Jason MustacchiaStaff was great. Issue I have is I over rented dollys and didn't realize I didn't need 3 but only the large on. I came back to ask if i could get a refund for the 2 on wheels and was told no. You have video footage we didn't use them and came back less than 45 mins to request this. I kept the large one because thats what we needed for the large pieces. Customer service is key they heard me going back and forth or what i needed and knew it was for dressers.

Alberto CardenasMake sure the trucks are clean and empty from previous use. Our 3 year old opened the middle console and found a fully loaded magazine for a rifle. Not a pleasant experience. I brought it up when I dropped off the truck and no one seemed to care.

DAN LEHMANNThe mobile check-in is ridiculous. I waited in the parking lot for several minutes before I just went into the store and checked in with them. During the check-in at the counter, the mobile check-in was approved and created a hassle for the agent in the store. I will never use the mobile check-in ever again. You need a lot of work to make it a useful tool and a good customer experience.

Van Wayne DacayoWhen booked I chose pickup in Chandler, return in Mesa but somehow when it went through it changed to return in Chandler. Talked to two agents and they could not change it back to return in Mesa. Had to drive an extra 40 miles for no reason. Wasn't super impressed, especially when the app is super slow and also fails to load half the time. Had to call a third time to check the truck in because the app wouldn't load.

Jessica SchultzPick up day seemed like an inconvenience to the attendants at the location. In fact, the agent complained about how tired he was, and which was very evident with his service. One thing i have noted is that there is something wrong with your vehicle gas representation! At the lot it showed full tank, with 7miles the gas meter had moved significantly up above full and i was curious to take a picture. Drop off: I shared the experience with the agent that actually called in the shift manager. The manager doesn't have any customer skills at all, he didn't even listen to understand but rather he just wanted to respond. I understand that it's an American culture to think that if someone complains they need FREE stuff! Looking at my rental history, the manager would have seen that i haven't had in any issues in the past. Wow......what a way to be an ambassador to someone's business!!!!!!!!!!!!??????

Could not get on your app Had to call, long wait. The second person helped me. Finally got on app but it didn't recognize my location. So she told me she would note account and I would not be charged the extra fee. Took the required pics but no one called to have me send them. Very bad process
gayle andersonI have worked right next to this Uhaul for 25 years and in the dozen times that I have been there they have always had an issue. It's a cultural thing about the managers and the employees that just don't care fortunately, the other Uhaul people that I have talked with over the years have been first rate, and it's just this one location that always always does not have their act together and a crappy attitude to top it off

Of course, I will market to others just how amazing customer service is, the store is huge and well stocked with needs, location is easy to find (my gps was not helpful) and the bathroom was clean (this also says a lot about a store). I experienced several destructive break-ins at this facility and well over $5 000 worth of things stolen over several weeks, that does not include cost of repairs & time spent trying to follow up with a manager that could never make himself available to show me what video they captured of the culprit (after having filed a police report & having a right to view the videos). That facility is poorly maintained, has the same cut chainlink fence still in place from the break-ins (just chained together something lousy), & lacks proper security to deter these crimes from occurring in the future. Potholes and mud puddles never get tended to, the gate was lubed once in my time there & you could really tell the difference when it finally happened. Uhaul needs to see how they're being represented out here. It's raggedy. Would not, Do not, Will not, Never Could I Recommend This Facility, individually. Uhaul as a whole, sure. But they need to put their thumb down on this place.

It took a medium uhaul truck to load up all my stuff, and I left with an amount that fits into my 2008 Chevy Malibu. I filed a police report and took all necessary measures to ensure some type of refund or answers as to why this had happened TWICE. I received one months refund and that was it. To say I am upset would be a massive understatement. I had things stolen from me that are priceless and can never be replaced, ever. Not to mention the sheer magnitude of stuff that was taken from me. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

My unit was in front of a huge water puddle and made it difficult to access my unit without dragging mud into it.the back lot needs asphalt. There was also no climate control available so I had to get my stuff out of there before it got too hot. If you have high end furniture this is probably not the best place to store your items. Price was reasonable. it's an old lot so don't have high expectations if you plan to store items here.

And there was no climate control option at this facility. But the unit/box truck container was clean. And for the size the price was not too bad. Easy access is a plus. So I'm happy with it.

I was super nice to her and she wouldn't make conversation with me but she talked to her co workers and joked with them. I washed her for a big truck and she said she didn't have one. I found out the next day there were the big trucks. It seemed like she was trying to make my move harder than it needed to be. I had to take 5 trips in the little truck in 122 degree heat. I am 70 years old and I didn't feel welcome at all. She had short multi colored short hair. I don't think I will rent anything from hula again.

The assistant manager helped me back into a spot so my wife and I could unload. While unloading time was running out and instead of telling us to wrap things up we are closing the gentleman who check equipment in helped us unload. This type of service was great. Thank you to the entire staff at that location. When needed I will use that location again. Thank you Diana & Mike Bernard
Michael Bernard | Premières impressions-Need better lighting; area of my unit was pitch black. -Need to be better descriptive online; I didn't know that the units were actually are the back of the truck ,just laid on the ground. Having unit in a pitch black and the gate being left open due to non-operational is really creepy for me (woman) to be there by myself! So it really depends on the size unit Someone would need if I would recommend this facility and if they're lighting has not changed on if it's a woman that needed a unit at the facility! But overall, nice facility and yes during the day I felt safe! I would recommend facility!

Your call center numbers are use less my stuff was missing for a month with no one that could get in touch. I would not use the u boxes again because of the HORRIBLE customer service. I suggest getting more bodies at your actual location and get rid of the phone so called " customer service" people. Feel free to contact me. It's because of the nice man Justin that works at Chandler that I decided to keep my stuff there.
