Over charged me for fuel. Corrected by customer service only because I took pictures before and after I picked up my rental. Definitely won't go back to this location.

Kiook PI got 15' truck. It was at 109 thousand miles. Truck was downshifting when I take my foot off of the gas pedal when I was going downhill, which is cool. But it was having hard time getting back to higher gear when I put my foot back on the pedal. It was very uncomfortable drive as most of my drive was uphill then downhill highway. I was trying to manage the highway speed at the gear that is two gear lower than the supposed one, with an engine that is running at 5k RPM.

David Sfilthy male employee, reaked of smoking cigarette , was smoking in front of store , in violation of no smoking laws , then wondered into store to work. at about 7 am , completed wrong invoice , over charge me on mileage , I was quoted different price on mileage , then I was victim of bait switched , this filthy white older male of great filth smells an unkept hygiene rented me different van , filled info on. another van. I got a call later about four pm asking if I had a key , I explained. the key I have worked in the van I was dispatched to , with rate listed. three quarter indicated on invoice of fuel in tank, as a disabled man. I was taken advantage of. when returning van as told the return equipment location. has no room to park an I waiting. on grimmer blvd. blocking traffic to enter return lane , I then had to enter from. exit to park van in so called location. by propane filling location. , an there was no yellow mail box to drop off key ! I personally knew the owner of the store since 1977 an here in 2024 this is a sham , incomplete construction of appears a line an trench dug out an not protected. as is washed out an my new 2024 Subaru was subjected to rash violent contact an. filthy mud on my car , the general contractor with his left mini excavator did take means to provide safe travel thru his abandoned construction trench , mr purcell. 843 Benson ave Modesto CA 95354 209-402-1098.

Haroon AWhen I returned the van I used the app to process the return since it was after hours. Within the app I could not get the return option so I had to log on through the internet on my phone. Then after I processed all the steps uploading all the pictures I got to a point where it said 'Thank you for uploading the requested images. Please wait while we update our records.' But the continue button under the message was never activated so I don't know if the information in the system was actually updated.

Manna OThe CSR could tell you that there needs to be an on-line evaluation of the equipment BEFORE leaving the depot. I didn't realize it until I was at home and saw the text message. You can't do the evaluation from home, it has to occur at the pick up depot.

I returned it explained to the kid working he said thanks . That's is not what can we do to make this better ? A discount next time ahh kick in the ass ? Nothing. I have been renting from uhaul this location for my business needs for over 40 years. Not happy probably won't return

Varatharajan MThe wait time was a bit long. I went to the counter twice (for picking up the truck and asking some questions) and both times no one was readily at the counter. However, when I returned the vehicle, the staff was very helpful and did all the work for me even though it was late and I was supposed to self drop off. Overall, I would recommend the location.

Management should notify customers when they decide to cut a customer's lock just to replace it eith one they deem more secure. It's inconvenient for customers not to be able to access their unit then have to wait for a rep to cut the lock because they don't know where the keys are located. All staff could use soft skills, cultural sensitivity, diversity & inclusion training as well. Staff members were referring to me as "the black girl" which is inappropriate. I don't think they meant any harm but it's 2022, we should know there's a professional way to interact with the public. Rent was raised during my time renting here and frankly I don't see why. As I left the facility, I noticed there was a black cabinet someone left. Obviously the rent increase is not covering more staff or cleaning.
