Personnel had not been informed that I was returning equipment to their location, so they were not prepared to receive; but they were accommodating after explained this was the location I was told to return equipment in last text from U-Haul. Seems to be a communication gap.

jeff oliverThe male who rented us the van was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional in his communication and appearance. He also scanned my wife's Drivers License on his personal phone during the check in process. I asked about that and he said he can't find the scanner tool. The van has a burnt license plate light and noisy rear u-joint. Upon return the male who we rented it to was professional and respectful. I called the GM of this facility, Larissa (sp), had to leave 2 VM's 24 hrs apart before she returned my call. I advised her of the drivers license scanning to his personal phone and she said that is how they always do it with an attitude of I was bothering her. Will not do business with u-haul in the future I can avoid it. This was a convenience rental not a necessity.

I'm filing a complaint or going to the court to get this corrected. Very poor customer service bad attitudes poor service . Employees lied as well. Never have I had this poor service from a co. ☹️

DOLLY BRANDTJared, the person that put the hitch on my car was absolutely terrific. He worked as hard as he possibly could to finish the job done well.
bennett fontenotThe truck had major issues including damaged wiper blades which caused problems. The gas tank would not accept new fuel without constant pressing of the handle causing fill ups to take 15 minutes every time. The truck was old and poorly maintained. Was told that truck was not one of their normal fleet but that should not be my issue

When picking up the trailer the U-Haul rep. said there were no dolly's available there or anywhere within 15 miles. I ended up buying a dolly . . . but it would be nice if the dolly's are not available for a resv. a email or notification of some kind be sent informing so !

I see the e-mail confirmation says the alternative contact would be called, but the person that called didn't mention this so when I picked up at 5:30am my wife was not awake to answer so it took almost 45 minutes to get checked in. Also, I put the keys in the drop box per instructions when I brought it back and was called and rudely told to bring them inside instead. I was only following instructions and did not find it professional.

melissa skerczakThe store was overcrowded with boxes for sale and other impulse buys. It felt like being in an IKEA just trying to get to the counter. The trailer I rented had one tire that was very worn. The U-Haul online order instructions said that two forms of ID / proof of contact were necessary- my phone number and a valid local driver's license. When I checked out in the store, the clerk requested two additional contact phone numbers. This is not part of the policy that was in the T&Cs.
Nick BladyI was informed that I went over the allotted mileage by 16 miles. When I requested to reserve the truck, the location I chose was 8 miles closer than the one the that the truck was located. This even up costing me more money. I will never recommend U-Haul to anyone!!

HAKEEM ZENONThe price quoted and the price paid was INACCURATE!! 19,95 for a van ended up being 75 bucks for only 3 1/2 hours of use! On top of that instead of just charging the difference between my deposit of $108 bucks and the excessive charges, you guys charged both at that same time!!!!!! That's 19,95 turning into almost 200 bucks for an in town move of only 3 hrs! I have return fees on my account from the excessive over charging so it actually cost me closer to 400 bucks to rent a 19,95 van!!!! This is a scam and I sincerely hope you guys get what's coming to you!

There needs to be a loyalty account or something for people who regularly do business with U-Haul because the manager is rude and always has some kind of issue every time I go in. Next time I rent I will be using Budget Truck or a different location.

Montgomery GriffithThis was a weather-related problem in the facility. Not their fault. Leaks are always a problem to locate origin of the outside entry of the water. The problem was getting more help than the local staff. There was supposed to be some, but they were hard to schedule, and then didn't show up at all. So it was just the two local women who had to do the move for/with me. They were very courteous and helpful. The only remaining problem is a tapestry loom that is at the front, when it should have been put further back, preferably against the back or side wall so it could stand up properly, and not be in the way for further shifting of contents.

MARK MARTINThe truck smelled like smoke and the shocks probably needed replacing. Great check-out procedure in the morning. The check-in procedure upon return was not fully explained and the inside worker had to go outside to help the outside worker. Overall it was an above-average experience.

Even though this storage place isn't climate controlled it definitely felt like that. It was not clean when we would go there and 9 out of 10 times had an odor when we would come check on our things.

We have picked up countless screws in the parking lot. With the amount of money charged for rent, I think a dumpster would be justified.

Trudy Lafleur | Expérience généraleI would like to rate this experience better however I just got back from visiting with my mother on her death bed from cancer I moved everything I own into your facility however I'm suppose to be at work for 5:30am and my clothes are in my unit and I've tried my code that worked on October the 6th because I tried it to make sure it worked because 2 other customer were complaining about their codes denying them well apparently that's just how thos location operates in a VERY inconvenient way it isn't 11pn 2am it was 7:07pm when I drove up and one panel denies me access and the other door says I'm not checked in but I am checked in in a very inconvenient way. Now I will have to miss work and not get paid which I really need right now because in approximately at most 2 weeks I will have my mom's funeral to attend. This is extremely poor business and horrible service I am very VERY unhappy and a very disappointed and dissatisfied customer so much I am regretting my choice in storage units now and will never suggest anyone coming here

It smelled like dog food? And the elevator was broken when I moved in. Also I had a unit in the direct sun light so it was always very hot.

There was also a large rat just crawling on the wall on a unit nearby. I'm still highly disappointed and dissatisfied with my services yesterday.

Each time I tried to enter I had to hold door open with one hand and try to pull hand truck with other hand. Door kept slamming on my load and knocking it off. Also the pest control black box was too strong for my small unit. It gave me a headache and I could still smell and taste it 30 minutes after leaving. I removed it and put in hallway. I had already advised staff that it was too strong and he said housekeeping would take care of it.

He told me there was a lock in the unit but after we hauled all of our stuff upstairs to the unit, there was no lock. The rep who served me was friendly but he did not mention anything about the convenient lock for buy storage. I picked up a lock and the rep charged for the lock. I came to the place along and no one on the staff offered any help with lifting anything heavy onto the moving carts which I realize is not really in their job description but it would have been nice to at least be offered. It was just a ok experience for myself. I would just invite a friend to come if they really need space. Thanks for the storage.

When the contract was FINALLY ready, almost an hour after we began, she had entered the wrong size unit and it took an additional half hour to get THAT straightened out. This does not appear to be rocket science or brain surgery. It made the whole process aggravating \, took entirely too long, and was stressful.
