Jacob MIt took 40 minutes past my reservation time to be checked in due to the line. On a Saturday you should be fully staffed, no exceptions. Staff was friendly but over worked indeed. Had my hired movers been on time themselves, I would have been 30 minutes late to meet them.

christine sStaff more than just one person to handle pick ups, drop offs, and trailer hitching. I had a 10am reservation to pick up my box truck but wasn't waited on until 10:25 because there was only one person working when I arrived.

Wonda hOverall the location is fine, very average. It is not clear that you need to drive all the way around the building so of course I went in backwards and than had to try to get turned around somehow. The lot is very crowded and full of equipment which is good and no so good. I had forgotten my appliance dolly so had to go get it and come back but when I first got there a guy came out immediately to help get checked in however upon my return with the dolly I could not find anyone or get assistance. Not a very friendly helpful staff that morning but overall I would use again if needed.

Robin MThe associate working with me to obtain my truck was rude, I asked her info about putting my id info into her personal cellphone, which I was unaware they had a app to put personal info in, she threw her hands in the air and plainly, and with no emotion said well this is what they told us to use, and I'm not sure why, I think had she responded differently, I would have felt different about the situation. Also, she told us to meet her outside so she can pull the truck out, we waited on the side of the building that she pointed to for about 5 mins, we finally looked around after she did not return or try to find us, we saw a truck sitting and started and assumed it was ours, I looked on the link sent to my phone and was able to match the key number to the number in the link. That was horrible we had no idea this was our reserved truck, she should have looked for us, we were right by the door on the corner of the building, that was rude and not helpful at all. I saw the guy that she worked with talking with his customers and telling them things as he encountered them at the truck. I wouldn't want to work with her again.
Tiffany JCustomer service is horrible.. the clerk at the Florissant location with the tattoos on his chin completely disrespected a female potential customer in my presence , then flipped it and threatened to call the police on her. It all started because she called and they didn't have the best conversation and then he proceeded to talk about her in my presence and didn't know that she was walking in the store and overheard him. I will never come to this location again because the other clerk that work there ignore the whole situation as if it was the culture of the company
BRYANT pThe representative was extremely rude & irritated by me asking questions. He threw a business card at me after asking I asked for corporate phone number. Then threatened to call the police on me. I filed a complaint & I was only offered a free month's storage & a free U-Haul. I declined the offer & took my business elsewhere. Privileged is to say the least because if anyone working for me talked to a customer like he talked to me would've been fired on the spot. Instead they made excuses for him.

xavier bFor starters uhaul should fire the store manager Andy. He is beyond rude to the customers and and also take monies off of people cards without it being authorized. He lies all the time and also lies about his name when he is confronted face to face. He is not good for business at all. He is the reason I am now having issues with my corporate account with uhaul. My rental was $350 for a week using my corporate account which has to be paid for in full before getting the uhaul. Once I returned the uhaul Andy the location manager thought he could get away with stealing over $800 off of my card. Pure disrespect and no good for business at all. I will not use this location again as long as he works there. I will not allow someone to steal from me nor my business nor disrespect myself, business partner and employees. This location needs to do better overall.

James MImprove the U-Haul APP for both Mobile Check-in and Returns. The app usually requires 2-3 attempts to complete the uploading of pictures and I.D. Also, NONE of the information in my profile ever pre-populates when I make a reservation. It would be nice to have my Contact info, Driver License and payment information pre-populate when I sign in to the app. Also, the Check-in process on the app takes almost 4 minutes to continue after the information has been submitted. The video takes about 2 minutes but then you are left waiting for an approval. Several times, I have abandoned the app to have the staff finish checking in the reservation.
RANDALL CI had a reservation for 10:30 on a Saturday morning. I understand that this is probably the busiest day of the week for them, so to have just one employee working at that time is ridiculous!!! I had Abt a 30 minute wait in the line. In addition, the employee told me that the gas tank was half full. Completely my fault, but I was Abt a mile from the location when I noticed that the tank was a fraction above empty!!!! I definitely would not recommend this U Haul location.
Bethany SAlthough I had no incidents of damage during my rental I feel someone should have walked the truck with me to cite pre existing damage. I say this because I rented a second truck and they did do that at a different location. Otherwise all good

I was overcharged for Their lack of communication because he "didn't think he had to explain" something! I will NEVER rent from this location again and will be sure not to send anyone there.
Kenyettia JThe only problem was the driver door was hard to close you have slam it really hard to stay close it popped away twice while I was driving. I was glade it did not fly open.

EDMUND JYoung lady at the desk was very polite and knowledgeable. She made sure I had everything and upon return ensured I understood the charges and that everything went well. She should be given a raise or be the face of UHaul because she was just wonderful.
