Great service in Kingston and on Mundy Street in Wilkes-Barre. The staff always attentive and customer friendly. U-haul is my favorite rental company !

Clean the vehicles, seats sticky from drink spilled on it, screws ,nails in cup holder ,windows always need a cleaning.

The reason for no in equipment - it was definitely a trailer that had seen better days. It was faded and old and a lot of dings and dents.

Truck has door issues. Truck ran good and was clean. Doors don't close properly. You have to slam both doors to close. Driver door needs a new seal. I drove 4 hours each way on the highway. The air noise was terrible. I couldn't hear my wife or my GPS because it was so loud. I was going to find a dealer in Rochester and swap the truck on my way back. I didn't want to deal with the noise on the highway for a 4 hour trip home. This Truck needs the doors fixed and a new seal on the driver door. Keep this Truck local. I never complain unless I'm really pissed. $700 for a junk truck

I was not informed about the additional charges for using dolly and for breaking the green tag on the blanket. I assumed dolly usage was included and didn't realize that breaking the tag indicated usage of the blanket, resulting in a $7 extra fee. While this wasn't a significant issue for me, it could be for others. The lack of communication regarding these charges was the main concern.

At the time I went to pick up my trailer the man that was getting the trailer for me told me that my side by side would not fit on the trailer I rented. He was able to change to equipment that would handle my side by side.

The windows were not cleaned. I had to clean them all when I got home. The gentleman I dropped the truck off with said the truck should not have been rented out in such a dirty condition.

Your website doesn't work for onboarding or drop off. Stop over engineering stuff and just make it simple for people to use. I sat for a half hour trying to get my return pics to load on the website before I just left the van in the lot with the keys in it cause it's not my job to make your website work. Same issue for uploading my insurance info at pick-up.

I had a great experience using Uhaul today. I reserved a truck online but accidentally reserved it for the wrong date. When I arrived the employee (I wish I got her name) informed me off my error. She was able to change my reservation and the rest of the day ran smoothly. The young woman helped to make that happen. Excellent customer service! Merci.

Vehicles should be left with a full tank of gas and returned with a full tank, not 3/8.

The store staff went out of their way to be sure we had the correct hitch for a car that we incorrectly identified. The proper hitch had to be ordered quickly since our daughter was only visiting for the holiday week. We are very pleased with the customer care.

The staff at this location was exceptional. I've stored since 1989 at different place's and states. The staff at 714 Wyoming Avenue Kingston Pa was by far the exceptional. The facility was well kept and I always felt extremely safe at this facility which was really important to me since it was like my home away from home. I highly will recommend this facility!!

It would be more convenient if the phone line could call directly to the specific office. It always went to a central call center. They said they would leave messages, but I did not know whether they made it through or not. But the staffing on site was great, very professional, and everything was always clean and seemed very safe.

I booked for first floor over the phone with the agent and got second floor unit. Tried to talk to management but they refused to listen to me. Had to get help to get stuff upstairs and pay out of pocket. Worst experience ever.

Over the years I have used numerous storage facilities in different states and the Uhaul storage in Kingston is the absolute winner in my book for several reasons! The unit was very well maintained and secure and easily accessible. The manager, Stacy was outstanding in every way- always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and ready to assist! Thank you for a delightful and "drama free" experience!

Got out early in the month. Could NOT pro-rate my month. Rates kept on GOING up. Could not rent a van 1 way out of state. Had to bring it back.

Our Storage unit was filled with Rat feces and a dead rat. We had to leave a mattress that was covered in feces and had to throw away clothing and baby items that had feces on them in fear of disease
