The app was being finicky and the guy helped me out greatly. Excellent service.
Aaron hammontreCustomer service was very poor. I got berated by the employee for getting into my truck while using the app to find it. I found the truck and it was running, door open, keys in it. So I got in. Then she yelled at me. Then we had to wait until after 10am for pickup even though our reservation time was 930. Horrible experience during a high stress moving day.

Steve MooreYour Uhaul app is a horrible user experience. The app is not user friendly, over complicated and unnecessary for a rare event of renting a uhaul truck. Please inform the customer while browsing that they'll be required to use the app even if they choose front desk service, the bait and switch is trashy.

KIRK CLAUSENEveryone was nice and the space was great. Timeliness in getting the rental was our main concern, we arrived 15 minutes early and didn't leave till 15 after our reservation, making us 15 minutes late to meet the movers we'd reserved through the u-haul website.
Brittany DowningI loved the staff at this location, they were talking to me not just as a customer but as a friend. I walked in and they explained everything and were so helpful. My return was also a great experience, I didn't really understand the app and the same employee that helped me earlier came out and just took care of it.! Sucks I can't remember her name but she really made my experience easier.

Joy JenkinsThe lockbox keypad was frozen solid and spent 10 minutes thawing the ice between my gloves just to access the truck key. The truck itself was clean but the gate was left open overnight, so the inside was full of snow (which then melted and all my stuff was standing in water during the move) and there was a shelf of ice along the truck bed edge that I had to chip away at just to get the gate door to shut and latch close. I get that weather happens, but leaving the door open is unacceptable and I lost 45min of my reservation just correcting things that should not happen, not to mention my boxes and furniture got very wet.

Rosa ChavezFirst, improve the app. It didn't work well for me. 2nd, we had a major snow storm the day of our move and I had to extend an additional day because the tires on the truck weren't suitable for snow. I had a friend driving who had experience as an OTR trucker and he was nervous about the tires.

Did a good job with the hitch install (although not a great job: cut on the bumper was not flush with the hitch; but can only be seen looking at it upwards from the floor, you'd have to lay down to see how it was cut). For the price, still a very good deal compared to other alternatives.

Jeffrey LairdThe ride share aspect of my rental did not work properly. I was not able to pick up my truck on my own and needed assistance from an associate to check me in. The automatic self pick up app/website did not work properly. Therefore, I waited in line for almost half an hour and paid my movers to do nothing for half an hour but to sit outside of my place waiting for me.
Becky WalkerGreat location. You can leave your car there. If it matters to you...I was automatically switched to a 24 hour truck share, no questions asked as far as if I wanted that. I read the instructions and was surprised to find out that in order to pick up the truck I was going to have to have two entities vouch that I was who I said I was..a friend, boss, my passport or I forget the last thing. They needed your boss or friend available at the time of pick up to talk to on the phone. I am my own boss, my friends are working at 10 am on a Friday, and I don't have my passport handy. Wasn't going to work...and in my mind it was a completely unnecessary hassle In case you are in the same situation call the customer service number and, switch back to an onsite reservation. All you need is your driver's license and you also get to enjoy checking in with a human!

I wasn't experienced in the towing equipment needed and they hooked me up with all the parts. When they didn't have a part, they called around to find someone that did. Again, amazing location.

Jack RussellI had made a reservation to pick up a 10` truck. Upon arrival I was told that I had to check in through the app even though I was the only one there and there were 3 employees. So I had to go though the lengthy and confusing check in process with my phone which had spotty service and low battery. The app asked me for all the same information I had already filled out during the reservation process. This ordeal took almost half an hour and made me late to my pickup appointment. The actual workers were understanding and as helpful as they could be but something needs to be done about this online check in process. It's terrible and it should not be a requirement in order to rent a truck. Once I got into the truck my experience didn't get better. Right as I started to merge onto the highway I realized the passenger side mirror was folded in giving me no visibility to my blind spot. This caused me to almost get in an accident and I had to pull over on the highway to fix. The visor was also a safety hazard and not secured properly. After every bump it would come unlatched and droop into my face while I was trying to drive. I also was not given an appliance dolly even though I had requested and payed for one with my reservation. I do not typically leave reviews but Uhaul needs to know that pushing the online check in is not something their customers want. I have used uhaul dozens of times in the past, but after my experience today I will not be using them again.
