The fact that she left to find my own van, didn't explain what to do, like check in on the phone. I didn't even have my phone on me. Nothing was explained about finding a lock in the storage unit..... nothing.

Sarah JNot necessarily the location that was the issue but our uhaul truck broke down after having it for only 3 hours total when I had paid and booked a 6 hour window. It took over an hour for a mechanic to get there to look at truck and from there it took hours to fix it. Leaving me having to find a complete different option for moving because this was the only day I had movers. When I questioned a refund I was told I would have to wait for the truck to be repaired and then call back, fill out a form, and a week later a manager would call me? I completely wasted my money on this sadly.

James SCustomer service was ridiculous. The app told me to skip the line, I had already signed in on the app and all I needed was the keys and when I went inside and told them that I was told I can't just skip everybody else and to just wait. I didn't have to be spoken to in that manner. The truck smelled awful, I sprayed as much perfume in it as I could and could and just bared it while I had to. Luckily I only needed it for a quick trip. I will never use this location again, it is also in a bad area. A lot of drug addicts walking around and trash on the outside.

Easy access off FL 23 at 103rd st, very clean organized location where Kyle Butler received me and my vehicle, immediately completed necessary documents and installed a tow hitch and wiring harness in under an hour. Highly recommend this location and staff.
Robert HYour drivers are fabulous, the counter staff at the center are great. Your manager is horrendous and your billing department clueless. Even after receiving an apology and a refund from your regional manager - after the site manager told us she "didn't have time" to figure out our account - you still billed us again.

He treated me differently than the other customer I don't want to make it about race maybe he was having a bad day. I had to call U-Haul customer service just to get adequate help. He told me That the secondary number had to be verified and the person has to answer. I told the person may be sleeping he stated I would have to find another number. Not to mention he hung up on the person I used for secondary.The next customer a caucasian guy he told he had to call the secondary number then, the customer stated his wife may be sleeping, he called on speaker got the voicemail and said that was good enough. When I questioned it he brushed it off like he didn't say that to me. It was just a bad experience I won't use their U-Haul service again.

Jessica K | Premières impressionsI thought my storage unit was being maintained until I moved out. I contacted Two Men and a Truck to move my items out of the storage and into my home. Omar G., the lead mover, told me to go ahead to the next place and they would meet me there. The three men began moving my items into their truck and discovered mountains of rat feces covering the boxes and my furniture. As they were moving furniture and boxes rat poop continuously fell on them. They swept and knocked the poop off the boxes and furniture because they thought it was just on the surface. After they removed household they noticed the large hole in the back of the unit. There were no holes in the unit prior to me moving my things inside. When they got to my home and started taking things off the truck, that is when they noticed rat poop falling out of furniture (that was wrapped completely in Saran Wrap) and out of boxes that were completely sealed. Every time they placed an item down, huge amounts of rat poop fell onto the floor. We were not able to keep anything made of wood or with any wood contents. I had to pay Two Men and a Truck a disposal fee to haul my furniture and boxes away. I had to pay Stanley Steamer to clean and deodorize my sofa and loveseat to get rid of the smell of rat poop and pee. I called the location, while the movers were still present, and told them what happened. I was given a phone number to file a claim.

Unit wasn't completely secure from pests at top left, holes in hardie board siding. Excessive amounts of rat/mice/wasp accessing the unit from outside unknown location. Facility not being gated in was very big negative, anyone could walk into facility from street without authorized access while we were access unit or not. Finally, the constant increases in rent twice a year was unexceptable for the lack of imminties and lack of upgrades. Increasing prices just for reason of Corporate/Investors happiness and gains, is not an excuse or justifiable reason to take advantage of your customer base.

Fortunately a lady who had went in the day before was returning a storage unit she had only had for 24 hours. I was frustrated due to the fact I've been trying to get a climate controlled storage unit here since May and was on a waiting list to be called. Kyle help me reserve two 5x10s but when he called me to see if I was still coming in on the 26th he happened to have a 10x10 so we put the reservation on that. But when I went in my reservation was gone. But it worked out in the end cuz I ended up getting the one the lady was returning. But I was told that someone may have taken a reservation off my name and gave the storage to that other lady which really upset me. Especially since I've been in every month trying to see if you guys had a 10x15 or 10x10

Gregg G | Expérience généraleThis was the worse experience in my life because I explained everything to the person over the phone about the size of the truck I had and needed space to fit everything in but they gave me a 10x10x11 storage space to fit a 26' truck full of materials. I immediately told that it wasn't big enough but they had no more storage available so had to drive to a different location which was not climate control, I ended up having to store my belonging in two different storage. It was a nightmare and will never use uhaul again!

There reasons were the roaches come from the outside and they really cant do anything about it. When we our things we had to repack all the boxes, check everything and shake everything out. The roaches were everywhere. We moved to another storage company. Do not take your things there!

The staff member with long blonde got mouthy and told me I could wait all day that she wasn't helping me. She wouldn't stop and kept mumbling that she wouldn't wait on me. Finally she was told to wait on me and I refused saying I would wait for another associate.
