Top right corner of truck leaked into the truck department and some of our boxed got wet. The uhaul company needs to inspect their trucks better we could have lost another of our stuff.

Jesus and Chelsey are great people at this location and have always been very helpful every time i have gone in for my reservation or just to answer a question. i have moved away from this location, and will MISS the CUSTOMER SERVICE, i received from these two individuals.

CARL CIt is rare to find an establishment where one cannot find anything wrong with its operation, the facility, or the staff. I found one of those establishments when I went to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Four Corners in Farmington, NM. The facility offers indoor, climate-controlled storage spaces that are well lit, very secure, clean, and pest-free. The hours of operation afford tenants access to their property nearly around the clock. Every time I visited this facility the office area, the storage locker area, and the facility grounds were immaculately clean no matter how many customers were there, and the office area was always well stocked with moving supplies. The staff of U-Haul Moving & Storage of Four Corners is an amazing group of people. They are all friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Every time I stopped into the office I was greeted with a warm hello and an eagerness to assist me that was very refreshing. Customer service of that quality is rare these days, and it made all my visits to the facility great experiences. The U-Haul Moving & Storage of Four Corners facility is exceptional because the facility manager, Chellsie Brady, is an exceptional leader. That is evident by how well this facility functions, and by how Chellsie inspires her staff to provide outstanding customer service to everyone that visits the facility. In my interactions with Chellsie I found her to be the consummate professional. She has superior business acumen and a positive can-do attitude that make this facility stand head and shoulders above the rest. If you are looking for storage space or want to rent a moving truck in northwest New Mexico, I strongly recommend going to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Four Corners in Farmington. You'll be very glad that you did!

The manager and staff were not helpful the entire two years I rented here, the staff never sought to engage renters by going above the bare minimum. KENNETH DGood pickup and return. Vehicle needs repair/work on ignition/ electrical/ battery. Lights won't turn off, ran battery down. Finally got truck started, you have to really gun the engine to get it started, ignition won't engage very easily. I'm a single woman and didn't feel safe in the truck. I didn't know if the truck was going to start up or not, and had to get gas and turn off engine

ZACKERY LI had my storage for 11 months. In that time my fee was raised. While thisnal9me is no big deal. The fact it was done while lots of construction was being done. This would often limit my access to my units. So raise the price yet limit everyone's access and you better hope you drive a truck with the parking lot all torn up in spots. Maybe raise prices after upgrading.

The staff was excellent with customer service and this was a very safe place to keep our belongings while we were moving back to Farmington. The only thing we felt that was inconvenient was the office and storage hours, especially when we were packing and traveling all day, then we couldn't get into our storage unit after 7pm. Otherwise, we were happy with everything!

Christine S | Expérience généraleThe facility was clean and well-lit, but it was a huge hassle to actually get into the facility because one entire bay of access doors was malfunctioning, and then the one working bay also stopped working as well. I had to have a staff member swipe me in for each individual trip that I made to my unit (so on any given day, as many as three trips). Very inconvenient. Even the staff were complaining about the facility being very old and poorly maintained. It didn't make me feel great to be leaving my belongings in a facility that even the staff complained about.
Elise R | Expérience généraleIt's been one of the best storage facilities I've used by far in regard to features. The moving equipment and materials to use at the ready is extremely convenient. Being temperature controlled also kept everything in great condition. My only complaint is in comparison to every other place I've rented is that it was a firm baseline monthly payment and it's been a surprise to see this monthly payment increase. It may not be much to some people but going from around $85 up to $105 affects a very tight budget. I wish more of the smaller units had availability. One other note however is the dysfunctional alarm system. It didn't matter how many times my unit had been disarmed, the alarm blared every single time my unit was opened (even after notifying staff). I have ear problems so it was painful to experience every time.

Went to cancel the unit and they said I couldnt get any money back so I said I might as well keep it for the month and they told me to bad I already cancelled. So I gave U-Rent around one hundred dollars and never got anything in return. The staff was not helpful and very rude. They told me that they didn't like the tone of my voice and I said it was pretty hard not to have an attitude when they just just screwed me out of a hundred dollars. Other companies in town said they would pro rate the return of my money.

We noticed the bays doors where closed a month into renting the two units and was told we dont know when they will be fixed. We kept inquiring about when they would be fixed and always where told they are waiting for them to be fixed. We moved out without being able to use the two bays that would have made moving out much more convenent. The day after we moved out the bays where operational agian and all the time we complained didn't seem to be taken into account. Bummed out the problem was side lined and then at the last momnent when it was too late it was fixed.
