A big thank you to Shane, who was most helpful to us in turning in our car trailer on Sunday, 1 June 2025.

Pay attention to the original order put in trucks were not labeled correctly let's not in the right drop box. Re worked a new order charging me for extra stuff I originally didn't order. I would not go back to this location for a U-Haul.

Only 2 people working during the busiest part of the day maybe the mco should let the gm hire more people or raise the budget to give more hours to current employees

Employee used a c- looking device to lift the auto transport off the receiver of the truck. It appeared as if the transport jack was not long enough. Used auto transport's in the past with no problems.

Heather was awesome. She made sure I was set to go and even lifted the trailer onto the hitch and took it off when I brought it back.

You system was down and I was quoted the wrong price. All my equipment was not ready the agent got mad when there was more to do

We did the overnight drop off. Followed instructions on app. It was easy and no issues encountered.

I went in as a wall-in with no prior reservation. Was rented a truck within minutes with no hassles. Three hours later, when I turned it back in, I was given a $10 credit on my bill.

I would tell my friend NOT to lock the keys in truck, it'll be 200 dollars for them to open up the door to get the key

Check the equipment when checked in... first trailer had light wire cut changed trailers and spent almost 2 hrs for wire issues and lights. Only good thing they gave us an extra day but had to call about it cause they didn't fix it at the time of it

Storage units were horrible no light inside Unit they lock u out After being a day late on payment. We drove an hour to be told by staff they were spraying pecticoswa And we couldn't go in the unit for the that day or the next day and I needed some important paperwork from my unit. All together 2 thumbs down!!! Would Not recommend. Then another time the manager was supposed to call me and never did.

The trailer was dirty outside. It could have been hosed off to remove the road grime. The 4-pin connector broke on removal at my house and was repaired. The connector end had been crushed prior to my rental and the attendant had a difficult time connecting it to my vehicle. Now I understand why he had so much trouble with the connection.

Truck sliding door was sticking and cable ended up stuck half open. Was told on return it was doing same thing day before and vehicle wasn't supposed to be used until fixed. Thank goodness we didn't lose anything during last move.

I come to this location repeatedly for a reason, staff is amazing in all departments. The equipment is always what to be expected when moving, and the overall process is easy and quick which is absolutley appreciated since im usually crunching on time.

The outside parking lot is a disaster and needs a lot of work. Very confusing on the entrance.

The world change every day at the speed of the light. I believe in second and third chance. I was the second driver. At last min. There were a few changes. It was my daughter in-law boy friend who re.ted the equipment. He open the doors for me. He dropped the rental off. Thank you u haul for bring families together!

I dropped off my 26' truck at this location and my car carrier at another. At both locations they claimed to have sent me an email confirming their return but never received email receipts from either. I need those receipts!

I have used U-Haul in the past but this time it was very pleasant for me and convenient to use the app for all my tasks. The staff onsite was very friendly and helpful with anything that I needed during my rental there. I would gladly use this facility again if I needed. Thank you for the great service. AB Diaz

It's ridiculous how $39,95 turns into $100. Blew my mind. Overall the customer service was great! Each person I interacted with was very professional and had a smile. The U-Haul itself was clean and ran great. No complaints on that. I would definitely use this location again.

I was not told that I had to sign out when leaving the storage, I had gone back later that day after they gave me access and could not get in. Also the staff were not as friendly in their mannerisms and not very professional.

They actually helped me I am down so low right now I was going to loose it all and they helped me with a settlement agreement I can barely afford to drive to find a job thanks so much to Heather and a couple more people there was awesome and a big blessing to receive my belongings back safe and sound thanks so much for helping me wow will definitely give a good review thank you for your patience and with working with me god bless you all

The service and the team at the cache/11th location have been so polite, courteous. Haven't had any issues at all. I do wish the access to storage was available 24/7 without an extra but doesn't change the great team they have

My overall experience wasn't very well . For the most part staffing was okay . Some staff seemed to know what was going on and others not very much . The units in my opinion for what they were cost could've been a lot better or at the least have 24 hour access for those who work throughout the night . Ending my time with Uhaul was probably the better experience I had only because they actually were kind enough to refund the recent monthly purchase I made with them . In conclusion I wouldn't come back and this Uhaul for such reasons .

My husband and I have had a storage unit with u haul along time, I must say if I had to get another storage unit I would go back to them, because of the friendly clean very professional service we received over the years, I would recommend them to anyone,L,T.

Dante and the fellow employees were courteous and helpful; very informative and gave great customer care. The only thing upsetting was the facility itself. The outside had fake garage doors to deceive its customers that the facility had garage storage, but did not; they even had locks on them to play the deceit even further. Storage internal lights for the bigger storage did not have any lights, pathway and movement was minimal so if you needed to store a couch you wouldn't be able too. There was barely any outside lights due to majority of them were broken or inoperable just there for show. The minor storage upstairs were as secure as you'd expect because thru the ceiling it was open so if someone was eager enough they could muster their way to steal what they were capable of through the roofing by climbing in them. Even computer operated, it didn't have 24/7 accessibility which now a days a lot of the other facilities have it. Only reason we chose this establishment is because the first month rent was free so we didn't have to pay.

Zack was great it was the woman with the baby that was bag and wouldn't help the younger guy out as it seemed he was a new system. She rented a storage to us that was sissy rented to someone else, she was ride and it really upset me and my fiance! She was an idiot really!

Due to snow storm there was Ice on the ramp entrance that was not cleaned by the staff using salt creating a hazard to customers. Laziness on the staff. Otherwise good.

Didnt like having to check in at the office each time. Would have been nice to be able to just access storage unit by the door. Lighting outside would be nice to. Especially at the loading docs. Other then that it was ok.

Every time I went to my storage it seemed to have people sleeping in one of the units. Also it was super inconvenient to maneuver through your very narrow hallways. One of my units had visible rat dropping and there was rat bait 8n my unit so uhaul is obviously aware of the issue. Several of my boxes were chewed through, I'm assuming rats. I will not recommend this storage facility. The bald guy employee was the only one worth anything I'm my opinion.

I was disappointed to find there were no carts to assist with moving larger objects. This made the trip up the stairs even more inconvenient. Other than that issue the facility is clean.

I will not mention any one name! Every last person that crossed my path or assisted me in any way were always friendly, professional, helpful and knowledgeable! I feel like family in a way! Had nothing but problems with uhaul after trying to sign over my belongings to them. Have sent multiple emails to them stating I didn't want my things and they've charged me every month since and claimed they never received my notices. On top of that I've been getting constant phone calls about it and no one could seem to help me fix the problem. So it continued to be on me and I continued to get charged for items I already claimed I was giving away. Would not recommend to anyone.

Thankful that the Lawton team was able to find a unit to store my stuff temporarily during a cross country move. The process was very efficient.

The employees was happy to help me. They answered all my questions. The unit was inside and well light for me and it being 90° plus outside, it was still pretty cool inside. They got me in one pretty fast, even though it was a short time. A big thank you to all the staff members here.

I have used U-Haul numerous times for moving in the past so when I needed a storage place they were the only place that I thought of. I guess their reputation is why. The Lawton store has a great staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone for storage and or moving!

We did have some issues when we first got there. Our 24-access card did not work. We were told different prices, etc. What we did like was how Shane was when we were checking out and getting a trailer to get our stuff to our home states away. He was helpful and kind. Some other staff were not as he was. Everyone has difficult days. The 2nd time we were there right after losing a family member was a mess to say the least. At least the owner did finally give us access. That was heartache that could have been avoided altogether. So in the end, it was a mixed bag of experiences, and Shane was the one that made it nice in the end. Also, our card was overcharged several months in a row, and the dispute was very difficult. When you speak to the office, ensure they spell your name correctly because it seems like it can never be fixed after first inputted and really read over everything. And get your copies in hard copy and emailed to you. Thanks again Shane for at least being exceptional.

The facility and staff were helpful. My only concern is the inability of staff to maintain accurate records that I sent in to establish that I relinquished ownership of the contents of my unit. The first hard copy of the signed form and the key were lost. The second email was not acknowledged. It took a third attempt and approximately 16 months before the contract was finalized. This caused undue stress and made it seem as though I did not do my part on stating that I was giving up the rights to the contents in the unit. I was not living in state and had to conduct this through email and phone calls. I tried to inform staff initially to avoid such an encounter and it happened anyway.

Overpriced, very expensive. Had to get TWO SMALL units for $125/ month EACH because nothing bigger was available. Could not access the units from outside, had to walk down multiple NARROW hallways
