More staff. 2 People handing installs, rentals and returns, storage, retail sales and propane. My install took 2 and a 1/2 hours because of the lack of staff.

Todd GowlettThe IT situation at this location is abysmal. The poor staff were trying but unable to check me out due to outdated and insufficient hardware and or software. There was about 30 minutes of just waiting to pay. For some people, that wait could have made them quite irate. I suggest some more care with the computers and server, invest in a more efficient staff and customer experience.

It was too late to get them because we had put uhaul fob into alot and returned and then released we had left our set of keys on the dashboard slot..I'd appreciate to pick them up tomorrow before someone takes truck March 22 as early as possible as I do need them and don't want them lost.

Mike NapierGive back a refund of money when you give client 2nhrs and they only use 1hr. Plus, online it says you can use a bank debit Visa at the rental yet you can't so I was forced into a uhaul for $50 when I reserved a van at $20. I only used vehicle for 7km and again paid $50

ISSOUF KAFANDOTrailer was not clean like a U-haul truck would be, but this was irrelevant. The trailer was well equipped and maintained and worked very well for moving my disabled vehicle. An easy and positive experience both renting the trailer, picking it up, using it, and returning it. Well done U-Haul.
Alexander MellerOnline Reservation process became "bumpy" - wasn't easy to reserve for 3 days. Agents on telephone call to modify reservation were very helpful. Staff at this location were courteous and very helpful - I highly commend them. Vehicle return was expeditious.

He threw the keys on the floor for the employee to pick up and when people gave him a look he said "well I can't throw them at your head". I was disgusted someone like this can have power over anyone else.

Taylor LindermanI had booked a one way car dolly/trailer weeks in advance. There was one on site, but it was not available for one way use. We had a long day of packing and driving ahead of us with a 1200+ km trip and had to make a detour adding and additional 1,5 hours to our trip to pick up a car trailer. At the Portland uhaul site we had minimal assistance, longer wait, and had to move other truck and trailer out of the way to access the car trailer. I use uhaul as there is not much for alternative options, but have little confidence leading up to my rental that the equipment will be available or in the location I requested.

David WheelerI booked the U-Haul at 89cents a km and when I arrived there they charged me 1,09cents a km. I don't think is far that I booked something at a price and then they charge it to a new price not happy and they girl working there was rude not friendly at all. She said the fuel was almost full when I got in the truck it was 3/4 tank. I took pictures for proof. Definitely won't be using your service again unless this is taken care of.

Your representatives should advise this instead of it being a surprise at the truck return.

Micheal Baumhour | Premières impressionsI found one girl very rude and ignorant has no clues on customer care especially when we leave money into your paychecks, I was told I'd give that one extra day to remove a bed out of my storage facility they went and put a lock on it and I had to pay an extra month where I lost my keys on 16th had to get a locksmith then that my van broke down cost me $600 to remove my bed that includes the extra $100 fee for an extra month I did not need I went the next day to remove my bed out of the storage locker and there was a lock on the door and the gentleman would not remove it I told the girl never to speak to me again in the phone she speaks with I find some stuff including the manager extremely rude to the people who put a paycheck pockets the manager should have gave me the extra day to remove the bed then the locker would have became available to rent to others, I'm not impressed with the conduct of one girl and one or two staff members there they need to improve their customer relations8

I do not see how paying 216 is worth being locked out of my unit the next day, this needs to be remedied or I will leave the facility and find somewhere else to use for storage. Is anyone going to make this better ?

I also found it a bit challenging accessing the entrance for unloading/loading. Access cards would be so much handier than walking-in the main office when staff are often so busy or not available.

I live 7 hours away so needed to speak to someone at the facility. I called at least 40 times at different times and no one ever answers the phone. It goes to the call center. The wait time can be an hour to speak to someone and then they are unable to answer the question because they are not at the facility. I even tried speaking to my local uhaul to see if they could get through. The answer was no. Even though it is a pandemic, I think the local phone should be answered. Thanks
