When I tried to set the drop-off location online, it kept changing the destination to a town with a similar name, not my actual destination. It wanted me to return the truck to a location 20 miles away when there is a U-Haul just a few blocks away from my new home. The woman on duty when I returned the truck was not happy because she said she was full. I had confirmed on the phone that I could drop it off there. There needs to be better communication between the national and local businesses.

lorne nippleWhen I got my vehicle on Thursday, I saw my car had an error/warning message "Blind Spot Sensor Service Required". However, the technician who installed the hitch has left the U-haul store. I called the store manager for her help, and she said she will get back to me. I am still waiting to hear back. This installation process was not satisfactory mostly because the technician has very limited working hours at the U-Haul Store I selected, making scheduling very difficult. I wish the webpage could indicate available hours more accurately.

Manny SepulvedaMy experience at the location was good. Unfortunately, it was raining for most of my trip and the seal on the back door of the trailer leaked. The old comforter I was using to lay the antique shelf unit on got quite wet. The shelf unit got wet, but wasn't damaged. I mentioned to the woman working at the location about the leaking door seal, so hopefully that gets fixed.

The only reason I rented this trailer was specifically for the ramp feature. Had I known I wouldn't have rented it, and ofcourse I was not offered any type of discount for your faulty equipment. Employee just simply stated, oh sorry. I even stated I paid more for the ramp, I wanted compensated for it not working properly.

Carl PfizenmayerChecked the milage before I left and I know for a fact I didn't drive 147 miles that day I only traveled a total of 113 miles I didn't argue with the worker because why but the milage is either rigged or I need to obviously record it next time so I can prove it. Never recommending them unless at this point I get a full refund what's going on isn't right even if it's not rigged and workers are making up numbers to pocket there own money its not legit or right. vernon Morgangreat experience, rent out was quick and easy. Bomani was quick and efficient with excellent manners and dialogue. Returning the truck took a bit longer than I had hoped due to Bomani being the only one on and several customers being onsite at once. Bomani worked through each of our needs quickly and efficiently. The only complaint I may lodge in this experience was that the truck I borrowed had an exhaust rattle at around 1800 RPMs consistently and the steering had a little more play than I'd expect (I drive an older 3/4 ton and this had more play than my truck does.)

Tracey McClainWhen I was returning my rental truck, the coupler of a trailer was imperceptibly within the marked area for parking returned vehicles. Passing over it got the tire flat. I explained that to the attendant, who did not talked any further about this, but simply charged me for the tire. When I asked how to file a complaint about the conditions of the return space because I did not think that this was my fault, the attendant took personal offense, put the blame on me, walked outside to lecture me on how to park, and then walked away irritated. That this happened came at no surprise given how cluttered the place is with equipment: - there was no parking space available when I arrived; - I was not allowed to leave my car on the premises but recommended instead to park it at KFC's lot (even to start the rental, that was the only option... in a region with no public parking whatsoever); - the truck that I rented was parked over the lawn, very close to their own mailbox and demanding careful maneuvering; - there is yellow paint marking the area for returning vehicles, but there were other equipment visibly beside that line and likely to cause future accidents; - there is a canopy under which you are supposed to park to return the vehicle with a yellow line painted along the middle of the floor clearly indicating that you should either park to the left or to the right of it - I parked to the left and at the middle of the space between the yellow line and the leftmost columns sustaining the canopy, with the said trailer being to the left of the canopy columns except for its connector laying on the floor and under the canopy. I have rented from two other locations in Lewisburg before and have never seen anything like this. I will not return to this location.
Thiago SilvaHad a 930 appt but no one in the store for about 10 min had a Line of complaining ppl in. Front of me took me to hook up my trailer tryed to turn around but he told me to pull ahead. Hooks me up had no way out. had to turn the truck and trailer around with no help he disappears as soon as I'm hooked up. Come back to drop it off he sees me coming towards the door as he walks out let's me in the store for a good 5 to 8 min then has me come back out to un hook the trailer forget his phone he layed on. My truck takes me back in and I payed cash gives me 19 one dollar bills back for my change so in total I spent about an 1 hour picking up and dropping off bad exp all around small store ppl caughing and bitching and some one in there in no hurry wen he was the not time managing and or hanging out wasting ppls time

The service from this location exceeded my expectations. The van was ready for me as promised. It was a fast easy transaction. Ils étaient amicaux et professionnels. So in real time I could have dropped my truck hete instead of 30 miles away. I would like to have someone from uhaul call me at 812 207 9660 so I could tell you the whole story.
