The light was burned out in our unit. We mentioned it to the front desk, but they didn't get to it within the hour we were there unloading.

Andre YI want to thank the 2 gentlemen that were present when I picked the trailer up at 5pm. There is one gentleman that was doing training and then another gentleman that helped me. They were 2 of the most polite and helpful people I have encountered lately. People have forgotten how to treat people with kindness and these 2 went above and beyond. I truly think they need to be recognized for their efforts.

Amada MPlease have enough gas in the U-Haul when it's time for me to pick it up. The first thing I had to do was go to a gas station to put gas in the U-Haul because there was only an eighth of a tank in the truck. This is careless management and disappointing.

One needs to go west on 114 past the location and turn around at an intersection west of the location to get to the eastbound lanes of divided highway 114 to access. I would not have figured this out without local knowledge by my son-in-law. The access is up a steep hill on a bumpy dirt road. The space for return of equipment is Cramped and uninviting. I would not voluntarily seek this location out for future business.

Kendra CHi I rented the truck, went to load the goods, and the truck did not start because the vehicle's battery was dead. I had a lot of difficulties in the rain and cold, in the middle of the night. We had to unload the goods we loaded into the car, we had to return home by taxi, we could not do our duty, the money I gave to the employees was wasted. On top of all this, while I was waiting for an apology and compensation from the company, the exact opposite happened. Since I could not deliver the non-running car to the branch, you charged me an extra $300 and an additional $110 for the non-running car. Unfortunately, I have never seen a company as bad and selfish as yours. I expect you to refund all the money you unjustly took from my credit card and to value your customers. Sincerely

I wasn't the fault of the place, a traffic construction sign blocked visibility of the entrance, and there is only one. I had to do a five-mile loop to get back to the place. The gentleman checking me in was awesome.

Stephane DA reservation was made on-line. The computer was either not functioning correctly or being operated correctly when the trailer was picked-up, so the attendant gave the ok to leave with the trailer, stating it would be handled when able and a receipt or text would be sent. When the receipt was reviewed, I called and declined the insurance on the trailer and was told it would be removed when the trailer was returned. I also advised this situation to the guy when returning the trailer and he also said it would be removed when he returned to the office. The final charge still includes the cost of insurance. Ooops? misrepresentation? deception? upselling the French fries with the burger? Please refund the cost of additional insurance on my account.
STEPHEN MRebecca, Alex and Tyrone are always so fast and efficient and very pleasent to work with! Highly recommend to all my family and friends to use this location!! Alex even waited a little bit for me even though I was a lil late and I truly appreciate him going above and beyond!! Rebecca is so sweet and runs a great smooth operation !!! There is a rise to get into the storage so dolly and other moving equipment are useless. Never using this place again. People are nice enough, but I'm paying for storage and this was not easy.

It an older facility asking for top dollar…if I wasn't so old and tired we would move to a more user friendly facility.

Website pictures are very misleading!!! For our move out on 2/20/22, there was trash everywhere in the row of our unit - including: nails, shrapnel, and re-bar. We had to get a locksmith from Michael's Keys to sauter off our lock, and he said it was the most run down U-haul facility he had ever seen. Our rolltop door had more than half of the weather stripping missing off the bottom of the door; therefore, any rodent could have easily sought refuge in our mattresses. Please send someone from corporate to audit this DUMP!!! I took pictures. I'm telling/showing anyone that will listen just how awful this property is. Waste of money!!

My "24 hr access" wasn't available, I swiped my card over and over again and finally somehow the gate opened! Then I get to my unit a little after 4àm. Everything I own from my little apartment is in my pick up. I'm ready to unload and then get on the road Heading for Mississippi for work! But unfortunately there was a lock on my unit. So much for trying not to pay the month to month rate at my complex, I start brain storming about what to do cause I really don't have the money.. so I head to the gate to get ready to possibly roll the eviction timing dice.. Now I'm at the gate, made sure my load didn't shift so I can safely navigate my way home.. Can't get out... I will spare u the details, but literally had a melt down, I felt trapped, I felt duped, most of which is totally on me and typically I'm stronger than that but I'm literally at one of the lowest points of my life. Again nothing that's y'all's fault but damnit this one in a million experience just plain hurt more than it has upset me. In closing Im a returning customer for a reason. And I know this isn't the norm, and I know y'all do right and make right. Out of respect I chose to type, I was uncertain if I called if I would be upset and speak harshly or have an unpleasant tone or if I would just busy out crying lol.

kathleen b | Expérience généraleMuddy mess!!!! Also, I didn't know I needed to bring a broom to sweep the unit clean before moving items in. Our newly aassigned unit #110 was awful to try to move into. There were inches of standing, muddy water all the way up to the concrete edge of the unit. Our brand new, white King mattresses, leather couches, and upholstered chairs now have black muddy water stains because it was impossible to unload and place our belongings in the unit without getting our feet filthy muddy and soaking wet. I had new plastic sheeting to set the mattresses on & cover them, since the original plastic got torn during the move. Unfortunately, the movers repeatedly and unavoidably got mud on the clean plastic. I'm hopeful management will have several loads of gravel delivered/spread. The pictures of the property I saw when selecting this property showed clean, concrete paved driveways. The only positive comment I can say is the man working in the office was professional and courteous, but there was a long line of people out the office door. That poor kid was covering the entire property alone. This U-Haul facility has been neglected and grossly misrepresented and managed. I took several pictures to submit to the corporate office.

There was no lock an the door was open I asked the young man in the office if a mattress I had left could be removed at my cost he said they would just throw it in the dumpster..... now 5 months later I'm being told they are auctioning this storage off? How when it was open n unlocked and your employee ok'd 1 mattress being left to be disposed of.... over $500 in fees and some poor fool will buy on this storage that they locked an created a whole situation.... I have contacted corporate 7 times an each time told do not worry it will be taken care of.... today I got an email thanking me for my business an asking for a review..... so here we are.... bunch of scammers at this location.....

I could have hired two men and a truck for that price . I will pay my obligations to u haul . As a father of three 18-23 Daughters , I will instruct them to NEVER BE OVER CHARGED BY U HAUL AGAIN , This will not make a dent in your business, but I will never use your company again for anything . I will also tell as many golfs in my large neighborhood right here next to your location not to be taken by your company.

After we unloaded our trucks, we were pulling out of the property. The gate started to close. There apparently was no safety sensor on the gate and it hit our truck. It broke the door handle, rear wheel well, and scratched the paint down the side of the truck.
