Best U-Hasul location ever!
ROBERT RThey were short-handed and I had to wait a long time (about 30 minutes) before I found someone to help. Other than that, everything was fine (as a point of reference, the last time I returned a rental I was in and out in less than two minutes and never left my vehicle)

willam J | Expérience généraleThe parking for moving vans coming in to parking area was horrible. My moving truck had to unload in the busy entrance. Because there were too many unused moving vans, cargo trailers everywhere. there were personal vehicle parked in all the available customer parking spots and no where for anyone to park. At one point it was almost dangerous for anyone in the parking area to be walking or standing. I counted 5 U-Haul people working. 2 behind the counter with 10 people deep waiting in line, which meant 10 cars were parked everywhere not including the others coming, going and just dropping trucks, cargo trailers everywhere. 1 guy was trying to hook up trailers to cars. 1 was trying to get big trucks moved and the last guy in a broken ankle boot was outside trying to get customers calmed down and hooking up trailers to cars as well! Overall the overcrowding of moving vans, trucks, cargo trailers, the stressed out employees and lack of safe parking, made my experience less than 2 stars. The employees are not to blame, the owners lack of organization and lack of safety is the problem.

It was a great experience given how busy they were. They constantly apologized to everyone for the wait and were clearly trying very hard. They simply couldn't meet the demand with 2 people. It seemed they needed at least 2-3 more employees.

GREGORY YHad a reservation, but it took 20 minutes in line to be helped and another 20 minutes to check out. Required me to put my ailing mother in law as a third contact which was invasive. Did not get the pads I ordered so I had to return later. Was told those would be deducted for my trouble and they weren't. Overall was a lot of time and trouble. I would rent trailers much more often if it wasn't so time consuming and frustrating to do so.

Rep blamed my truck saying it was causing the issue. I feel like it's Uhauls responsibility to keep up with technology, not complain about it to the customer, and certainly not focus the issue on MY equipment versus a trailer that is no doubt several years old. I get the issue and your rep probably isn't wrong, but his engagement to me was. Nice restrooms. Cleaned and well stocked. I won't purposefully avoid doing business at this location and with U-Haul, but I will search and prioritize another option as my preferred choice and use this one as a backup. Merci.

Eddie TThe parking is horrendous. If you go during business hours you'll not get a parking spot. They have trucks and vans parked at the dock. Also employees apparently park there too. It's very hard to load or unload if you can't park near the doors.

We had to physically move other trailers and equipment to make a reasonable path through the disaster of dropped off equipment. We've rented from this location multiple times and this is a reoccurring issue when we arrive late in the evening. Hire someone to overnight to put the equipment away. It also took an extensive amount of time to pick up the trailer (45 minutes).
CHARLES LDo a road test. The front end alignment was quite a bit off. The steering wheel had to be pushed a quarter turn just to go straight. Very annoying on a long trip.

ROBERT JI am a long time customer of UHaul and have had no problems in the past. The trailer that I rented had a leaking roof due to rain today. A duffel bag packed in the trailer with clothes were wet. Thankfully, nothing was damaged. When asked if I had any issues with the trailer, I mentioned the leak to the representative at this location upon returning the trailer but I received no response from her regarding the issue. I was surprised with the lack of customer service. I had no other issues otherwise with the trailer. Thank you for your understanding!

JAMIE WYoung man who checked my equipment out was a smart allec and not customer the focused. He said he sent link 3 times for me to scan my license, text never came.. As a result he "tossed" the company phone on the counter towards me and said use this. He became verbally conflicted when I tossed the phone back in the counter when I was done, he was shocked. I told him I was matching his energy. I have been in this store 7 times in the last 3 months, never experienced poor service like this prior

RAYMOND MThe truck smelled like pee inside of the cab and the windows were very dirty. The large side mirror on the passengers side is stuck in such a way that you can only see the side of the truck. Tried to move it but could not. Truck also made a sound while driving like a belt was not catching properly. Also to shift into gear was difficult, especially drive. The staff was very helpful and made the process easy.

ROBERT SVery crowded parking lot; no where to park after arriving. Staff was very friendly. Had issues with first trailer as the lights were not completely working but the attendant swapped trailers and made sure lights were working. This was important to me as I was traveling 5 plus hours on a crowded I-65 two lane interstate with the trailer; lights are important.

TIMOTHY WThis is a positive review, although, my rental was not without issues. This is an incredibly busy location but my rental check out and in were very quick. I rented a vehicle dolly/trailer to transport my UTV. One of the ratchet straps malfunctioned when unloading and would not release. I called the rental facility and unfortunately got someone who was having a bad day. Whomever it was, was rude condescending and belligerent. He could not believe I'd call for assistance for this issue. I am glad this was not an in person conversation.

The check engine light came on almost the minute I picked up the truck and stayed on the entire time I had it. The truck pinged, ran rough, lost power, and sucked gas at a rate of 5 miles per gallon. When I told the check n staff they acted like they didn't care and charged me an extra $17 for the gas being a little lower than when I took it, even though I had already put in over 20 gallons for just a 110 mile trip! I will NEVER use U-Haul again, and I'll be telling everyone I know about this experience!

There was dog hair all over the passenger seat, trash left in the cup holder area, and debris and hair were on the floor as well. The cargo area of the van had not been swept out either. This experience was surprising because we haven't had issues like this with this location before.

Jennifer C | Expérience généraleThe parking lot at the storage facility was very tight for our 26 foot rental truck, and the entry was blocked by several other trucks, but the manager Jon was awesome and pulled our truck all the way in and to our unit skillfully. It was a tight lot with many rentals on it, but the staff made it easy. There were a few other logistics issues/IT glitches as well, but the staff fixed each of these and solved all problems. That was very time-consuming. Plus, I'm being charged for the next month rent even though I moved out. So this has been worrisome.

They were very helpful and prompt in helping me remove trailer to allow my tire to be fixed and then upon return reattached everything. Tough complication was handled very well especially given that it was high 90 degrees and miserable outside.

I also switched my storage unit from a 10x10 to a 10x15 with her. When ex got there, she told him a unit that was a 10x10 unit, not the correct one, the 10x15 that was just changed. All the stuff was cramped in storage causing some damages. He had ask for a bigger unit, she said there was not any. Sorry, she did not pay attention to what she changed. It was busy but still should have been doe correct. Free 1st month with truck rental and would hope a 2nd month as well based on this incident. Johanna Thompson

I was even told one time to use the stairs when I was loading my 3rd floor unit. Unbelievable! The dock is frequently full of UHaul equipment being parked there simply for lack of room in the lot. An inaccessible loading dock is unacceptable considering the money I paid you. The new manager has business cards that say "text me" and I'll help, but he rarely answers calls, texts or emails.

Throwing poison in there doesn't change the fact I had to worry about all of my stuff getting ruined by rats or their bacteria. The staff is great. The facility is not.

And multiple times I drove over there during off hours to find that all of the parking spaces to load/unload were filled up by or blocked by U-haul trucks and trailers. Very frustrating.

Diane U | Premières impressionsWe could rarely find a place to park at the unloading zone to load and unload or load items. Most spaces were blocked by Uhaul trucks and a couple of cars that had rented trucks, but were not actively unloading or loading and needing the dock. On several different occasions we asked that someone please move a UHaul vehicle so we could pull up to the large loading dock (it fits about 8-10 vehicles, all spaces blocked) and they would not. They were never busy, so it was not a staffing issue. One time, they witnessed us struggling to get things to our vehicle (if not pulled to the dock it is hard to get to. your car) and one guy just kept using a week blower on the drive when we had begged them to move a truck so we could unload easily. Will NEVER go back to that location. STAY AWAY if you need access to your indoor storage facility!

ray r | Expérience généraleThe only issue I had was with the A/C. My unit was on the 3rd floor and last summer the AC broke. It was out for a few weeks, I believe, and I was told they were trying to fix it. I don't Know exactly how long it was broken, but I was concerned about my items. Fortunately nothing got ruined. Coming into 2021 summer, it still feels warmer (over 85) in the area so not sure if AC is still broken. You may want to check it out.

Unloading the truck and bringing my belongings into my storage unit was so easy here, as the facility had every cart I could possibly need. It took only a handful of trips for a full 3 bedroom apartment. I could not have asked for a better experience. Oh and the staff were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable; they were able to help me choose the perfect sized unit.

The employees park in the customer parking, and there are trucks and trailers in front of all of the storage units which not only disallows ANY PARKING from being available but also, requires a call ahead to the facility, to request access in the front of your unit (to which no one answers). Although there are one or two employees there that are actually mindful of their difficult scenario and try to make it the best possible for the customer, the people who do work there have been put in a very difficult situation from corporate.
