GILBERT NFacility is clean and well maintained. I picked up the trailer, but wasn't able to complete my task so returned it within the hour, and had to reschedule for a later date. No credit, coupon, or any sign of caring. Renting from the same location only because of availability.

Good area - close to major roads, food, and stores. Ample parking. It's hasn't been too busy when I've had to move stuff in and out.

Every aspect was 100 % 1st Class in service and detail regarding professionalism and courtesy....helpful and friendly. Even the return attendant went above and beyond in all manner of hospitality and warmth in checking us in. This is rare by today's standards. Thanks U-HAUL.

We had an early pickup time and the owner was there to answer all questions and made sure we had all the items we needed for a successful move. There are a few U-Haul rentals in sturgeon Bay, but this is by far the cleanest and nicest. Keep up the great work!

ADAM REverything was quick and efficient to pick up and drop off the trailer I rented. The trailer performed flawlessly.
Paul SCould not find anyone when I arrived, when I finally found someone the owner was rude and would not give me a receipt. I still have not received a receipt. He tried to over charge me and would not give me a total.
Erik LThe trailer I rented had the sliding door in back as opposed to the new drop style door that becomes a ramp when opened. During use the sliding door became stuck open and took over an hour to unstick and close. It will be nice when more trailer use the newer format instead.
JOHN BSuper great service. I even had to change my pick up dates last minute. It was so easy! I didn't have an adapter that was need for my truck and they let me barrow one! Great job U-Haul of Sturgeon Bay!!

I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for storage options.
