Suzanne PMy experience has nothing to do with the place I picked up or dropped off. It was with Uhaul as a whole. They are lousy. Come on...in this dY and age the trucks should have cruise in it. Going up and down on the gas pedal uses more gas. Get with the times Uhal. I'm not saying make them luxurious but at least a bit more modern. They cost enough to rent, it's just crazy.

Dillion TWhen I walked in the uhaul location, the representative was unfamiliar with the uhaul system and had to call his boss Damien for support answering basic questions. Upon checkout for the 15 foot uhaul, all photos were disputed. I took my own photos of the new damage that wasn't marked and uploaded them with my checkout process. The outside of the truck had several damage points that he not been marked with an X (meaning dents and deep scrapes). I told the worker he needs to notate all of it before I leave. He added a couple small x and took pictures. He agreed the truck was not in the best condition hence him whipping the camera out taking pics and walking away toward the end of the inspection (please watch the footage because cameras are outside). Another guy Dominic brought out the xs and I showed him as well. The truck smelled horrible like cigarette smoke. The outside of the truck had not been cleaned, bugs and dirt everywhere. Middle seat had a small spill and it was sticky. As I saw everything firsthand outside, I told the worker about all the concerns and he said it is the only truck they have for a one way trip. (Which was not what they stated over the phone when I called the night prior). He said I can shop around for a clean truck if I wanted. Customer service was horrible from beginning. Called UHAUL customer service right away and they referred me to work with the store manager first. I attempted to work with the manager Damien and got nowhere.(text messages and pics available). I sent text reminders, pics, etc. which is ridiculous. Customer service skipped this location and it shows. This place is unethical and I hope it gets shut down or at least audited in the near future.
Kenya TCustomer services was great, nice and polite. Some equipment was not available as stated. I was advised of one $ amount by the facility on Maple Ave and upon obtaining the equipment i was given a higher price. I was then told that i would have to go to another address to obtain the vehicle towing equipment and told i would receive a discount, but did not.

Sent me all the way across town and I had requested moving pads and a dolly at the time of my reservation on Billie hex rd. The guy informs me they had neither. Then when I return the truck, they proceed to ACUSE ME OF STEALING A DOLLY THEY NEVER ISSUED TO ME! I lost my cool. The girl working there said, " if you don't like our service never come back here" - well guess what- I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH UHAUL AGAIN. My card better not get chartered or I will call my lawyer. Also we have tons of friends moving in and out with oil field - you can bet I will NEVER recommend you for business. Merci!

George AInstructions need to be more clear. This is not a gated access. Did not realize you need a card to swipe to gain access. Lock was not in unit but with it being non-gated access, I did not understand where you would enter an access code and they don't put in unit because they can be taken. The facility has two access areas to outside, non-temp controlled units which makes it confusing. Plus, access hours are 5-10pm. I had the impression it was gated access and surprised it was not; However, I understand the alarm now and access to our unit.
Tiffany D | Online Move InWhen storage instructions were sent for the storage unit, initial access for the first time, the instructions sent by U-Haul should have instructed us we need to have an access card for this location to sign in and out. To get an access card, you need to come in during office hours. Plus, the lock was not in the unit, but anyone could open it and access the lock. Overall, the store associate was very nice and helpful.
Tiffany DInitial unit assignment was messed up. when I asked to change to a smaller unit, I got one anad was charged the same amount, not what I was quoted. I had moved out of state and fixing the problem was not easy.

Information regarding my storage unknot was not gone over while picking up truck. Thankfully office was still open to go back and sign paperwork to access unit. I did upgrade to a bigger unit since I was able to see a sample unit in the office which was helpful. Not to bad of an experience but wished I had the truck I reserved to help save time and be able to get the load done in one drive.

( sometimes close to each other, sometimes not) When you have several items at 12' in length, and find out, After reserving, and On the day of move in, That the advertised 10'x20' DOES NOT Exist. It is very dishonest and added stress!!! I was told by manager, The largest this facility has is 10'x15' for climate control.

I had set it up 2 or 3 separate times and the payment would never go through automatically, someone would eventually call to let me know that my payment was late or I would notice because I would receive a letter stating the payment was late and I would have to call in myself to make the payment. Other than that, everyone and everything else was great.
