They inconvenient me on 2 occasions by having me locked out my storage with head up they both were mistake on there part..they acted like they didn't care about my time..

Joshua ArnoldThis location struggled to get my U-Haul reservation correct. I ordered 2 one way 26' trucks with vehicle transportation trailers and they messed it up. I had to spend extra time when returning the equipment because on my paperwork it had the correct return location for each truck but somewhere in the system they mixed them up. When people are moving, it is already a stressful time and I had time constraints which were affected by U-Haul's inability to figure out the paperwork on their side. Very frustrating and time consuming experience. I have been a repeat customer and it seems each time I use U-Haul, the level of service continues to get worse.

DEONTRINESE WILDER | Expérience généraleTried to use the online check-in with the app. This took longer than had I gone to the counter because it required my supplying the same information that I gave on the website when reserving the truck. Finally had to go to the counter anyway. Upon returning the truck, I was told there would be a charge of $37,35 for gas (at $4,75 per gallon). I knew I had to pay for gas that I did not replace, but they CLAIMED I used 8 gallons of fuel. The odometer showed ONLY 20 miles traveled upon returning. That calculates to 2,5 miles per gallon. You may think I am sutpid, but I know that truck gets better than 2,5 miles per gallon. This is fraud!!! Believe me, my public reviews won't be so kind..............

ray BonifasI work downtown in the business district and our company needed to use a rental truck. I was excited to know there was one so close. However, the guy at the counter when I rented the vehicle on Tuesday morning seemed very put out and bothered to assist me. I work in customer service and would suggest that better training or an alternative front desk person is needed if you want customers to return. The guy working with him behind the counter seemed fine and went and got the truck for me and was honest about the truck not being full and only on 3/4 of a tank. When I returned the truck the two guys that I talked with seemed fine and willing to help if I needed it. Unfortunately to avoid the chance of another bad experience with the guy I rented with I am not sure I will use this location the next time our company needs to rent a truck. I also never got a receipt once I did the self checkout but did get a survey. I hope I can get that figured out.
Charlie SteinbornI've been to this UHaul location more than once and each time, there were helpful people and totally unhelpful people working. My latest drop off story is that I was at the UHaul location shortly before they close at 7:00. I went to the return equipment line and there was a truck in front of me, so I waited. After 10 minutes, I walked to the office and they had just closed. I told the manager my predicament and she told me to just "back up the trailer and I'll check it in the morning." I'm not good at backing up and couldn't get to the lot she told me to park in. A nice worker (guy with a grey beard) unhitched the trailer and just pulled it to where it needed to go. He was very helpful and very nice - and spent the extra 5 minutes with me to return my trailer.

Rose Tims | Expérience généraleI reserved a cargo Van for pickup at 10am when I got there the desk said we don't have any vans I told him this is my reservation number and it's confirmed then he became rude and told me there's nothing he can do I need to talk to his manager I talked to his manager and explained what's going on but he also acted very rude and left me waiting for about 15 minutes with no answer and having no choice I decided to rent a 10 foot truck that I didn't reserve or need This place needs new employees that care about customers

DONALD WILLIAMSThe amount of gas that was in the vehicle was less than what was required to fill up to upon return. By the time I got the text message asking me to confirm some items I clicked on the link and it said that it was already expired. So I was stuck having to put more gas in the vehicle then was in it before I took it off a lot. The vehicle also reeked of smoke.

Occasionally, the sliding doors between the 1st floor area where the carts are stored and the garage bays were locked during non-office hours. This was VERY inconvenient, as I was not able to pull my car into the garage bays at night or early morning. Otherwise, the facility is great.

I like to know these things prior to renting and not when the transaction is made.

Then somehow all of the bill was placed back into my account so my numbers were way off and I spent money I didn't have. I stood in line and 4 people ( helping 1) ignored me. April walked in for her break. Acknowledged and helped me. Stopped her break and went back to storage. I've been in and out of the facility for 2 months. Every time I'm there April is on the move and helping everyone. She is literally the one person that helped me with EVERYTHING! She has amazing customer service and she's a worker. You should be thankful you have her at the facility. I was very glad she was there!!!!!!!!!!!!

Employees weren't friendly, had an AirPod in one ear, and talked so quietly that I barely knew what I was agreeing to. I requested a 5 x 10 unit and they gave me two 5 x 5s, which presented some difficulties for making my things fit. They also only gave me one lock, so I had to go pay for another one even though it wasn't my fault I was given two separate storage units. And when I paid for the additional lock, the employee didn't even hand it to me. I had to go ask another employee to give me one of the locks because I just purchased it and wasn't given it. The carts for bringing in our stuff to be stored were convenient though and the price wasn't terrible.

As a result of the inoperable elevator, I had to pay moving company for the (2-hr) additional and totally unexpected wait time to have the elevator fixed my maintenance. I would not recommend a storage until that requires elevator access at this location.

And left some of theIR things in it and tore up the stuff that's still In it. I'm very upset and very disappointed and I want all my money back. They stripped me for everything I got 3 pair of shoes now AND NO CLOTHES. Something needs to be done QUICKLY. He lied to me and I trusted this place why even suggest that if it's not your policy. a faux fur crop coat name brand hoodies hats glasses. Damaged my tv and everything they left. I'm hurt.

Not even a phone call to let me know. Without having notice that , I showed up with a large load with no way to put it in my unit. And when I called to complain and ask to be let in my unit, Greg cussed me out, dropping the F bomb. He also treats his staff poorly. I would never recommend this location.

They couldn't find my reservation, then they did, but there were no storage units left of the size that I had reserved. Finally, we got a unit, but when we went to open it up, it was already taken. After that, we got a room, but there was no lock on the room. We put our own lock on, but moments earlier they expressed concern about our type of lock that someone could easily cut it off. They told us to call back this morning, but no one is available on the phone. They have security cameras set up, but I doubt there's anyone available to watch them. There are under staffed, very clearly and there is too much to do for only 2 people.

Anthony Recanati | Premières impressionsI called this facility prior to going in person to explain the situation, the person who answered seemed to be clueless to the "online move in experience" that the website refers to when you sign up. When my brother went to the facility, he stated that he gave them the confirmation # to access my reservation/online move in experience. While completing this move in he stated the staff attempted to sell him a higher monthly rate, a lock, and the insurance. He showed them the lock he had (previous U-Haul lock), he attempted to show them the PDF of my insurance, and he also showed them that the confirmation reflecting the monthly rate along with the free month given. My brother got me moved in. I checked my bank account a few days later. I was charged $68+ I called the facility to resolve the situation and even asked to speak with the person noted (Gary) who was supposed to resolve any issues. Gary explained that he felt my brother had an attitude and expected his staff to know everything from the confirmation/receipt I sent him in PDF form. I let him talk about everything he felt, we as consumers had done wrong. When I attempted to ask questions according to the "virtual move in process" I'd read about, ask for confirmation of my contract, and clear up any misunderstanding he repeatedly interrupted me to tell me how unpleasant my brother was to him and his staff. Without allowing me to ask any questions or understand what we could do to resolve my current issues. I still never received an electronic copy of my contract or access. Nor have I received a confirmation that the $68+ charge was credited back to my account. Instead I was interrupted, phone disconnected, and left feeling confused. This is quite possibly the WORST U-haul experience I have ever had after several interactions, different types of services/products, several locations.
