Kenneth FThis is a rather new build out of a Kmart and is an amazing facility. Well organized and customer friendly, set up for purpose. Judith Moore was very helpful and accommodating, she took time to train us on use of the storage facility and made certain we were comfortable with everything. These type of facilities must be a great capital investment for UHaul based on the close highway location.

Michael WI moved my things in and winded up getting roaches from a lady on the backside of my units , and at the end after speaking with everybody trying to jump through hoops to get the help we need had to sell and get rid of everything in the units because even after the man come to Spray, we still had roaches in it we took videos and pictures showed the front they were still upset that I was saying something about the roaches, but I lost all of my things because of the roaches ,

Michael PWe had a terrible experience with getting our key out of the lock box. The app was explained being extremely simple. It was extremely complex or there was a problem with it because it took us 20 minutes to get the key on top of that the exhaust fell off the truck we had to drive it for about 50 miles with no exhaust, and now I think I have a hearing problem

Stefanie BThere was a sticky residue from a pop spill on the base of the center counsel. The truck really needs a cellphone mount. I'm moving. IDK where I'm going and my GPS is in my cup holder because I'm using borrowed equipment. That's not safe. I'm not going to buy a mount for a onetime move. Karen made a suggestion about where to drop off my equipment. She was right. The new place was very helpful compared to a authorized dealer.
Troy HEmployees often make or break the experience! Manager Karen and employee Judy are the best! Also Nathan Whyte, who is with an associated business, Whyte's Quick Move, was extremely helpful! It would be nice if I could have pro-rated the final rental fee since I emptied the unit on 1/3/24 but am still being charged for the entire month of January. All in all a great experience for a "senior", single lady!

April O | Premières impressionsThe website and app do not work. Taking pics of my license fails to upload. Taking pics of trailer fails to upload. Upon drop off I downloaded the app out of desperation because the website wouldn't allow pics to upload. The app would not show my location. On drop off I have to try multiple phone numbers to reach someone after hours and make sure the unit is checked in as returned- although the pics never have went through the last 2 times.
Aaron AYour system said my Jeep, couldn't use a car dolly. First off it's a Jeep! Made for towing and moving in rough terrains. Very unhappy with the corporate service. This store wanted to give me a dolly. Corporate did not!

The only thing was I returned the trailer after hours and received a text the next day saying I still had it a want to know about texting my rental,but the problem was taken care of quickly. That was hardly worth mentioning.

JACQUELINE SI've already told several people about the fact that Uhaul now requires a photo and scan of their license to be put on Uhaul's cloud storage, and about the requirement to identify and call a third party and they all said - and pardon me, I'm simply relaying the message accurately - they all emphatically said "F*** that, no way am I doing that". And I wouldn't have either if I'd known in advance, but no one said anything about any of that when I made the reservation and by the time the ultimatum was presented to me I had little choice- nicely played. But I will tell you this, I just talked to Penske here and they said they would never do those things. So guess what.

marvin mThe lady Karen clayton was a nut job. Tried to act like I didnt have a storage unit and acted like I lied when I'm standing in front of her showing her the conformation email for my storage unit. She then got hyped up and came around the counter and took the phone out of hand and said let me see it without asking. At the point her aggressive nature mixed with nutty made us very uncomfortable and we left after 45 mins of nothing. Worst rep I've dealt with in a long time. Even showed them where I called them and she tried to deny tbe info she previous gave over the phone when I clearly recognized her voice
