Juan CI had no idea there was a U-Haul there until I needed one. The U-Haul website find a van for me less than 1/2 a mile from my location. It took me 5 mins to pay and get the keys. I only needed the van for a few hours so it was super convenient. The van was in good condition, easy to drive, and fit a 1-bedroom apartment's worth of furniture in 2 trips. I'm a pleased customer.

Veronica SI had a great experience here. Harol was my service representative and he was able to answer all my questions as well as questions from the other customers. The tire pressure light was on in my truck but Harol was able to swap it out for another truck immediately. The truck ran great and I had no issues moving into my new apartment! I highly recommend doing the online check in prior to coming to the store since it greatly reduced the amount of time I had to spend in the store.

I would recommend trucks with power locks and windows in the future as it was hard to reach across to unlock the door for my friend and the power windows would be nice for cross venilation. But overall easy, and great experience.

James ZOverall, a very good experience with this office...I recommend working with them if you decide to us U-Haul. However, the first day my rental was scheduled U-Haul suffered a company-wide system failure and could not rent any vehicles. I had moving resources scheduled around this rental, so it all fell apart. I successfully rented the vehicle 2 days later. My understanding is this happens from time-to-time with U-Haul due to them having a single data center with little to know redundancy, so therefore no "Plan B" if it goes down. I suggest they pull their IT systems out of the early 2000's and upgrade / embrace the cloud, etc. The system outage was unacceptable and totally preventable. Time for an IT upgrade!

peter mThe site froze up and could not connect during the after hours key pickup. It took 30 minutes on the phone with U-Haul customer service to get the code and put me behind schedule. Upon entering the truck there was an error maintenance code on the dash so I could not see the mileage. Had to call customer service again. Overall this location has been good I have rented a few times but this experience was frustrating to say the least.

Bryan BI have rented from U-Haul for fifty years. In my experience, the King Farm Rockville, MD location is the best. The staff is professional, efficient, and polite. The location is clean and well organized and the equipment is always in top condition. I left some items in the van I returned and a staff member handed them to me in the lot when I came for them the next day. Other locations are closer to my home, but I always go to King Farm for U-Haul rentals.
