Even though there were many customers waiting to pick up their rentals, the gentleman working (by himself) was great. He handled the many customers professionally, and with great patience.
Nancy RThe technician was not capable of hooking up the hitch wiring harness because I have a front wiring harness hooked up to enable the Jeep to be towed by an RV. This was not determined until after the hitch itself was installed so the job to be done was not completed. This should have been assessed before the job started, not during. What puzzles me is that the person called himself a hitch "pro". Really he is a hitch "amateur" as this is something that others do and can certainly be done. I now have the remainder of a gift card to spend at Uhaul as this total hitch installation was a gift to me from a family member. I am very disappointed in this service at Uhaul.

kenneth rThis uHaul location is excellent. The employee who completed our registration process was very professional and friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. The store was well-stocked with everything you would need to move. Unfortunately, the truck we were given was in terrible driving condition. The steering was out of alignment, it was not shifting correctly, and it was very unsafe to drive. When we returned it in Virginia, we told the employee that the truck had issues and should not be rented out again until it was fixed.

Back in 2018, I moved suddenly to help my family and had to put most of my possessions into storage. Despite a lot of chaos and difficulties over the past 5 years, at least I never had to worry about my furniture and possessions. :) I do feel lucky to have selected this storage facility. The environment is well-kept/clean, the staff helpful, and I always felt comfortable and secure, even when by myself. My things were all in fine shape when I unpacked. Getting in and out as needed over the years was easy. I really appreciated the free dollies and how super-easy and reasonable it was to rent a van. I also really liked the neighborhood green "donation area," where I could easily leave a few things behind. Last but not least, a thank-you shout out to Hank who worked there the entire time I stored there; he was always helpful and friendly, and that was appreciated.
