This U-Haul location provided high quality customer service during both the rental truck pickup and the returning of the truck. Both teams were great, professional, warm and friendly and very helpful. The energy was good and, the atmosphere was lively. They answered all of our questions, and the truck check-out and check-in process was easy and very quick.. Overall, great experience, and I would use this U-Haul location again future needs! JON TThe vehicle was new and was in great condition and rode well. However, cleanliness was an issue. The passenger seat was completely covered in dog hair. We had to clean and vacuum the seat before a person could sit in it. After several days, a stench was coming from the passenger door storage area, and upon further inspection we found several packages of food that had spoiled and was rotting.

Richard KWhen disconnecting the equipment from my vehicle, they ruined the electrical connection. Of course they deny it when I called. They claim the green wire was already broken. And the yellow wire it looked like it was cut. Or pull on so hard when they disconnected it. Anyway oh no they'll stick together and said it was that way when they connected me in the beginning. As far as I am concerned they owe me a new connection. The service was poor on other ways we had to go in and get the money when he said he would bring it out it took forever for someone to come and disconnect me. And they weren't busy. I am thoroughly disgusted and they should be sued.

Stephen LI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received recently from your company. On Feb 20, I called to inquire about the suitability of your trailer for transporting an F150 truck. After verifying with your representative that the F150 would indeed fit on the trailer, I proceeded to send three employees to the job to retrieve the truck. However, after several hours of labor, it became apparent that the truck would not fit on the trailer as assured. This led to unnecessary delays, inconvenience, and additional expenses as I had to return the unit and arrange for a tow truck. What further disappointed me was the lack of acknowledgment or any form of compensation for the mistake on your end. Instead of offering a sincere apology or a discount for future services, I received a bill for the failed service. This has resulted in the need for me to call and argue this matter, adding to the frustration caused by the initial error. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of delivering accurate information to customers and taking responsibility for any mistakes made. I strive to make things right for my customers, and I expect the same level of commitment from the businesses I choose to work with. I hope that you can understand my frustration and disappointment with the way this situation was handled. I urge you to review your customer service policies and consider how you can better address such issues in the future.

It is a major league location that does a ton of business because it is a serious layout for renting and receiving units. When I go to a remote location that has one or two items available for rent and they don't do much business, it shows. I like doing business with this location.

Loretta REveryone connected with this location was so kind and helpful. Originally rented a pickup truck for 4 days, but had to extend the rental period to two weeks. The manager explained the charge structures very patiently to me. I appreciate that. EVERY staff member that helped me over the two weeks was wonderful. All in all, I talked with 5 people in the course of locating an available truck, renting it, getting it extended, returning it, and paying the bill. No one dismissed my questions or acted like I was bothering them (like so many businesses today, unfortunately). The truck was very nice and ran like a dream. Great experience.

I have to say he went above and beyond what I would have expected. Because of his commitment to his job. I was able to move into my unit last night. If your looking for a storage unit you get what you pay for. The level of customer service was top knotch. Even when I couldn't figure out how to enter the building after hours. The manager came to my rescue. I can't remember the last time a company went the extra mile to help me. Uhaul has a great crew at this location!! The move in went well they had enough carts for me to load my entire 10ft truck on to them. The elevator was huge the hallways were wide and well lit. All in all this was a great move. Oh I forgot to mention one of the best surprises I got the 1st month free! Check them out Uhaul !

Signage on the walls were constantly contradicted as to his mood. Other renters were also told things to suite his mood. He was constantly threatening to charge our credit card on file for things that could have been worked thru. I can not give this facility an average rating, in good conscience. The lockers are dark because they refuse to replace light bulbs. Proceed at your own risk of aggrevation.

Kevin had the knowledge of what units were available. The next day I arrived a Sunday, superbowl Sunday, at closing time, I work 3rd shift so my days are opposite, Kevin was willing to help , remember speaking to me on the previous day, and had no problem assisting me with a unit to rent , help me find the unit , made sure I knew how to access and I left feeling very comfortable and glad that I had Kevin help me. It's employees like Kevin that make a difference for customers. Most of us whom are stressed out moving. Thank you Kevin and thank you U-Haul.

Due to my schedule (and my paydays), it seems every time I was able to move my items out of storage, my next month's rent was pulled out. But when I asked about pro-rating (since my unit would be vacated with 72 hours and would therefore be available to rent to someone else), I was told that doesn't happen. Why??? This last month, my rent came out and less than 24 hours later my unit was empty. How is there not a policy to refund part of that rent?

I didn't even have to ask, and because of that i will always use u-haul for being diligent. Finding businesses like still operate diligently is a little harder to find these days. Please don't lose this quality!
