I filled gas where o found it and I still got charged 20 dollars extra for gas

FEDERICO ORREGOMy experience was that I only need it the truck for moving in a distance of 7 miles so that's about 14 mile for the round trip plus 1,5 mile when I rented the truck that makes it like 15,5 to 16 miles. But the truck was making that I used over 40 miles. I told the lady at the office but since I only worked the miles not a pictures she said I need it proof of that

Kyle BramelI returned during business hours. I didn't realize the attendant was present since they didn't come out. Therefore, I did the mobile drop off, but it is not easy to find the drop box. There were other customers trying to locate an attendant also, eventually we found her. She had been in the building the whole time, but for whatever reason didn't hear or see us. Perhaps install a bell and have better signage for the Dropbox. When she eventually appeared, she was polite.

CHANTARA JACKSONVehicle was clean BUT the frontend ball joints, bushings or steering knuckle were so worn out that the frontend felt like to was going to break or fall apart. The steering had to much play in it it wasn't funny. That truck needs a lot of work in the front suspension and steering, to get it in safe working conditions or someone might get hurt. But, the workers provided great customer service.

RANILO CATALASANThe young lady at this location was very kind and helpful. However, I am very disappointed that U-HAUL has now changed my location twice from Darnestown Sunoco to Waters Street on THE DAY of our move. I specifically chose Darnestown because it is close to my daughter's apartment and it is clean and easy to use. I even went in on Friday night to check on the reservation and no one told me that it would be changed. I do not personally feel comfortable going to the Waters location. It is unsafe and dangerous to get in and out of the location entrance. We also reserved an appliance dolly and were only offered a regular size dolly. We had to drag a dresser from the fourth floor apartment and ended up throwing the dresser away. Unfortunately we will not be renting from U-HAUL again.
JACQUELINE MCCLOSKEYI asked for a 20 feet truck but there wasn't any available so the customer service representative told me to take the 15 feet because she was 100 % sure my 2 bedroom apartment will fit in that truck: we still hav to go back to the old apartment after 3 trips to the house with my van meaning 4 trips in total I moved an hour away so do the math yourself, the recommendations from your employee cost me time and money . Not good!!!!

Pradip MukerjeeChange the marketing "trick" of "Only $19,95 per day (plus mileage and fees)". This is MISLEADING to many people. The mileage cost is $1,49 PER MILE! We only rented the truck for 3 hours....drove 52 miles....and our invoice was over $125! This is a lot more than "$19,95 per day plus......"

Mahya BehnampourThe vehicle was clean n performance was good, however, shock absorbers need to be fixed, the vehicle was bouncing when it got into uneven roads or potholes. Once I pick the car from the location, I was not able to communicate with the location again, that is un professional in my opinion. However, the customer service was quite helpful. Also, get the location to educate your clients on the location of equipment n functions in the vehicle, I stumbled on the headlights by chance when it was getting dark; couldn't turn off the air-conditioning to use the heater, so I turned the heater on, both cooling and heating worked simultaneously. Apart from that, the lady at the pickup point was pleasant and helpful. On return, your staff can also ask clients how their experience was out of courtesy, not on surveys like this. So improve on customer service for clients returning after a long tedious day, not just instructions on how and where to park the vehicle

Robert ClayThe mobil check in experience was AWFUL!! Soo many questions and photos, and endless identity verification. After 15 min I gave up and went I side the store. In and out with my keys in less than 5 minutes. Mobile should be easier/faster/convenient and it is none of those things. The mobile process for returning the truck was simple and easy.

CARLOS MEJIA | Expérience généraleI stored my motorhome on the U-haul lot. It was damaged 3 times, twice by other vehicles, once apparently by an individual. It had to be towed after the last incident. The help I got from the general manager and the MCP (marketing company president) in trying to identify the party who caused the damage was insufficient. My email and phone calls were not returned. When I made contact with the general manager, I was given conflicting information about the availability of security camera footage. I was told it was available and being reviewed, shortly before I was told that no camera footage was available. This led to my lack of trust in management. All other staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.
