Tim JeffsWhat's an issue with the trailer lights on the truck itself? Is it at blowing the fuse. Actually blue two of them. But then worked good. It just cost me an hour as the gentleman diligently tried to trace down the cause of the blown fuse.
Richard SkillingsFirst of all, try vacuuming the cab out of dog hair BEFORE it goes out. I was charged a cleaning fee of $25 for that, even though I tried to use the link to make note of any discrepancies (it had expired. Guess that's my fault. Maybe I should've called the place instead and let the employee know). Then, I dropped it off after normal business hours at the designated location, and was charged a $20 "after hours drop-off" fee. I was done with it at 6:30 pm. What should I do, camp out with it in a Walmart parking lot until the next morning so I don't get charged the $20? At least the U-Haul employee was friendly, and the inside of the store clean. U-Haul as a company has gone downhill though. The truck's gas tank wasn't filled up when I received it either. It was at about 5/16. What happened to these being full before the customer takes delivery? Absolutely disgusted with being charged an extra $45 when I really shouldn't have been.

Michael AllenI've been with the U-haul storage for about two years on and off and I've always liked the fact that when I need to move in there's always a unit avaliable.the staff are very friendly and understanding when I'm un able to make a payment on time and willing to make shore that my belongings are safe and secure. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Juan Guzman | Expérience généraleI specifically asked about drop off because of (dishonest shady companies having a way of applying extra charges) and was (told by the manager) come to find out just pull the truck to a designated spot and drop the keys in a box, all of which he went out and showed me. I get all these text telling me (after I've left the truck and been home to do all this milage ECT or I would be charged $20. After calling and talking to the one who obviously answered the phone he says you didn't try to get ahold of anyone or text for return. I said if that's the way you're going to be I'll never rent from you again and tell of my experience on media reviews. I no now u-haul has become shady and no longer a reputable company. Good luck, you'll need it.

Jennifer SmithThe crew member came out immediately upon my arrival to drop off the auto transport. In and out every in less than five minutes. I dropped the truck off after hours but with the exception of issues with the app the process was quick and they got back to me the next morning with a receipt. Though I was told at the pick up point, because the tank was empty when I picked it up, that I would get a credit for any fuel in the tank above a certain level. That never happened.

He was very disrespectful and got mad and stormed into the building when I asked for a printed copy of the receipt.

Jeanette BarnesI had made reservations at. Denys Towing unaware that they were closed on Saturday. Needless to say I didn't and couldn't get my truck there. I tried the app and it would not work. I had 20 people waiting for me to load the truck. I called customer service as I was driving to the sight where I did pick up the truck. Working with them and the rep where I picked it up saved me fro a fiasco. I was only 15 min late. The 24/7 system is a joke and shouldn't be used.
Scott SherrodWhen your employee gives me a quote when I call for an appointment they need to stick to their quote I brought my own wiring harness and receiver hitch and all I wanted was the labor to install and it ended up being more money than I had planned on when all said and done

Nicholas BarlowDrew was annoyed we were there earlier than opening, even though on the night before they said we were welcome to come a few minutes early. Upon returning the truck, the girl said we'd be charged for the gas being on empty. We had just left the gas station so my husband asked her to show him which gauge she was looking at. She was snotty with him saying it was her job and she knew. They then looked at the gas tank together and the girl doesn't know her fractions. Thought 1/2 was 1/4… brought Drew back to verify and he agreed with us. Overall the shitty attitude wasn't needed especially when she was mistaken and uneducated.
Kristina JamesDrop Moving professionals of idaho from your moving help page. Hayden Brown was incredibly unprofessional. 2 missed start times on 2 days. Got verbally abusive when asked what he was going to do about a broken ceiling light. He did replace the glass . I felt very threatened by this man. Call me at 307 371 8731 if you want to talk. I had to rent the truck for an additional day because of his incompetence.

I have been a long time U haul customer and this is ridiculous that I have to wait 3-5 DAYS AFTER returning your truck. When moving it is so expensive with today's deposits to rent. You would get more business if you returned deposits sooner.

Steven HaglerDeception in advertising ruined experience and employees surly attitude didn't help. Internet and national advertising was 4 by7 but was much less had to go to 5x8 and still load could only be 51 inches wide not 60 asin"5x8" I will find other alternative next time

Keith FlewellingKeep the promises you make to your customers. Don't make promises the previous day then pretend your mentally handicapped the next day and say you don't know anything about promises about a gas credit even though it states gas credit in my notes. "Customer called in and offered gas credit" meant nothing in person. Was told we were good to go and had to come back for dolly because homeboy with tattoos forgot to get it for us and when we complained he said "I'm just mechanic doesn't usually help customers". Was only given 59 cents per mile even though we had to do round trip due to UHAULS TRUCK AVAILABILITY. Also we had been trying to reserve a truck for A MONTH. Uhaul in southeast Idaho is a joke and the pocatello location employs liars and thieves. Last time I use Uhaul in this area. Will gladly pay more to penske or others etc for respectable professional service!

Gina reeves | Expérience généraleI suggest that Uhaul improves the pest control in the storage units. We cleaned and wrapped everything, but we found mice excrement on the floor. We had to throw away some items, clean everything again, use gloves/face masks, and still feel unsafe.

My business had to store other property and we had to wait 30 days before we were able to remove it. The 30 days happen to land on a weekend so instead of paying 1 day of prorated rent I had to pay the entire month FOR 1 DAY! I will never use this service again.
