you charge per mile and then the gas has to be replenished. So it ends up being more than double that. Or give people a discount if they only need the trucks for a few hours as opposed to 24 hours. Some people literally just need it to move once thing and live close by so it would be nice to offer a discount for something that will only be a few hours. That being said it was very convenient,

The GM was kind on the first day of the rental but on the return I had 2 employees assist me a gentleman with 2 pony tails who didn't even say hello and I stood there for about 2 minutes and he said kind of sarcastically "you're all set", he was probably done with my return inspection for well over a minute, maybe more. Then another young girl with black and purple hair lifted the roll up on the back and said "was this dolly here when you rented the truck"? I said no I rented it and secured it to the box. No hellos from either of them, how was your experience, nothing. Another gentleman, a customer was inside and I know they saw him walk in and the 2 of them were too busy returning and putting equipment away. Extremely disappointed with the return.

Laurie FAfter being a customer for almost a year, spending close to $3 000 over that remainder, I closed one of my storages this past week that I opened on behalf of my non-profit organization. have had two for about a year. The person who checked me out was fantastic. I don't know his name. However, about 30 minutes after leaving, the gentlemen called me and said that his manager was upset that I was "caught on camera" putting "trash bags" into the community reuse space. I said that I am aware of the signs that say I cannot put trash or mattresses but nothing about clothing and shoes (which is what was in the bags that I put there). Nor was I aware of any weight limits pertaining to that area. In fact, there was a couch that was there when I put the clothes there. Upon my move-in, I even put my own couch there. I've NEVER had any problems. So he said his manager would deal with it and that she "might" give me a call. He called me back shortly after and said that his manager, Alicia, is going to charge me $350 if someone doesn't take the belongings. To this, I asked for Alicia's number so that I can speak with her directly instead of doing a back and forth with this young man. I called Alicia and requested that she show me where in the policy that it says there is a limit/weight that I cannot go over when placing things in the REUSE area. She responded with "it's in the contract that you signed." After looking at the contract, and reading it thoroughly, I learned that there is nothing in the contract even concerning the REUSE area, let alone mentioning that there's a limit to bags I can put there. I called her immediately after to inform her that I did not sign anything of that matter and if she can show me something that says otherwise, I'd be more than willing to go pick up whatever "excess" bags I needed to and to dispose it accordingly. She said that the contract has undergone "many updates" and that she will review it and call me back. Although, I'm not sure how a contract can change once it's been signed. This was Friday. Today, Sunday, I get a call and text message from Alicia with three attached pictures. Each picture included ONE item than had what appeared to be a stain on it. The message read that stained clothing is not reusable, and therefore trash. I left many bags (which all fit in the reusable area, nothing was left outside of that area, to which I would understand if that had been the case) and she claimed that at this point she had went through and continues to go through the items to pull out similar items. The fact that I have been a LOYAL customer for years and have spent as much money as I have in this past year alone at Uhaul, and Alicia doesn't "feel" like moving the items I left for OTHERS so she can contact me and demand that I pick it up or I am charged an OBSCENE $350, is disgusting to say the least. U-Haul is a corporate business, nationwide, business, I recommend that either you close the reuse area completely if you don't actually want people to use it, or to be VERY specific with what can and cannot be put there or how much can or cannot be put there by one person. Until then, you cannot charge people hundreds of dollars for using a space that you have given them the option to use. Again, there are signs that read: No trash, no mattresses. A shirt with a small stain is not trash and is definitely reusable, even if only for someone to make a quilt out of. If you decided to keep the reuse space, please define what trash is to your customers, and then explain this to your managers. What I've dealt with is borderline harassment. Unless this is resolved, I will be closing my second storage with Uhaul and NEVER use this service again.

I.e. trailer wiring. The worst part was removal of the Ford heat shields versus using a 2 inch hole saw for modification and reinstall action per car MFG recommendation.

rich gIt would be wonderful if you kept some trucks cleaned with unscented products. My daughter and I have multiple chemical sensitivities and the truck we got reeked of the disinfectant/cleaning product, which then got on our clothes from being in the cab, and on all of our furniture and clothes packed in the back of the truck. Makes moving much harder when one is dealing with a migraine from the smell on top of the stress of moving.

We returned the keys directly to the ladies at the service desk to inform them of Braking issues. So that this specific uhaul gets needed brake repairs before it is rented to the next customer.

Romana CBecause I used to live outside the US, I have had a storage unit since my late twenties and I am now 70 years old. I have rented in several places including in other U-Haul places, but nothing is like this particular U-Haul facility. In my opinion this is like the Ritz or the five-star hotel of storage rental places. Last year my family sold up their house and I received some furniture that had been in the family for years and that they couldn't use in their downsizing. I went looking at all the local storage facilities and comparing prices, and initially thought I would rent somewhere else. But when I went to see the facility I was horrified to see how poorly it was built with water damage, and how disgusting the bathrooms were. Another popular venue here for storage which is expanding in the area has extremely high prices and not as good customer service or facility care. U-Haul has been in this business for years and they have taken storage security cleanliness and customer service to the highest professional level that's available in the United States. But even more than that, this particular facility is brand new looks sparkling, has fantastic security, easy access, and though I wish the prices were a little better, their customer services first class. I take my hats off to the management especially and also to many of the people who work here who have been extraordinary in their customer care and fulfilling their responsibilities. I couldn't think of storing my things anywhere else. Thank you especially to Jamie, and her fantastic staff, all across the board, for everything they do to keep this place so wonderful. I couldn't be happier renting here!

The staff are very welcoming and treat you with respect and courtesy. The security is excellent and moving in or out in bad weather is no problem at all because there is a bay to load or unload inside the facility along with outside access. There are plenty of carts to make move in or out so easy. AND, there is every size to fit storage needs. If all this isn't enough, they have U-Haul truck and trailer rentals on-site! When I moved long distance, I dropped off my truck right there. I have moved several times in my life and this was the best and easiest of all. Thanks, U-Haul!

My payments wouldn't go through and they would charge me a late fee. I would have to call every month to get it straightened out. The staff was always nice and willing to help sort things out when needed. My stuff was not ruined by bugs Bec it was always very clean. It's was always very comfortable temp so nothing was every ruined. I was very happy there and felt safe knowing my belongings weren't being ruined.
