I'm looking at my receipts and everything has been changed from my initial payment. My initial Safe Move Plus was $28 when I returned it 8 hours early they changed the amount to $56. My rental rate was $29,95 and they changed it to $59.90. My estimated mileage was 50 miles ($59,5), they charged me for 0,1 miles, but I drove 12. The fuel tank is wrong. Thank goodness I took pictures. I think they adjusted the bill to get it as close to the original charge so they wouldn't have to refund me any money. The customer service is excellent. But, I got a call the night of the day I returned the truck asking me when I was going to return it. (Smh)

Kind, polite, and awesome staff. The young lady that works there was extremely helpful, and the manager was a joy and pleasant to deal with. Service was prompt, and efficient, they had me in and out in no time at all.

The truck was making a lot of noise when I turn or press on the brake. I drove only 6 miles with the truck, put 2 gallons of fuel in it before I returned it. They sent me a bill and charge for 6 gallons of fuel. Customer service was not good.

Kenneth has excellent customer relations skills. Even with a line of customers, he and his staff work quickly to get customers on the road. The location is clean, trucks clean as well. Regarding corporate policy, the requiriment that customers upload pictures of previous damage to vehicles is akin to taking advantage of customers. I would not be surprised if this policy results in a class action.

Uhaul employees should be upfront about the flat fees. I rented the truck for 1 day & returned it in one day. Yet, I was charged for 3 days & an extra 100 miles. Unprofessional is a compliment, more like a scam.

Overall the vehicle was great. The service was the concern. Lack of information when renting and when I called to ask questions was informed that I should have looked at my email and the staff would not know how to inform me of my mileage cap. I would rent here again but the service was not great from the staff including GM.

Could not scan drop off code...app on phone wouldnt scan. Called uhaul...there only solution was leave it there...be charged an extra day and then call back to get refunded. Such a hassle!

I have rented a U-Haul In January 2024 and in Feb 2024. I will need more U-Hauls in the future for delivery purposes. I may give Penske a try. Customer service is important to me and a lot of other people still. In January I was over charged. I tried to get a refund, and I was unsuccessful. In February I asked to use my credit of over $200 towards the payment on this rental. They were not sure how to apply credit?! I had to give them my debit Card, I had enough money to cover what was owed after credit owed to me, by this location. They tried to put through entire balance, leaving out the credit. It did not go through. They tried every day until it did. This caused disruption in my checking account. I had a lot of expenses at this time. Check out is extremely long. The overhang was not available to park under so getting out and taking pictures of all of the areas of the truck was painstaking in the pouring rain. There is a need for more room for returns.

They had a drop box so I used it to drop off the truck early but there is no discount for that. It's safer in your parking lot than on the street over night.

I was charged for a vehicle that I did not use. They had switched rhe truck out. And I didn't have a full tank it was on less than half they charged me for gas up until full . I went to the store about the situation I was told it was my fault ; the staff that was present at the time lied because her manager was there telling me she didn't have a new staff go and check the first truck out that was originally going to be used until she switched it ou For another one . She tried to lie and say I returned it late . When I didn't I had it for 8 hours from 2pm - 10pm I returned it before 8pm. When I got frustrated from her lying straight to my face to her manager I was told to get out and not to come back. I was charged 133$ plus change for gas when i picked it up there was less then half and returned it on 1/4 tank .

Kenny was a very kind, caring, and professional representative / manager. He was also very respectful and helpful person who assisted with all the needs I had for my storage, renting a truck and moving in my stuff. Also his assistant was very kind, respectful and professional as well. I really like the way the treat customers. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

The staff who helped me were great - very friendly and supportive. My only issue is how short-staffed this location is. I only saw one staff member both times I went there. For the sake of employees and customers, more staff would be beneficial for the sake of those on shift and the customers they serve. Aside from that, I had a great experience with you all and I will return if I need moving services.

Not sure why i got smacked with a cleaning fee... I want my money back. During inspection we found leftover strap packages that my roommate promptly cleared out himself. Then i had him go through the cab again. It was clean

I wanted a motorcycle trailer, they rented me a more expensive utility trailer which lacked the pocket for the front wheel of the motorcycle and cost $10 more. Add to that the girl that was helping me was very nice but should've had somebody helping her I had to unhook the trailer And push it into the space. The trailer I wanted was a 4 x 9 in the past. If that was not available I still got that price for the 5 x 9. In this case I paid full price for a 5 x 9 which was not designed for Motorcycles .

The lift gate was sealed to the back fender. Looked like someone had recently painted it and closed the gate and the gate stuck to the new coat of paint. I had a really hard time opening it, and if I was an older person or someone less strong, there is absolutely no way it could have been opened. Also, you all do a terrible job checking out the odometers. Is this intentional? Would only rent again if I was in a DESPERATE need of a vehicle.

The digital get in and out pads were a little funky to get through sometimes, and the the digital pad for the restroom does not work, tried multiple times, on multiple visits! Other than that- fine!! :)

They weren't very helpful when I needed extra time paying my storage after 2 significant losses. I got told I could pay half if I got my stuff out the same day. I agreed to it, and told them I could pay it the 11th. And they ended up auctioning my stuff on the 6th with my deceased daughter and mother in laws stuff. Very unsatisfied and frustrated. Will never use uhual again.

I couldn’t get the truck back on time because by the time I got done loading your place was closed I should have access 24 hours day and night but besides that I only use Uhaul for my moving needs thank you

All of the staff all the way around is very helpful! The facility it's self could use some updates, the top of my boxes had dirt on them so when I took them down I was hit with dirt and not to please. But again the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Access is not to the full extent and is not secured with a door now being open. They say the cards to access our units from locked doors won't work for 1-2 weeks. On top of that the unit I was given was absolutely disgusting and a large pipe that is in it which can stop me from being able to use my unit to the full extent. With some sort of insect pest control box in it. I have pictures that show how my unit is. I was told it would be cleaned out however it has not been. Went two days later to see if it was taken care of and it wasn't. I was going to see if I could switch units however with the lack of security and uncleanliness I would rather not have a unit at this location.

While moving by myself on 6/14, staff asked me to Circle back around with my car so they could move a truck. Upon doing so, they had me sit behind a vehicle as they cleaned it keeping me waiting never saying a word. On June 24th, I went back for the rest of my things. No lock on the unit people went through my stuff and they threatened me because I couldn't take a desk and I was on my way to get a friend's pick up to come back and get it so they threatened me if I get a bill for that unit 41 again I'm getting a lawyer and this is getting very legal8

Mi experiencia fue un poco molesta, porque me habían mostrado un storage y me dijeron q me lo ivan a reservar pq era en un segundo piso y no tienen ascensor me dijeron q fuera a otra locación de ellos mismos pero tampoco tenían espacio y regrese pero cuando llegue,, me dieron el que no era cuando lleve mis pertenencias,, y me quisieron resorber pero lo q me mostraron estaba con olor a ratón 🤢 recomiendo q tengan más organización y limpieza.. pq yo me tuve q buscar otro lugar para guardar mis cosas y coloquen ascensores para q no sea tan incomodo para llevar las pertenencias y uno se sienta a gusto con el precio q cobran.. consideró q es mucho $ para lo q ofrecen.. While your staff is friendly and helpful, and you cannot do anything about the crime rate in your neighborhood, the facility itself is not in the best of shape. The rodent issue is frightening. The rotten odors coming from different units, the constant smell of freshly burned cannabis from within the building and the overall cleanliness are issues. I fell while I was there on uneven, unmarked concrete. I notified the office and nothing was said or done. It was on camera, but nothing happened. Moved out after 1 month because it was a horrible experience.

My storage unit has someone else's stuff in it. The employees were great but I didn't even get the storage unit I reserved. So that's an inconvenience, feel as if I should get a discount since I have to wait for whoever's stuff is in there to be taken out.

It took 4 days and 5 different units from 3 different towns to finally be able to have a storage unit. The assistant manager and manager of New Bedford Mass should not have jobs they gave our unit away and then kept giving us units that where not accessible and when given a chance to make it right they kept saying there was nothing they could do and it was our problem. They were rude and talking down and slander about other facilities. They would not watch the video of us looking for our units and they wouldn't bring us to show us any of the units that was unavailable. I will never use you guys or refer you guys and I will be telling everyone about this experience. Your motto is moving is stressful we make it less stressful and that to me is a trash motto for a trash company. You made my worst week even worse for 4 additional days of stress then blaming the customer. I have videos I will be posting on all my social media pages.

Since we had a unit that was on the basement level, we needed to use the conveyor belt. Sending the items down worked okay, but sending them up was difficult. The tread on the belt is so worn down, there is no grip, so a lot of the items kept slipping down and we needed to carry them up the stairs. Other than that, the experience was fine.

There were rodent feces in my unit and in /on my belongings. I asked several times for something to be done and each time I was given a new mouse trap to place in my unit. My 6 year old autistic couldn't use the facilities as It was dirty (and the bathroom) was covered in human blood and feces a few times when I went there. Also I ended up having to stop taking him with me when I went there because people were in there using drugs on several occasions and I didn't want him exposed to that. It was the final straw for me. I felt It was unsafe. I stopped using the facility for a few reasons but that was the main one for me

The Manager, Monica, was the person who helped me with my storage units. Very nice, helpful, and personable staff. Provided the best options for my needs. She is an asset to the company.

My items were full of dust when I moved out. Did not realize until I was moving boxes out that the walls of the units do not go all the way to the top of the ceiling causing dust to get in each unit.
