The contract is a little confusing.

allen sI always rent your trucks when moving a family member. the vehicles are always clean and ready to go. This last time was no exception. I did have trouble turning the truck back on as I was getting ready to drive it back to the facility at the end of the day. the steering wheel locks which causes the key to not turn in the ignition. i did call the uhaul roadside help who came out and told me if I jiggle the steering wheel, the key will turn in the ingition. I felt back he came all the way out to my house on a sunday night, but he did help me. It still was a good day.

Brenda TYour on-line App was down and I needed the truck at 7:30 AM because I needed to move my daughter and I only had 2,5 hour window at her building to use the freight elevator. I had to wait until almost 9: 00 AM when the store office opened. Called you support hotline and no one had any idea what was going on and could not help. Missed the window to move my daughter and had to wait to get the elevator. A lot of added stress I need not need. The local office person did get me the truck I had on reservation so he did his part. You need better support when your "amazing" App goes offline.
Donald MI was not told there was a mileage restriction and was charged extra 32 miles when I was only driving within the burbs vicinity of Chicago. They return process online did not work at all

Bruce LIssues with the app usage for pickup. Not clearly marked. When I did a chat with tech support. They pushed me to call the 800 number. While Doing this I was not able to complete the pickup due to chat window coming up and blocking my ability to chose the link needed
