I spoke directly with Christine and was told I would have a drive up storage unit. When I arrived, Mike told me he was putting me on the 3rd floor. The people who were helping me had to change their previous arrangements because it took a lot of extra time to unload. It also made packing the storage unit much more disorganized. Not everything fit. Was never told why this change was made. This will affect the unloading of the locker in a few weeks as well. I guess when they're giving you a free locker for just a few weeks they can do whatever they want and don't care what it does to you.

My trailer had a great deal of owl leaves in it which interfered with my loading of furniture and we're blowing out of the trailer while driving. Also, because the location is a storage facility as well there was an automatic gate and car traffic which interfered with parking and trailer pick up. Since there is another U-Haul location 1/4 mile away I will never use this location again and don't know why it is necessary anyway

The lady that waited on me when I came ro pick up the truck was the worst. She had no customer service skills at all. She didnt explain anything about the truck. She actually gave NO customer service to me at all.

There was no rearview mirror, which caused me to be in a dangerous situation when needing to switch lanes. I had to turn around several times because I could not ensure no cars were behind me. Also, after cleaning out the truck, one of the movers decided to leave one single item which weighed no more then 5 and uhaul to charge an extra 25 to remove it even after I explained I didn't know it was put back. I will never use uhaul again and will also share my experiences with others. Now that I'm thinking,When I initially went in to pick up the truck, instead of the manager welcoming me in, his first words were; "you're late". During the process of setting up the rental, the manager the proceeds to try and takea photo of me. That really made me uncomfortable because I provided my picture I'd. Honesty speaking after sitting here thinking and writing this, thi ls was a horrible dehumanizing experience and I guarantee I will nver use uhaul again.

Great place had my stuff stored here for years and never had an issues they would call me after storms to make sure my stuff was okay and overall just went above and beyond in service and care. Christine and Mike run a very tight ship, but are super friendly. Their storage facility is exceptionally clean and pest free! The building structure is real sound and the units are likewise. The grounds are kept clean and well organized too. I love the landscaping; it has a nice homey feel about it. I highly recommend this U-Haul business center for all your moving needs.

Brandon was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate my storage needs. I also got my first month free and get a free lock. Which is helpful when you're moving on a budget. This is my third move utilizing this facility. Christine and Mike Harris are good people and I have had no issues with dealing with them and storing my belongings. I would highly recommend them for your next move and also for renting Uhaul trucks with them.

The lady got upset and acted like it was my fault that something was wrong with his vehicle when I picked it up that way, and explain that then proceeded to tell me that she could not take the vehicle because I was a day early, then huff and puffed and yelled as you can check the security cameras of The Office. And then proceeded to give me like the 5th° over the whole situation when I don't even work there. Also, tried refusing to take the truck after I had already went to another location to drop off the truck and they said that I had to drop it off at that location so I end up having to put more gas in the U-Haul more my money just to drop it off. Then I never received a receipt email or paper otherwise.

I was in a bind to get a truck or van, however, didn't realize you had to have a local license to rent one. So another site sent me to this site at 7835 N. Davis Avenue and they rented me a 10' truck. I really appreciated them working with me.

Slow service.. was there an hour.. was asked to call U-Haul to check status… I'm not the one at work so I shouldn't have to call.. he should call.. he was very slow.. typed very slow.. and if the company ever get busy he will be their downfall due to speed!!! Working the clients and taking forever is unacceptable

Friendly and flexible, the staff listened to my needs and provided great service. Only one billing issue on their end which was corrected within minutes once I informed them. All of my items remained in the same condition for 3 years. Extremely satisfied.

I'm sure the owner has to deal with many types of people using his equipment. However, I felt like I was being treated like a kid. It wasn't until I told him a drive for my job he seemed to let off a little and even still I was seemingly under the eye of suspicion.

This location is the best location I have ever used in storage. When I say exceptional and amazing people run this place… that would be an understatement… I have used storage units for years but I have never been treated this well ever. Mr. & Mrs. Harris are wonderful people and anything I needed they gladly helped me with. Their Office, the Restrooms and the entire complex is neat, clean and very well maintained. I booked and set up renting the Unit completely online. It was great to see everything when I got there and the carts were right near the elevators making my tasks go smoothly. As I was moving my things out, I met Brandon who also works there. He greeted me and we spoke for a couple of minutes, then went about his work. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking a safe storage solution, it is there and worth every bit of the very reasonable rental rate.

Renting from uhaul is a necessary convenience almost everyone is going to use at some point in life. I am glad to have such a service available and it has gotten to quick and hassle-free lately. The only drawback is how quickly the costs go from a simple inexpensive rental to a significant chunck of change. It doesn't make sense to be charged for so many detailed items when we are already paying for the use of the truck, having to put fuel back in it and insure it. Why must we also pay for each mile, have the dolly and blankets in the way and get charged if they get knocked loose? I guess that is the way of this world any more. Before long, we will be paying for use of air conditioning. (I sincerely hope not!)

It was a great experience the van I rented was awesome the trip the ride was wonderful and the three storage is just so perfect to dump everything into until I can sort it out the only problem I have with the whole experience is the price seems a little bit high.

The van I rented was awful to drive. The breaks were so sensitive that you barely touch them it was like slamming on the breaks. The inside was not very clean and it smelled like cigarette smoke. When returning the van during open hours the doors were locked and a sign on the door saying text this number and I will be back immediately. Had to wait 10 min for him to show up.

Mr. Harris did a good job of getting me registered. However, the unit was supposed to be $24,95 on the outside. I had a reservation for it. But his system, was not updated to this fact. The unit was already rented and I had to get one behind the gate for an extra $10 per month. Also, Public Storage corporate in their marketing materials stated the unit would be five feet by feet by feet. The unit is not five feet tall. It is smaller. Also, their is a fire sprinkler system in the storage unit, blocking space that I could use. But Mr. Harris, told me I would get the first month free. NIce Southern couple running the storage station.

The reading on the odometer was not correct and they tried to say I drove 12 miles. They already admitted that the gas meter was off. So they incorrectly documented the gas and miles on the vehicle. They also tried to charge my card for the extra mileage.

Beautiful facility, very easy to access all the dollies and carts. Even their landscaping, was done beautifully. In a terrible finding of condemnable conditions, my family suffered an emergency re-housing. Without any family, or friends in the area, Uhaul made the experience laughable, affordable, and done that day! We love everything you do. To the owners of the facility. FLAWLESS! ;)

I had also priced a storage room with Life Storage but U-Haul offered a storage room free with the truck rental. I was looking at $80+ per month for a 5x10, and wasn't sure if I would be out in one month. Your rates were about the same price for a 10x10. So it worked out well for me even if I had to stay there n storage. As it turned out I didn't. Thank you for helping me with this transition.

Great experience! The only negative, and I think it's just bad luck, is that my particular unit had a pipe running through the middle of it. If I had needed to store more items, it would have been an issue, but otherwise it was a great unit and facility.

The only downside to renting from UHAUL is corporate likes to raise the rent after three months, and every three months after that. Literally every three months you get a raised rate. That's possibly the most irritating thing in the world and why I'm unlikely to ever rent space from UHAUL again.

We are storm victims who lost almost everything. They got us into their facility as soon as they could which was in no time at all! I can't thank Christina enough for her help. I arrived to find out the unit I had reserved online was not available due to an issue with the computer system. This was stressful, but also understandable given the extenuating circumstances after Hurricane Sally. You can tell they are local owners and operators because they did not even have a hint of a "not my problem" attitude. She assured us she would make something work, and she did. Sure, it would've been easier if the system had worked the first time, but that's life and you get a better a look at someone's character when things go wrong. So this gave me even more confidence to share my experience that you will be taken care of here at their facility. Merci encore!

Loved the ppl there, they were all very nice. All but one, the was a colored girl there who was VERY VERY rude. Did not appreciate the way she spoke to me. Other than that it was very clean and I would surely go back and rent from them again.

I have to say that this husband and wife team at this facility were just Fabulous!! I have never seen the compassion for helping people instead of just treating it as a business as I did with these two. Mrs Harris went above and beyond to help us in our situation and for that my sister and I were more than grateful! I've had a storage unit with Mrs. Christina and Mr. Mike for over 5 years. I rent all my Uhaul trucks and vans with them as well. Their facility is always clean. the lobby is always clean; it's well lit. The elevators are always available. There are always carts available as well. The lobby always has supplies available for packing, moving and storage needs. They are the sweetest, kindest, personable people I've met running a business. I moved into a house so I will no longer need a storage unit but I will definitely still rent out my trucks through them and recommend them to anyone in need.

Christine and Mike were very friendly, professional and helpful. I rented a 10X10 climate controlled unit for one year. Very reasonably priced, and when I just moved my stuff out I used a 15ft UHAUL truck. It was clean, drove smooth and was also reasonably priced. I would recommend this particular facility to anyone needing a good, safe place to store their items.

I didn't receive a swipe card they have them but says most people loose them and don't really like the fact that I have to get out the car to punch in a code and then I was charged 5 extra a month to get a clicker when if the key pad was where I could drive up and punch in code and even if they had given me a card I still have to get out the car and then 5 extra for a clicker because their key pad isn't stationed where I can drive up and stay in the car in this day and time is like wow. And if the location is gate and key accessed but I can't access it 24 hours is ridiculous only 5am to 10pm and when I asked about 24 hour access I was told it would be an extra charge is ridiculous if they have cameras and gates why can't I access it 24/7

Although this facility was furthest away from our home in Gulf Breeze we have and will always continued to do Business with the Harris's a dynamic couple who run it. Could not ask for a better facility, Reliable, professional, honest, friendly and clean. We had nine children, and have used them many times over the years with moves for college, local, long distant, short and long term storage. I was there for 4 years and the only property was always clean and the bathroom was always clean when I needed to use it. The landscaping was beautiful and nice to look at when you arrive through the gates. My only complaint would be that I felt like I should have been credited back for the time I wouldnt be in the unit. I feel like that's not fair.
