The driver side of the unit was NASTY with tobacco spits. I am sure they looked at the interior of the unit, there were about 2 dozen packing pads left in the trailer!! Thanks, but I did'nt need them. I will return to dealer next week ehen I return to South Texas.

JUAN ZAlways great service, nothing to do with what can be improved on. Though a situation occurred where as another customer cut me off in the parking lot while dropping off the car transporter. I was there first and I had work early morning so it was important for me to make the transaction as quick as possible - the other customer drove into my direction and did not allow me to pass until he dropped off his trailer which the employee did as fast he could. I walked into the store spoke to the employee and he went to assist me at that exact time we exited the store, another customer drove toward the back as I also drove toward the back in the other side of the building. As we both met in the back he took up all the space and did not allow me to go until he dropped off his trailer.

Jaime H | Premières impressionsFirst of all I placed my order online for the hitch and the install. When I got to the place for the install everything was installed and the wrong hitch part was sent. Then we told them we were going out of town and needed the hitch put on asap. We were told to come back Thursday morning to be told the person called in. Then we were told oh no they are coming they will be here at 9. Then the GM told us that the box was damaged and they accepted because they knew we needed it so the hitch might be damaged. This was the worst customer service I have had in a while. No one offered a discount or a refund for our trouble they just made it seem like it was our fault. Then they tried to make us pay a second time because they said it was not paid for. I don't know what's happening at U-Haul, but this was by far my worst experience in a long time. I paid over 600 dollars for my hitch to be treated like I'm the problem is a problem.

Benjamin SThe equipment was rusty on the tie-down straps adjuster and needed to be oiled, and reworked in order to ensure thing were working properly and easily. The trailer had only one safety chain in the front of the auto transport instead of the normal 2, also the rear safety chain was extremely hard to loosen in order to attach to the car, and one step panel on the side of the trailer was missing so navigating removing the vehicle in the rain, made the process challenging!

Rodolfo HI had requested a ford transit for more space, when I got there they gave me a chevy express with smaller cargo area, upon getting inside the truck I noticed it was dirty and when I started driving in the highway there was a CRAZY NOISE coming from the passenger top side, like if there was chains hitting the van but there was nothing in sight so im guessing it has to be something internal

RAMON RPick and equipment was great other than the blow out I had on the dolly, but it was fast response and got me back on road quickly. The drop off in Cordele I was not happy with the lady she did not give me any kind of delivered paper work , not even a thank you. She said just drop anywhere. Other than that u-haul is greatly recommended.

WARNER HCustomer service is top notch. All staff members are very professional knowledgeable and friendly. The leadership of Elvia it's reflected on the staff and on how well the facility is kept. Every person that walks in, even if they are with a customer is acknowledged with "thank you for coming in, we will be right with you". That makes the wait a lot more pleasant. The storage units are super clean, I had my stuff for over 3 years and not one insect was found in my unit or belongings. Elvia, thank you for all that you do. Know that your leadership does not goes unseen. It reflects on every single corner of the facility and on how amazing you and your staff are. Whatever the reason is that people are needing a storage, you make it very easy knowing that our belongings are safe and in good hands. There are not enough words to tank you and to tell you know much I appreciate you and your leadership.

The manager Elvia advised me that I should have requested first month free when I made the contract a month ago. I told her I did but she just kept repeating the same information. She also said she could not credit my card the amount charged for the first month. I will be calling the Uhaul center to try and resolve this issue.

There was one exception with one of the employees in which he told me that was ok for me to go and get the lock when I was getting all my stuff from the storage and when I came back to return the unit, he closed the store in my face and told me it was too late, even thought I asked him if I had time and if he would have wait for me and he said yes. It took me, about 5 to 6 minutes to return to the store. Besides that experience, everything else was great! Rest of the staff is somewhat friendly.

Also when i needed to add someone to the account they navigated me step by step over the phone on how to do the change online and were sooo patient and helpful!
